I'm giving them a three because one of my mufflers came with a dent. However, I checked the other one and failed to check the second until it was time to install. I did not file a complaint as the dent doesn't show. The previous part came no problems.
Bought some chassis braces for my 2012. Website was easy to use and order... mucked up the shipping address, and sent Phastek an email asking them to put the right address. By the time I called them this was already done and the order was already prepared... shows that they are observant to their customers... they are quick, timely, efficient and pleasant to deal with...
Order was shipped out fast and when I had a problem with an order the support staff was nice enough to contact the manufacturer for me. The t3 hood ports from acs composites that I ordered through phastek had incorrect grilles and a missing template. Once acs contacted me they shrugged off sending any new templates/grilles instead I have to improvise what I currently have and modify the housings for the grilles to fit. After many emails they shrugged off sending the "correct" parts so I will never do business with acs again. Phastek though had no part in the problems I would do business with them again just not acs.
I bought a 2017 Camaro ZLI because it has everything so I don't need to do any modification. Having said that, I LOVE these tail lights. They look great, the function is unique, and they were not hard to install. They were well packaged and delivered within a week. I would highly recommend this product if your looking for a simple way to differentiate your Camaro.
The product was exactly as stated. It was also as easy to install as the video showed. I love the product; probably for the fact that I hate the computer telling me that I need to go from 1st to 4th gear going ~17 mph... I would recommend it to anyone.
I purchased fog lights for my husband for Christmas. When I went to order they were out of stock so I called to see if I could get a gift certificate. While on the phone I was informed that the parts had come in and that they would ship it to me that day or the following morning. I was thrilled since it was a Christmas present. My husband loved them and we installed them with ease. They truly make the Camaro look great. They also took the time to follow up via email to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely order from them again!
I've tried them all and Phastek has consistently been outstanding! Their prices are excellent and they will price match, but it's all but impossible that you'll find a better price. They truly care about you, the customer. I have two Camaros and exclusively use Phastek. A+++
Totally awesome and worth it. Wasnt sure about the orange/ amber lights, but they look great and they look orange. Just like my car. Looks great against the black interior with my orange trip.

Whee locks worked well. The key messed up the wheels a bit and over all they looked like crap. The picture made them look polished and shiny instead the looked beat up and dirty. Honestly I wouldnt purchase them again or recommend them to any one
Phastek has a very large choice of parts, and the descriptions are on point. They include instructions on all of their parts as well as detailed pictures. I have yet to buy multiple items from Phastek, but the first transaction was a great one, so I have no doubt all of my next will be the same or better. The FIFTY third brake light vinyl was an awesome addition to the sinister look I'm going for! Can hardly wait to buy more and get the Camaro SS the way I want it! I ordered caliper covers for my Camaro RS, they are high quality and fit perfectly. I also ordered the red monster lugs with black end caps. They more than exceeded my expectations.
