This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM. Stay away from it. I ordered flowers 1 week in advance and even live chatted to confirm that delivery on that date will work. The flowers were never delivered, even a day later. Birthday surprise ruined! I asked for a refund immediately but I'm skeptical whether they will refund my money.

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed the order almost a week ago for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to India and it's evening there now and yet it hasn't been delivered. When I called them up and asked them they are so clueless, they don't even know who their retailer is in the city. They "trust" they will deliver soon enough is what I heard from them. And then again they don't promise that the flowers will be fresh given that it is going to be delivered late. Absolutely f*** all service! Will never use them ever again. More stress for every buck you pay these folks!

I have ordered flowers for my girlfriend in advanced for Valentine's Day and they did not deliver it. Instead I got a message that they postponed it to 17th Feb due to "high volume of orders". This really disappointed me because my girlfriend did not receive anything on Valentine's Day. Horrible service with very slow customer support. Takes ages to get back at you for a simple question. Will never use their service ever again!

All I can say is Pickup Flowers is a sad excuse for a company. Even after not delivering my flowers, and not being able to contact them, they sent an email saying the flowers were delivered, that never happened.
From some other past experiences I called my bank ( Chase Bank), they refunded my money in 24 hours. This was a business account. Thank You, Chase, that's service.

Absolutely disgusting that this website is allowed to still exist. Complete scam. They took my money and didn't deliver anything.
When i tried to contact them they blocked all forms of communication. I called both their offices in the UK and U. S and was just met with background noise and no one speaking. Their skype talk option connected then they just blocked me. Their online live chat option is clearly not a real person and just kept either ignoring my questions or cutting me off. The day after i started receiving ridiculous emails from them that made no sense and were contradicting in the same mail, also clearly generated and not from an actual person. The final one after asking for a refund actually read "Ok we will surely cancel that order for you. We will notify you once the order is delivered"! No doubt this complaint will have the same automated response underneath that all the others have from them. Get these crooks off the net. No stars.

I ordered a flower from this site on Feb 09,2015 scheduled for delivery on Valentines day. My wife cancelled all her appointments because the flower might arrive any time of the day. But the flower did not arrive until the end of Valentines day. The worst thing is they did not inform about the order status, so that I can buy from other flower shop.

I fired 2 emails to customer service but they replied very late the day after the scheduled delivery date saying that the item is already out for delivery.

This site might be doing false advertisement because their web site says "On time delivery" but they did not deliver. Until now I did not receive any communication from them regarding my undelivered item.

Even if they will refund the money and multiply a thousand times but still they cannot bring back that especial event that I've missed.

Worst business
December 18, 2017

This is an update on my previous review of Pickup Flowers.com.
The basket of fruit came almost a week later, in a damaged smelly box and rotten fruit inside! The grapes are so rotten, bananas so black, apples have rotten spots, etc. if only i can post the pictures here...
Never do business with this company, EVER!

A friend of mine sent me a text asking if "they were to my liking" and I respond - what?

They sent out a confirmation email saying they had delivered - but they did not - spend your money somewhere else - this is total bogus - the phone number they have is never answered!

Take money from your bank and refuse to refund.
You don't get what you order !!
I spent days trying to speak to them but they refused to call me.
I had to reorder flowers with another company.
All done in five minutes without any problems.

Never use this site to deliver things to your loved ones. Their service is very poor, never deliver on time and hidden charges. Recipient never get the same thing which you order. I ordered a flower bouquet to deliver in Sri Lanka, it was not delivered on time. After 3 days when I asked for refund they were able to deliver some cheap flowers, not only that they charged from the recipient shamelessly.

I was trying to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend in Japan for her birthday. The flowers arrived days after her birthday and they looked nothing like the picture. I requested a refund but every time you contact customer service they say they will elevate it to their "concerned department" and contact you later. But they never respond back nor send an email confirmation number. Basically once you pay there is no guarantee.

These people are scum. I paid $80 for a plant to be delivered to my girlfriend. I made the mistake of ordering, then reading the reviews. It was supposed to include a large pot with 3 Hawaiian umbrella trees, but it ended up being a clay cup with a small plant that was something completely different. I wrote ahead of time expressing my concern that they might not deliver, and that might be the only reason they delivered anything at all. These people are criminals. Since they're this dishonest, I'll probably change my credit card.

It's a scam.

They charged my credit card, but never delivered the flowers OR issued a refund. They claim that the flowers were "lost in transit" on their end. I've emailed them four times for a refund, but I am getting an automated response by an agent named Keith. Absolutely terrible company. I wish I saw this website earlier...

I bought my girlfriend a valentine gift for valentine's day from this company assuming that they were good but I guess I was wrong. My girlfriend did not receive anything at all, and it's been over 48 hours since the day they said they would deliver it. Then I saw this page full of negative comments. I wish I could get a refund or I might take action and report this company for fraud if I don't see a delivery happening or my money back.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order! Deceiving - I ordered a 'sympathy' arrangement - beautiful in the picture, quite expensive; my friend received a bunch of greens with a couple of flowers, nothing like the picture of the one I ordered! Contacted customer service asking that the proper arrangement be delivered. After about 3 emails i've got a message offering me 20% discount for the next purchase! Don't use this business!

I recently ordered flowers through this company. First on the website it states total price with delivery and subsequently charge extra for delivery. I chatted on line and customer service had no answer. After I closed the chat, they offered my 15% discount which I did not see. I placed the order to be delivered in the prime location of Singapore. Delivery was not done in time with excuse unavoidable circumstances and too far. I sent many messages to customer service for discount promised. No reply so far. I have no feed back of quality from the recipient so far.
I found the company unprofessional and unreliable.

I ordered get well flowers, a teddy bear and chocolate for my cousin who lives in the Netherlands. Paid lots of money for it BUT it was never delivered. I tried contacted them and only received several emails saying they will get back to me with an explanation but they never did. Later they partially refunded me only for the flowers. I did not get an email or a call with a reason or explanation. Horrible experience! I spent hours trying to reach them and get these resolve. Lost time and my cousin who is recovering from surgery never got her flowers which she was expecting. I am so upset! =/

Quite disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my Mom yesterday May 9,2021. The arrangement she received was very different and cheap compared to the photo reference in this website. The vase seems to have been bought at a discount store. And the flower arrangement did not look like it was made by a legitimate florist. This made me wonder if the website is really partnered with good florists and flower shops or just random people buying flowers off at the supermarket. I was not even informed beforehand that the whole flower arrangement will change. For the price that I paid, I was expecting a whole lot more than what was delivered or at the very least have it look identical to the picture in the website (false advertising!). My mom even made a comment that for that arrangement, it would have cost me 100% less in the flower shop across the street from her place.

This is about the third or fourth time I've ordered from this website, and every single time the flower bouquet delivered did not match the actual photo in the slightest. I didnt complain or give feedback because the flowers delivered were okay back then.

But I had to leave a comment now because this was the worst looking one to date. I dont think I'll ever be using this website to order flower arrangements. Just not worth the overly marked up cost (!) and pricey (!) delivery charge.

Too bad I didn't check the reviews online.
Never ever ordering from pickupflowers again.
