After my initial post, they replied via this site that I should get in touch with 'Betty' and they'll resolve the issue to my satisfaction. What a load of b. S. I emailed this Betty and so far nothing. I guess they are at least trying to appear through this site and others as if they're actually doing something when in fact they're continuing to ignore their customers and complaints. What scammers.

Hello, I ordered flowers for my friend in hospital who was in a terrible accident, almost died. It was in Berlin. A few days later I learnt no flowers were delivered. I wrote to them. They replied saying they were delivered. It's been nearly a month and they are still 'trying' to get the proof of delivery. They said the do not do ANY refunds. Stay away from this company, is my advice. Tom

My order was scheduled to arrive Dec 1,2017 for my ladies Birthday. The flowers did not arrived on the specific day.Not only did they arrive 3 days later, It was also the wrong order. I am very frustrated because they do not care who they screw order, and they will not refund my money. FTD flowers are much better. I can verify every detail of what I am writing! I feel it is my fault because I trusted them even though they had a lot of bad reviews. I beg you, do not trust them with your special occasion ever!

Scammers!

On the 19th of June, I have ordered flowers, to be delivered on the 20th of June. The delivery time was between 10 and 14. Half past twelve I received 5 emails that I need to send them my I'd and photo of the card. I called them and the girl with the very bad English answered. So after my call I send them all the information and started to wait for a delivery (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!) after few hours, same date, 20th of July I called them again, the phone was blocked already, I started to right on the chat (their website), each answer took them 10-15 min! Was texting with them for one hour and did not receive clear answer. So I called to my bank and as the payment has been proceed less than 24h, the bank returned my money. So guys this company is 100% scammers!

I had placed a order to Australia in june 2015 for a very expensive arrangement, Never was delivered, my credit card was charged right away, emails were sent and live chats were you get no where and no phone number to talk to anyone. 6 months later still no refund but was promised a gift card.
Totally fraudulent company.

Do not use this website, company or whatever they are. JUST STAY AWAY.
They told me at 4 o'clock, PM, that the delivery will be made until 7 pm and when I called them just before 7 o'clock they were already sorry but the delivery will be made in 48 hours.
Speechless.It was my daughter birthday overseas. I never imagined something like this. I placed the order 2 days in advance.

Floral arrangements are quite nice, but for the price you don't get what you want: a reliable and timely service. Delays are the rule here, and if you don't take the time to harass them to get your flowers delivered "only" a few days late, it probably can take ages. I have used them four times for international deliveries and with one exception (the first time!) had bad experiences. I will never use them again.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, the day before her birthday. The website confirmed that the flowers would arrive on her birthday. Her birthday was yesterday, and the flowers still haven't arrived. I tried the chat function on their website to ask about it, and no one has responded. I emailed their customer service and got a very lazily written (i. E., unprofessional, grammatically sloppy) response, saying that they have to check with their local supplier. I've written back that their supplier relations are something they need to manage internally, not something with which they should inconvenience their customers. Still no response -- no resolution or refund.

Now I'm regretting not checking reviews before using this crappy company. One star, one star, one star, horror stories all over. No wonder their Facebook page doesn't have space for reviews.

Disgusting scam

It is too disgusting to be true.
Ordering goes very fast until they have the money. Then they just don t deliver and leave you like a piece of $#*!
This company has to be sued.

Please, I don't really write a review, but this website made me do and I am telling you, listen to the other review about this site and it is the worst! More of a scam website for me. Flowers are great, but the overall service is terrible. Their checkout thing in their website does not work that much. Just like on my last order, I did not really click the check out button and suddenly I received an email saying that I purchased that item. Long story short, Do not try to order in this site. Man, really a scam site! 1/10:1 - because of the flowers quality.

The worst company

PickupFlowers is an Indian company and they feel nothing about lying and deceiving customer and florists who they work with. They ignore if they don't want to answer or just keep making excuses. They play by their own rules which are really nonsense!

Pick up flowers

Hi,
I have recently placed an order at pick up flowers two days ago and I had to be delivered at 10 Feb for my Mom birthday, they took my money and didn't bother to deliver my order neither did they send me any email I just kept calling my family and pick up flowers to check but instead of responding to my request in a polite way they just disregard my request and said that they would refund the money. I never had such a bad experience with any other company. It's very dodgy and impolite people running the company who don't care about the importance of the occasions. I hope everyone reads the review and never delivers from their website

NEVER...

NEVER... NEVER order from this site... Terrible service... If you want to piss off your significant others, then you can. Well. I can't even begin to express how i feel right now. My friend ordered flowers for me for this Valentine Feb 14 2013. Since I was going to be at school on that day. He requested to sent to the department. I had to ask the department permission before hand. So everyone knew that i was getting flowers on V day. Now it's 8:00 pm and i already went home. NO FLOWERS whatsoever. Can't even call them. Giving a full refund won't even calm me down. I was humiliated. I don't even know if they were going to give a refund. SO DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE... EVER

I've bought an item on the website, set the date delivery and waited for it. The item was not delivered and every attempt of contact is declined. Also, did not have my money back. I'm starting a dispute with the company using my credit card personal to do it.

Fraud

I placed an order. They did not deliver, so after asking my money back, not only they did not released the funds but captured the funds making it very difficult to get the money. I am still waiting for the credit card company for a feedback. Not worth the stress. It looks like a scam to me. Just after placing the order, an indian lady called asking for a credit card verification. This never happened to me. Refusing because of security reasons she become very rude.

I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on March 6,2019 to Moscow, Russia. It was not delivered, every time I call - they say - please allow 24 hours to respond, so - no flowers, no money, simply fraud. This is disgusting! Why they are still in business?! I can't believe it!

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 bouquets to Europe, on day of first scheduled delivery received email stating couldn't send ordered flowers out of stock & would I go online & reorder which I refused to do having already checked funds had cleared from account. After quoting them Distance Selling Act 2000 and threatening Office of Fair Trading they eventually delivered completely different flowers. Second bouquet never received on transacted day either, over 4 days late, not what was ordered plus no surprise element due to having to ask recipients to let me know if they'd got flowers. Just awful, nobody answers telephone - would never recommend using this company.

Absolutely terrible! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Everyone, DO NOT order from this lousy company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to arrive during the day on her birthday. She heard nothing until 9pm at that night!

If you want to p#ss off someone dear to you, go ahead and trust their service.

February 15, 2018

I preordered one dozen pink roses to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. What was delivered were 5 dead red roses at 9:30 pm. I called a also wrote emails and no proper response. So I'm left with calling the credit card company and seeing what they can do. This place is an Indian fraud, don't order from them!
