I have been using Photobook since 2014 for all of my travel and family portrait books. I love it!
The desktop designer platform that I use is easy to maneuver, very flexible and pretty intuitive. The books are amazing! I recently had 2 books created—one Layflat and one perfect binding. I like them both for different reasons (though I mostly get the layflat).
The prices are fair—especially since they often offer specials on their vouchers.
I highly recommend Photobook!

The company obviously doesn't care about people's images being even close to what they actually were. The book itself is of high quality. What a shame the don't have the ability to manage their color output.

My wife and I created a photo book recently from our trip to Iceland in August 2024. This is at least ghetto a 10th created in our trips from all over the world. I just want to thank Kevin and his staff for helping us when we run into some issues. The team at Photobook America are outstanding and were a pleasure to work with

Easy to use platform. I completed my Greece album after procrastinating for 6 months. But once started, it was a breeze.
I would like more options for vertical pictures, without the need of stretching the frames…

I had a few photobooks made from PhotobookAmerica. I love the overall experience. The books are good quality. Recently I tried to upload some photos to other photo book sites, both sites turned my pictures upside down or left to the right. It was very frustrating. Then I went to PhotobookAmerica, it solved my pain. Thank you PhotobookAmerica!

The photobook exceeded my expectations. It was heavy and the quality nice. The photo pictures look professionally printed. It also arrived earlier than the said specific date. It was a little pricey though, but still a good deal considering having a lot of additional pages to it.

I have been printing albums with this company for 6 years. The last album I received was of very poor quality. Everything is blurry. I asked to print it again. I received it again blurry and all the faces are lilac. I don't understand why there is no quality control before sending to the consumer. I am very upset because this is an album for my client.

The website made it very easy to layout photo books. Lots of options with fonts, colors and page design. Easy to upload photos either from your computer and the new feature to upload photos from mobile phone is a plus. The print and paper is high quality. Shipping is fast especially it is coming from Malaysia. Took a week get to the US once order is placed.

Taking great photos on a trip is one thing, but being able to share them with family and friends is another. Who wants to look at someone's phone? The 14x10 landscape format books are fantastic for sitting side by side and reliving your travels. Photobook America's print quality (on the cover and inside pages) is fantastic. We are so pleased with our books. I highly recommend them to preserve those treasured photos of your trabels.

As a property renovator, I always take numerous before and after photos of the work. I have used Photobook for creating a book to go with 5 properties, and always receive rave reviews on the book! My buyers are thrilled to receive such a beautiful book that chronicles the renovation of their property. I find that the creative process is very easy using the Photobook site. I will continue to use this company for future projects, and I always tell my friends and collogues about Photobook.

The album arrived relatively quickly. However, the print quality is subpar. I ordered a photobook with a canvas cover and the front picture on it is not glued properly and the quality of the picture is absolutely terrible. It definitely ruined the first impression.

I have created 4 books, each with about 40 pages. The results are stunning! There is a learning curve, but the ability to create and build your own pages is so worth it. I use an imac and can pull photos directly from photo app.

I wish I had found this page before ordering from them. If I could give them MINUS 5 stars, I would. Not only was the photo quality terrible, but they blamed me for it and kept trying to get me to buy another copy. I'm a professional photographer, and sent them high quality, high resolution images. Stay away!

After finally completing my book and letting them know what a hard time I had, I was able to complete it through constant perseverance and I received an apology. I was also sent the book in very quick process time with fast delivery. I appreciate that they did do a very nice job on the book and the person I made it for just loves the results.
I gave only 3 stars because of all the frustrations I had to go through to get the good results I finally got.

I have only printed 4 photobooks (Shutterfly, Walgreens and now Photobook America) but have been editing documents and printing photos for 25 years. I chose PhotobookAmerica for this project because they allow 140 layflat pages. Most photobook printers stop at 99 or 110 layflat pages. If I could find another I would quit PhotobookAmerica. Problems include:
1. Online editor is not great and has some bugs. Editing text is painful, alignment of photos and objects is also. The Mixbook editor is MUCH better.
2. Customer service is friendly, but slow. 1 answer per 24 hrs.
3. They won't print proof pages for you. You have to make and print 20 page books to see their print quality and options - like gloss or matte covers, normal printing or the brighter "colorup" process.
4. You cannot add a single page, only 2 page increments.
5. No way to import or export a project.
6. The print quality is average. Normal print is a bit dull and the "colorup" process is better but oversaturated for bright colors.
7. They put a cheap sticker on the back that leaves residue when removed (see pic).
8. Overall, 2/5 stars. On a positive note, the covers and layflat binding are great.

Easy to use, good options to up load your photos, fast production and delivery very pleased with the prices and quality I have made over 20 photobooks with this site

This was my first time making a photo book and I wanted it to be really nice. We had taken my granddaughter to Disney World and thought it would be a great memory for her so I bought a Groupon. I thought the template was hard to use and I spent countless hours on this but finally sent it in. Realizing that what you see on a monitor may differently from a printed photo I printed several to make sure of the quality of the images I was using. Well the book is here and I'm really disappointed. The photos are dark, blurry, and colors are dull. I'm on hold right now with customer service -15 minutes so far. I am not happy. I'm giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option

I've used this company many times, but the quality has dramatically worsened in the past two years. They've changed their printing process so that the photo quality isn't as good and the books smell dreadful. Delivery times have gotten really slow. I'm currently waiting on a book I ordered 15 days ago. The "track order" feature on the website isn't working so I don't know if/when the book is coming.

I spent most of the day over 8 hours trying to make a 40-page photo book that I purchased through Groupon. I was kicked off the site many times after selecting my pictures from my tablet placing in the slots and then losing everything! I accessed over four times to complete the task I never finished half the book. Try to access customer service or the helpline nothing or no one available. Do not use this company to purchase anything. I traded in my Groupon, hopefully we'll use on Shutterfly or another photo site. I'm glad I never completed it after reading every other review saying that many were dissatisfied with the quality of the photos in the books that they produced.
