I regret not reading the reviews before paying these bastards, they took the money, no delivery and now a month later, no refund. They keep telling you will get your money back, but nothing until now! Biggest $#*!ers in the world, I hope they die as their business ASAP. Give my money back you bloody $#*!s!
Do not order. False advertisement. Customer service bad English. They need to go out of business because they are ripping off people. I bought flowers meant to cheer someone up who is going through chemo. First off they do didn't deliver the day of but the next. I received a picture from the recipient and it looks like $#*!. I don't think I have ever seen something so horrible. I spent about $112 for flowers that looked like a $20 arrangement! Problem is some of the leaves look wilted with cheap flowers. I am so EMBARASSED and not only that how my friend must feel I sent her horrible looking flowers. There are no good reviews of this company. They are scam artists. I wish I read the reviews but their website looks good!

Total scam. My friend in Australia sent me roses, never received. Website says Pickup Flowers are located in Wilmington, Delaware. The US phone number *******697, is a mobile phone in San Francisco that doesn't answer. These criminals are fleecing us out of millions of dollars. Why are they still operating? I don't understand.
The teddy bear on the picture doesn't even look like what they've delivered. The flowers sucks. The chocolate should be on the beart box, instead they gave 3 packs 3 each of the chocolates. The flower, oh my god, I can't believe it. And they're so late. They arrive like 6pm and it is only in Metro Manila area. Seriously, just go somewhere else if you want something to be given that will be wrap in a beauty and class. $#*!ty website and service. I would never recommend this to anyone.
Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a chocolate cake for Valentine's day to my friend in Denmark, and scheduled delivery for today, the 17th. Nothing came, and it's now 11pm. I'm fed up with this BS. I called the direct company number in Switzerland, and it was a dead number. I tried to reach them on Skype, and it was a false profile. I logged onto their "customer service" chat, and the guy won't even answer. I got two messages from him.
"Let me assist you in this regard. Please give me couple of minutes, so that i can check the details and get back to you."
(Then, thirteen minutes later)
"Due to valentines season, there is a high traffic on website, There might be delay assisting you, Please bear with me."
Here we are, fifteen minutes later, and no response still. This is bull$%. I'm on the phone with my bank right now, cancelling this order. And my friend got no gift for Valentine's day.

I ordered flowers for Valentines day which is supposedly to be delivered at Davao city but it never arrived until now. I tried contacting them through e-mail, live chat and skype but none of those work. After I submitted my order they immediately took my money and left me in thin air. They just ruined a supposed to be a happy day for us.

They are simply terrible, the website claimed they had bonsais available for sale so i placed the order before my sisters birthday by a month asking for it to arrive 2 days earlier to avoid any disappointments. Only they called me on the day they were supposed to reach her informing me that they do not have any bonsais yes i managed to get a refund unlike other customers but they ruined my sisters birthday. Customer service is also terrible they probably are automated bots unless you choose the (need help with purchase)option and they never responded to any of my emails during this entire month.

I spent several hours online trying to find the perfect arrangement for my best friend's birthday. She's in Australia. I'm in the U.S. I finally found what I wanted only for something totally different to be delivered. The entire point of me ordering that particular arrangement was for a butterfly vase because butterflies are significant for reasons I won't go into here. No butterfly vase. Also, the photo on the website shows color - a lot of color. The only color in the arrangement that was delivered are a couple of yellow roses. The roses are the ONLY thing that was right in the entire arrangement. It was a nice surprise to her, but I'm not happy because it's NOT what I spent a lot of money on.
The website kept kicking me off when I was placing the order and I ended up having to do it on my phone. Then, every time I WAS able to get on the site, it froze because of chat windows that you can't get rid of. I guess all of that should've told me to walk away, but I kept going until I could place the order because of the 'Land of Enchantment' butterfly vase that she never even received.
Also, the representative sent email after email without giving me a chance to respond. Then they call at all hours. I get time differences, but receiving a call at 5:00 a.m. on a Monday morning for something that I'd already added to the order when I paid for it is a bit ridiculous.
I will NOT be using Pickup Flowers again. Next time I'll spend more money and use FTD or Teleflora. At least they're reputable companies who I've used before.
Seriously. Don't order from these people.
There are so many negative reviews of pickupflowers, but I couldn't find any better options so I crossed my fingers and gave it a try. It worked perfectly for me. My flowers were delivered within an hour of when I requested, and someone at the website was always available for live chat to answer my suspicious questions. I imagine worldwide flower delivery is just a very difficult business to be reliable at, and unhappy people are the most vocal.

I've been trying to get in touch with their Live Chat since ordering my mom a Christmas arrangement yesterday. No one has answered the Live Chat. Has anyone had any luck canceling their order via their bank if their order is still processing? The delivery date said today 12/22. Clearly, that has not happened. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I will never recommend this website or business to anyone. I will however, let everyone know how horrible it is.

Terrible! Place an order on the 9th of Feb. For flowers to be delivered in the Philippines for Feb. 13,2015. The Flowers were not delivered. Live chat hardly works. I tried several times but failed. No email for customer service, US phone only goes on a recording and no replies on my correspondence. I had to file a dispute with paypal. Live chat on Feb. 24 finally worked and said it was delivered Feb. 16 which was probably Feb. 17, Philippine time because I was informed by the recipients daughter that as of Feb. 16, they have not received any flower delivery yet. So disappointing!

Ordered some flowers for my mom on the 8th of March, supposed to arrive on the same day, but they arrived today on the 9th (1 day later). Not happy, but not very disappointed either. Regarding the quality, the category and number of flowers matched, but comparing the presentation picture with the reality, it was like 50% match (you can see better in the pictures). Overall, I`m not personally satisfied, but I made my mom very happy, which for me is more than enough. So, thanks PickupFlowers for this.
