Bunch of crooks

Ordered flowers for mother's day using the flowers shown in catalog. Got a panic attack when I haeard an Indian sub-continent voice when I called customer service to enquire about my order. My worst fears were realized by the late in day delivery of wilted and dehydrated flowers which completely undid the sentiments that I was hoping to convey through the flowers. AVOID.

I have orderd the red roses for valentine day with a teddy, they have failed to deliver on time, while I keep calling and emailing them, Finlay they delivered 2 days after the valentine day, n Instead of red roses they have sent yellow bunch which I won't even take it for free. I would never recommend this website, as it's really scam.

This was the most horrible experience I have had with a company. I cannot believe they are still in business. I ordered something to be delivered on July 13th and when it had not been delivered, I called their customer service, or so they call it. They told me the product was no longer available. They were not willing to do anything extra to make up for their mistake. Please do not buy from this company!

FRAUD! Seriously don't even think of ordering from them. I live in London and I ordered a bouquet of flower for my mom who lives in Singapore and up till now my mom has not received her flower! When I was gonna ask for a refund, it suddenly says that live chat is under maintenance, WTF?! Truth be told, It's not entirely about the refund but it's about turning my surprise into chaos and I feel bad about my mom bcs I didn't give anything on her special day! Thanks for pissing me off!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentines day. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like what i had ordered. Paid for a lovely bouquet, got a pile of crap which was worth nothing close to what i paid. Customer service is horrible as well. There is no way of contacting them or even communicate to someone who isn't a robot. Worse company ever. Will not be buying form them ever.

The website www.pickupflowers.com did offer Live Chat and lots of choice with beautiful photos displayed on the website, but DON'T place order to them. I have checked with them very clearly and confirmed the address and the gift that i want to purchase can deliver properly. And I placed the order 2-month before, although there were few contact numbers on the website, but all call in will put to Indian English speakers and there will be no supports, unfriendly feedback, wasting your time and they will hang up your call. Which is totally unacceptable. And of course, the gift that i ordered was never deliver to the address!

I ordered 12 red roses and a teddy bear for my girlfriend in Suriname to be delivered Friday the 13th (day before Valentine's Day). I received a confirmation email with the order number stating they would deliver within 3-5 business days and after five days and still not hearing confirmation from my girlfriend that she received flowers, I contacted the company to which they said they would send an email to me when they would be delivered. I am going on 7 business days and still nothing. No one answers the phone at the California number *******697 nor do they return your message. I will finally flat out ask my girlfriend if she has received flowers (which is really going to ruin the moment) and then when I get confirmation that she hasn't, then I will submit a fraud claim through my credit card company to have the money reissued to my account and go through FTD florist to send her flowers.

This people rip off the customers and florists who work for them. Don't ever use it because the peed off florists will either not deliver it or send a supermarket bunch instead of a nice bouquet. Use local florists only, not order collectors.

I sent flowers to Italy to be delivered on Dec 18. When I check online they say the order was completed. Well that did not happen and I can't contact anybody on the online chat or by telephone. This is a complete ripoff. I will call the credit card company and challenge the charge.

I did not get any confirmation, any order number, neither my order was delivered but i was charged. When i contacted them to mention this, what i got is just their ignorence. They have some idiots on line who has no idea of problem solving or customer service. I could not get my refund.

This is a scam

These people send a confirmation email, then call literally 27 times for some bogus reason that "there was an issue with my payment" even though i can clearly see the payment had already gone through. Add to that, that I asked for a delivery on February 14th, and the order never arrived. I actually had to purchase flowers elsewhere, because these irresponsible scammers did nothing for me. I am requesting a refund and the person on the phlne only says "yes you will get your money back" but has absolutely no idea about anything regarding this website.

DO NOT purchase from these people!

Very disappointing! I ordered flowers, chocolates and a nice teddy bear for my fiancé. After checking on live chat and being told they were on their way, I was informed that they could not find the order at the local supplier. I asked to speak with a manager and was given an email address and a telephone number. I called (from overseas which cost me money) and was told they would look into it and call me back. Well that never happened either... I did get an email saying I could choose a smaller bouquet? Really? I also had to let the surprise out of the bag for my fiancé and tell her to stay at work 3 hours longer than her shift. She was not very impressed. Thank you PickupFlowers for ruining my anniversary... it's ok cause I have only been living apart from my fiancé for 1.5 years... no problem... Arghhhhh

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day since I am in Spain for the semester. He received the confirmation email on Feb. 11th that they had been delivered, but it is now Feb. 20th and I still haven't received them, even after several emails and chats with "customer representatives" who claim they are still waiting to hear back from their local partner. They also said they would call and/or send me an email when they hear from their partner, which has yet to happen. We're now asking for our money back. Do NOT order from them, you will be disappointed.

Ordered flowers on the 11th for Valentine's Day. Order was accepted on website. On the 13th I received an email saying that they need an extra 10 USD. Turns out flowers have still yet been delivered. Nor do I ever think they will be. I have tried calling about 20 times, and the live chat is useless. It's a totally bogus website. I cannot believe they were so high ranked in Google page search results.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend living abroad. They were late and she had left on Holiday before delivery. So I complained and they offered a refund, but were unable to perform the refund and then promised a gift card for the same amount. I then tried to use this gift card, but couldn't, with no reply from the customer service during several weeks, and several attempts. In the end I just lost my money, did not congratulate my friend, wasted my time, a dreadful experience.

I will not be so mad IF they contacted me and mentioned that it cannot be done, but no news at all.
I emailed the live chat and they did not even care about it.
NO customer service, NO flowers, NO apologies.

It started off with me ordering an orchid (I think obviously significant) to be delivered in china on a certain day. I get woken up at 4:30am to someone telling me that they don't have any orchids (they waited until the afternoon locally to tell me that). Said they could send some roses instead. I said not to and to cancel the order, and eventually she stopped trying to sell me something that I absolutely didn't want and said i'd get a refund. Luckily, I was so annoyed that almost after I got off the phone, I went onto the chat to let them know their service was diabolical because it had ruined any sentiment of surprise of the occasion, at least to me. The assistant was helpful. Though non apologetic, accurate. Told me the order would be refunded. A few days later, another customer service agent told me when I enquired though, that my order was delivered, and it wasnt until I produced the screenshots of the first conversation that he was willing to investigate any further. Maybe just very poor communication, but by being so assertive in saying the order was delivered by their supplier, he was calling the recipient a liar.

Eventually after I think 8 business days and 3 more conversations with them, they finally returned most of the money that I paid out. Stay well clear of this and another 2 names that they operate under:

The joke of it all: talked to my recipient and she gave me the name of a florist on WeChat. She delivered a much nicer orchid within an hour for 1/8 of the price! Even though they charge astronomical mark up, they can't deliver.

Ordered online for $ 70.00, my charged was not allowed by the credit-card and I had to verify with scans of credit card etc... I have no scanner so I was not able to provide scans.
PICKUPFLOWERS charged my credit card anyway.
The flowers were never delivered.
I contacted the recipient, who contacted neighbors, etc,... and indeed NO flowers were ever delivered at all!
They claim they had delivered the flowers to a [non existing] address in the town.
I have emailed at least a dozen kind emails and all they say is they will come back to me with in 24 hours, several times.
I have suggested to reverse the charges, to NO avail.
