After placing my order... i went to see the reviews and was horrified on the reviews thinking the worst was coming... low and behold... 7,000 miles away... my fiance in Hong Kong received her roses on Valentines Day and on time... not only did it put a smile on her face... but it also got to tell her no matter how far I am how much i love her... high- five pick-up flowers... thank you..
They Delivered the order 1 day late, my sister finally got the flowers in Oslo Norway.
The quality of the flowers was not as in the picture but it was OK not that bad either.AT first I was very scared because I saw all these negative reviews I was thinking I got tricked... but Luckily It turned out to be fine. I'm not sure if this work with everyone though... For next time I would highly recommend websites which have option to pay with Paypal. Stick to them only. It's the safest option.
To start off I believe this place should be rated 3-3.5 stars, I'm rating it 5 to help balance the average. Why? Because they ship practically anywhere which is really cool. However I did notice their customer service/communication needs a little work. My first time I missed 2-3 calls and they didn't leave a voicemail message, then I got an email saying they changed my order without giving a reason. However my second order was the 100 roses and that went very smoothly and both flowers looked really really good. This company deserves better reviews. I will shop here again
After reading the reviews i was a bit apprehensive about ordering on this website but i was in a bit of a tight situation so i just took a chance. Im from the US and i had my flowers delivered in China. Keep in mind that this is an international flower delivery organization so of course there will be a few hiccups in the process. My flowers were delivered a day late but it was fine, the customer service was hard to communicate with because of their accents but they were very polite and made sure all of my worries were tended to. The product also looked better than they looked online. Also i feel like only people who have had negative experiences are the first to write reviews so just try to consider that.
I was terrified after ordering first then reading reviews, tried to cancel but they processed everything so fast (not a bad thing) it couldn't be done. So i crossed my friends and my girl in Poland got beautiful Rosses within hours of ordering. I think there will always be some issues with any business but they did good for me and felt I should share with others reading up on them.
My husband uses pickup flowers to send me surprises. Its been great to deal with pickup flowers, delivery is on time and flowers are great. But this recent valentines day (feb 14,2017) they only delivered one item out of three (even we received confirmation that they already delivered all three). We contacted the customer service, and they promised to deliver the items feb 20 and will refund us partially. We waited until Feb 20 but no items were delivered. For flower bouquets they can deliver it on time, but they failed for the other items.
I was extremely worried after reading these reviews. I ordered flowers for my mom who was going to be overseas on her birthday.
I was pleasantly surprised when my mom informed me that she received them at the hotel where she was staying. The arrangement looked great. Very close to the picture on the site.
I have ordered from this company 5 times. 4 were perfect but they sure screwed up Valentines day 2013. I ordered, Jan 29, a cake and flowers to be del. In Manila, the cake was del but not the flowers. After trying to contact them all day the 15th, I finally got someone name "Alex". They wanted another 30.00 USD to del the flowers. After a heated discussion they agreed to del the flowers the next morning. Well 1:30 that afternoon they del. The flowers were dry and no card. The cards were a continuation of each other, words from our song. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order. Be a cold day in hell before I order from them again..

I ordered one for my gf and it was supposed to be delivered by 19/APR.
However, delivery was not completed on the requested date (not surprised at all... since I read all those reviews...)
I didn't look up reviews before I ordered, so I was pissed when I saw those comments and when it actually happened to myself.
Their responses were not late. It was quick and fast, got an immediate response when I asked questions about my order.
It finally came a day after (which means at least they are not a total scam...) and the flowers' conditions were good. I was worrying about those flowers since they were going through some different provinces, but it was good.
I know special gift gets special when they are on time with a right place... so even this was my first order from them, I would say they are not perfect for making it on time (as what they said on their website), however, it's not a total scam... means they are not just taking your money away without sending any flowers.
Still not the best choice, but for those whom are worrying like myself after completed orders, it will come and giving flower will happen.
I should have checked these reviews before. It would have saved me the humiliating situation of sending probably the worst and most sad flowers ever to my mother's birthday in Brazil. They looked great in the picture and arrived on time. However, when I got the photo of the flowers from my mother, I thought deeply embarrassed. They didn't look anything like what I have ordered. Worst of all, they were all nearly dead, sad and completely inappropriate. These are situations in which I would have even preferred they didn't arrive...

I'll confirm what everyone is saying: stay away from this fake company. They're just scammers. I made an order and never delivered. No refund issued. Nothing delivered. They don't even respond anymore. But they charged my card anyway. Contact your bank, FBI IC3 and/or FTC.
What a waste of time. I won't bore you with the details suffice to say that the website checkout process can take half your day, especially if you need to update an expired card details. Don't expect any response from their customer services email address. Their live chat is not really live at all. Some computer says hello. Then silence thereafter. Stay away.
Ordered flowers days in advance for Valentines Day. Still waiting for delivery. Terrible customer service. The chat line is useless. I am trying to cancel my order and get a refund. I doubt I will ever hear from this scam outfit again. A $123 lesson learned.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had - delivery never made, zero response from customer service be it on phone, email or live chat. This company (if you can call it that) is a joke, a complete scam... Use other sites, DO NOT use this service. Completely ruined my Valentine's Day surprise to my girlfriend
Worst service ever including:
1) no customer support response on email
2) account login failure (after you register, when logging in again, site says "account disabled") I tried this on 3 diff email addresses and same result
3) fake transaction responses - I was told that my CC was rejected twice. Meanwhile my bank has no record of any transaction even being attempted.
Wish I had had time to read the reviews before ordering. Total scam. Just don't even think about placing an order. Customer "service" is an automated computer. 1. Give me 2 or 3 minutes to check. 2. We are waiting for the email confirmation. You won't get any different responses and then they block you from contacting them. Currently trying to get my money back from my credit card company. You live and learn.

I wish there was an option to rate less than 1. So placed an order#******* on feb 4th here and never got a confirmation email. Called on feb 5th to see what's going on and the guy (Completely unprofessional) said we are going to deliver less flowers and chocolates instead cake. I was like why did you let me order then and even if you did you should have contacted me with that info. Today feb 6th on the delivery date, nothing got delivered. I will surprised if someone actually reads this review as I was calling the helpdesk this morning and no one picked up. Worst experience ever. I was very reluctant on using sites to send gifts to India and now I know why.
I have ordered flowers on their website for Mother's day, nothing delivered. After I complained to them, they made an excuse that the address is incorrect. Funny! I have been using the same address with USPS, Fedex and UPS without any issue, now they told me this is wrong!? Okay, if their local florist cannot read English address, at least they should make a phone call to the recipient (two phone numbers provided on the order) to get the address, but NONE!

Have just gone through a challenging and frustrating experience using pickupflowers.com. Had arranged for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Tuesday and now it is Friday and she still doesn't have them. On Wednesday they said they would send the flowers with an apology note and a box of chocolates, but even that didn't show up. Every time I talk with the customers service staff it is always someone else's fault and I should wait longer. Nothing worked and nothing was easy.
