One of the worst service experiences ever...
I tried to get assistance by Live Chat with a simple question about how should i fill the order form for a delivery to a hotel guest. Sounds simple, doesn't it? So why should this take 24 minutes and without a single clear answer.
It was obvious the representative hasn't read my question, he was answering with a delay of 3-5 minutes each time and each answer had nothing to do with my question.
I'm shocked that this is called "Online Support", because its made me frustrated... And by the way... The representative shouldn't tell me that he handles additional 2 customers online - this is not my concern.

Scam

I have no idea why these people waste their time! No delivery, no customer service, they don't make a penny and they don't sell anything. The looks of the site seems soooooooooo legit! They use robot in their live chat and also they have absolutely no other types of customer support.

If you ordered flowers for Valentine's day without caring for reading any reviews about this, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship!

Ordered flowers for Valentines a few days in advance - flowers never arrived. And they had the nerve to send a delivery confirmation email saying flowers have been delivered. Keep promising to cancel the order but never refund. Help yourself by initiating a chargeback from your credit card provider.

Well, I ordered two buckets for my wife birthday, one from my parents and one from me, mine didn't arrive, they just didn't deliver it, but they charged my credit card. I called to complain and they sent it the day after her Birthday. They kind of apologized, and I was really mad, but i thought that at least they will send something nice. Well, in the end I got a really pure bucket, I guess that they made a really good money on my back. After seeing what other people went through with this company, I understand they have a system. I'm writing that so if you want to suprise someone you care about, you will not need to go through what I and my wife had experience. Not the end of the world, but better to avoid it!

Not a service

Ordered a delivery to send to Malaysia on 5/9.
On 5/9 received an email from pickup flowers stated "We regret to inform you that we just heard from our local agent that the recipients place is very longer ransit area and very far from the delivery zone. Please let us know if we can proceed with the order at the earliest possible delivery date. (06/09/2016)".
I immediately replied the email by asking them to deliver by 9/6. But I have not receive any reply or heard from them since today 7/9. I contacted them through live chat on 7/9, feels like communicating to a Robot saying due to unforseen reason the delivery is not made yet, so I asked for a full refund, the representative says 'okay' and will take up to 5 business day due to bank policy. It will be very interesting to see if they will be successfully refund my money or will give a reason like 'due to unforseen reason.
I have not encountered with such a 'business' like tis before.

Delivery for a funeral was first delayed for a day - no problem. However, a full 7 days later I got an e-mail stating that the arrangement was out of stock but that they could deliver it soon. Really?!?! This was for a funeral my friend from the states was at in AUS - timing was very important and these guys failed miserably! In addition, they never returned my calls to speak with a manager - brutal customer service! I'd give them '0' stars if I could! DON'T USE THESE GUYS!

Excellent On time

I thought my wife would not receive it anymore, as I have google the reviews, it showed majority of there customer had a bad experienced. I contacted the customer service, and got no responsed. Until my wife sent a photo on Facebook messenger showing a flowers that I bought from pickup flowers dot com. So happy that they put a huge smile on my wife's heart. Thank you PickupFlowers.com

Fraud and a Scam

This site is a scam. Like all the other reviews, I ordered flowers and had payment taken immediately. Nothing was then delivered.

Should you use this site and now release your mistake, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback for the amount which you purchased. You can do this within 30 days of your order and will receive your money bank. Their site will also be fined for your transaction and if this occurs too often with their customer they will no longer be allow accept payments.

Nightmare

Its a nightmare.
I thought it will be delivered on the same day (as stated in the website). NOTHING has been done
I will not be so mad IF they contacted me and mentioned that it cannot be done, but no news at all.
I emailed the live chat and they did not even care about it.
NO customer service, NO flowers, NO apologies.
I would have given it a 0 rating anytime.

Ordered cake and flowers. On delivery date told me could not deliver because they had no inventory. I cancelled the order. They acknowledged cancellation and confirmed refund was issued. Refund was supposed to take up to 10 business days. After this time passed, I contacted them again. Don't even waste your time on chat. It is a joke. So far no refund. BBB has several complaints about them. With so many awesome flower and gift vendors, DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY on what in my opinion is a total scam.

Con artists and scammers.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day which arrived 3 days later. The flowers looked nothing like on their website and were dying. They lied to me over the phone and promised they would be delivered on time.

Avoid at all costs as they are scammers.

I made the mistake of giving my email. Used this company twice. The first time the flowers I sent were already dead or dying. The second time I used this service the products melted. Also, I get emails and cannot unsubscribe. Its just a reminder of how awful and full of $#*! this company is. My suggestion is to find a local flower shop in the city your sending to. I used facebook, and found a great local place and was able to send the flowers etc. I paid thru western union. The person I talked to had products on their FB site. It all turned out great and everything was delivered and I were very satisfied. PickupFlowers is like having your ex deliver goods and services...

It appears to be a scam. I was charged and they never delivered. When I queried them after the recipient never received the flowers they apologized and offered a new product ASAP for an additional charge which never arrived either. No refund has ever been received even though they claim it has been sorted.

A nightmare experience

A nightmare experience. I won't go onto details as they as the same as most of the other reviewers here. If you are thinking of using these people, consider instead getting a hammer and hitting your big toe with it as hard as you can. It will feel about the same, and be cheaper.

If I could give no stars I would. In spite of confirming an order, could not deliver. When I enquired about a substitution, told me they couldn't deliver anything on the date I requested! Why sell your product in that case. Abysmal customer service which put the phone down on me, even when I said I would leave negative feedback - not interested. Clearly don't care about their business!

First and Last!

This going to be the first and last order from Pickup flowers. First, when the person deliver, the recipient is not at home, the delivery person pass it to the neighbour! That makes the recipient felt embarrassed. Not only that, the flower that received is totally different from what it looks like from the website! The worst is the daisies are with mold! Damn it! I will never risk again to order flower from this website!

This company is run from ill legal immigrants whom are stealing from everyone who put their trust to have flowers delivered on special days to loved ones, only to have their $ taken, and nothing delivered! These people need to be stopped, and prosecuted now. Everyday they are free they are stealing from hard working Americans!

Scam company!

I'm too late to see here of the bad comment on this company - Pickup Flowers!
Not deliver on time! Deliver the flower arrangement that was not I ordered, then excuses they did upgrade and delivered a larger item. However, I found the flower they delivered was not the type I want and the flower totally not worth with what I paid!
I fight for half of the amount I paid, but now keep waiting for 3 weeks already never success!
Can anyone share with your experience did successfully refund from this scam company before?

Bunch of crooks

Ordered flowers for mother's day using the flowers shown in catalog. Got a panic attack when I haeard an Indian sub-continent voice when I called customer service to enquire about my order. My worst fears were realized by the late in day delivery of wilted and dehydrated flowers which completely undid the sentiments that I was hoping to convey through the flowers. AVOID.
