Please please please do not use! They are criminal... I was lied to about delivery same day... And I was told no carnations, only roses, which I agreed... Roses? Omg they were dreadful and dead looking! I paid a lot of money... PLS DO NOT USE!
I ordered some nice flowers on their website which looked great. Attached pictures show you what I ordered, and what I really received. Not only did the flowers not blossom for the first SEVEN days after delivery, they also failed to see that on the picture are five different kind of flowers, and green decoration, and I just received a bundle of same flowers.
Customer service received these picturers and did not understand why I complained, and after I asked for a refund they stopped communicating.
SCAM!
I wish I would have seen all of these bad reviews before I decided to do business with pickupflowers.com. I tried arranging flowers to be delivered to Thailand. My order was not completed the day promised and I had to continue to contact them and was promised flowers would be delivered the following day. Never happened. I contacted them again via chat service and they left me on hold forever. Received an email stating my flowers would be delivered 3 days after being promised. I declined and wanted a refund. I've waited two weeks after saying I would receive it in 4-5 days. Still haven't received it and had to file a complaint with my bank who is researching it and has already issued me a credit on their end. WORST COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Don't buy from them. Just take my advice and don't do it. They don't deliver the flowers. They don't answer you and if they do, the only thing they will say we don't have an update about you order and we will get back to you and of course the never will. They are just that horrible. One star is way too much for them. Simply they are worst. Just stay away!
They have hidden charges like 15usd before they deliver your flower or gift and they will let you know that on the day of your order so you are pressured to pay. I didn't pay instead I brought another flowers to other supplier paid a bit more but they deliver and no hidden charges!
I ordered roses that were suppose to be heart shaped when they were delivered. They were not. I paid twice as much as I would have if they were not heart shaped. I ordered from them 6 times, twice the order was "changed". They claim they were able to substitute. What about their guarantee that if I am dissatisfied I can get a refund. I will NOT order from them again 2 out of 6 times I had a problem. They refuse to refund my money What I ordered is on the left, what I got was on the right. When I posted this same comment to facebook, they unfriended me and removed my rights to post (unfriended me).

Ordered roses for my wife on tuesday to be delivered on friday, She did not recieve. The idiots i talked to refused to give me the name of the florist shop or the phone number to the shop so i could call them myself and find out what the problem is, ******* was my order number.
After three days of promises the flowers I ordered were never delivered. Despite my request to cancel the order the flowers were never delivered and my money was never refunded.
Stay away from these scammers.

Worst experience. They didnt deliver my order. Dont order this site This is scam. I ordered feb 4 until now nothing happened. I chatted the customer service they are very unproffesional. I also called them they just said promises but they didnt do it their promise. Almost 10 days past my God. And also they have hidden charge
Had 4 orders 'approved' and my card debited. 3 of the orders were cancelled without notifying me(I could have made a different plan) and the.other was NOT DELIVERED. No EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIES. Still waiting for a refund. Will not use this company again. My 91 year. Old mother did not receive her gift. Shameful!
I ordered April 7 to be delivered on April 8. They have failed to deliver and said they will resolve the issue in 24 hours. After 24 hours, they have not resolved. The agents send the same message, that they will resolve the issue. I demand that authorities inspect the company for fooling customers.
Very bad - I wish I had seen this webiste - they accepted my purchase, then at the last minute, changed my order. They called the night before to ask if it was OK. I would have used another service if I had time.
Note - this is a company in India - I didn't realize it until they called me the night before delivery.
I ordered on Feb 8, got confirmation on the same day. Delivery supposed to be last Feb 14 but DID NOT ARRIVED. Live chat is useless, takes too long to respond and never gives straight answer. Said to email their *******@pickupflowers.com but no one is replying. This is clearly a SCAM.
Not only were the flowers not delivered, but the customer service reps Peter and Austin were incompetent with providing a solution or accommodation. I wasnt initially looking for a refund, but since they already missed the targeted day of Valentines Day and could not even give me an estimated date of delivery, I asked for a refund. I hope they process the refund correctly. The customer service reps could not tell me if the package would be delivered in two days, two weeks, or two months. How a company responds to a customer service misstep is just as important as the initial customer service experience. Learn from my experience and do not order from this company.
This company seemed legit. They delivered two bouqets for me, and the recipient got what I expected. I had put $100 in my "Spread Happiness" card balance to pay for things. There's $40 left of my own money, and supposedly another $20 of theirs for their fake 10 year anniversary promotion. They have removed the ability to use the balance, and when I contacted customer service, they lied to me and said it works. Today when I contacted them, they blocked me out of the chat service completely, without even bothering to lie to me.
I have been two time order but I have been cancelled, no reply, you will mad but no body reply after log time just you just have received reply with sorry, very very bad services they can't deliver on time they can't reply,

For two days at chat support all they can say is:"Dear customer please give us a day time, if we cannot deliver the order today we cancel the order and will refund the issure",
And nothing happens, we have to raise awareness for this site, we to do something so that they can't aggravate more people, not the worth of the money, total scam

Placed an order to deliver flowers to my wife on her B'day. It was not delivered on time and I waited till 7:00 PM that day to call their customer service. The customer service guy had no clue why it was not delivered so he blamed on their suppliers. He was not helpful. I called again and reached an other customer service guy who told me that it was out for delivery and apologized for the delay. I was ready to cancel my order but he insisted that I wait for couple hours to see if it gets delivered. So finally it was delivered at 8:00PM, when the day was almost over. The order met my expectations. But anyway I'd like thank the delivery guy who took efforts to get it delivered on the same day despite all the traffic issues that he had to go through.
I ordered flowers for mothers day and it was not delivered. Mothers day is long gone. Customer care emailed saying they will get back to me. And that they will get back regarding the delivery details.and that they will update me at the earliest with complete details. But that was it. Guys plz never order flowers from pickupflowers.com and spoil ur day.
I just reported this company to BBB, I think everyone on here should send a complaint to BBB.org. FYI, I order flowers for Valentines day and never got delivered, never got money back, no phone calls, no email responses... etc. Horrible
