“Delay, product not as described, awful support”

The product is COMPLETELY not as described.
I ordered this:

And what has come you can see on the screenshot attached.
I was promised that it would be delivered on the next day, but I had to wait 4 days without any assurance that it would be delivered at all. Their support talks like robots without any will to help.
Completely dissatisfied.
