Because my order was for colour matched interior parts, it did take a while to arrive, but they are fantastic! I love the look, the quality, and I highly recommend ordering from Phastek -- they even have helpful youtube videos.
Ordered a part, took longer than expected to come in. After adding the part to my car, it came off the next day after applying exactly how the directions stated (even adding extra screws for stability). Have not heard back any news about my refund yet.

I ordered a cold air intake for my Chevy Camaro SS. Never received it and it said it arrived at my door step but I never got it. We have cameras up to watch surveillance and no fedex guy showed up. They also charged me twice for one order and I had to call two times in a week before they finally gave me my money back. 10/10 would not order from this place again. Bad service, slow, never received parts and they charge you twice for one part. Stay away from Phastekperformance it's bad news. Really didn't want to give this company a bad review, but I'm out of $378 dollars and still no parts and it's been past two weeks

The gentleman from Phastek are always helpful and have the best customer service that I have experienced in the aftermarket industry. I generally do not purchase from companies that charge re-stocking fees. Its always a red flag. It generally means that they do not stock the products they sell - they drop ship. That seems to be the case with Phastek, however, this is not something they clearly disclose, or maybe they do but it is not easy to find until you try to return something.I will not purchase from them again - many many other choice out there. If you find something you like on their site - spend a few minutes looking for that product on the internet. Im sure you will find someone else willing to sell it to you and not hold you hostage for 25% restocking fee.
I drive a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro LT & finding quality aftermarket parts for a good price is difficult. I needed a tail-lamp replaced due to a crack, so why not upgrade? I found Phastek on "Lethal Camaro's" instagram. After quite a bit of web-searching and research I decided to wait for their restock & created a "Build List" of items I need/want. A year-ish later I got the email from Phastek that the HERO Smoked Taillights in my Build List were finally in stock. I received excellent service & communication from Phastek & received my purchase quickly (ordered 03/16/21, shipped 03/19/21, delivered 03/21/21).
Installation was a breeze. No modifications were required, as they are plug & play. They look phenomenal & operate flawlessly.

Recently purchased a set of wheels from Phastek for my 2015 Camaro along with Gorilla acorn locknuts.
Absolutely enjoy the wheels until I torqued them with Gorilla nuts, chipped the Powdercoating.
Sean the sales manager pretty much told me it's my fault and are taking no responsibility.
The problem arises with the mating surface between key and nuts, sloppy and amplifies as its a deep socket. Im fricken pissed, this was a big investment for me.
Googled them, there a middleman, 1 bay warehouse fly by night, excellent website, but anybody can do that.
I found this website about a year ago and I've already made so many purchases that I'm expecting some hate mail from Summit! These fellas have some of the best prices and deals in town. More importantly to me, however, is their selection of parts. These cats have parts I have never seen anywhere else. Things I didn't even know I wanted, they had! Very fast shipping, and I have yet to have had a bad experience with them.

These guys were great to work with. During the busiest event of the year, they still took the time to answer all my questions and help me get everything I wanted. Shipping was also very fast. Will order from them again.
I received my part very promptly. The only problem was that a check engine light came on after installation. When I called the manufacturer they responded quickly an sent out a replacement within two days. We shall see if the new one (Jet mass air flow sensor) works properly.
Always very helpful when calling in with questions and always ridiculously fast shipping! Order one day, usually receive your shipment two to three days later. You just can't beat this kind of service!
Got my gears installed at a local race shop. I love them. It really wakes the car up! Gotta love that 3rd gear pull on the highway! Lol you can really tell it launches much better as well. Only thing that sucks is the kit doesn't come with new axle and pinion seals. An option to include differential bearings would be nice as well, since you should really consider doing that while your in there! But it's an amazing upgrade.
I ordered some door locks for my Camaro. $30. They came in fast but after installing the paint came off them day one. Do not lock and or unlock your doors as it will destroy their finnish. Wanted to return but return exchange policy makes it pointless. Will end up costing me more money. Not happy

Great product quality from Cold Air Induction. Great service from Phastek. The order was filled in timely manner and at my door in two days. The installation took under an hour. Did not order the optional washer bottle / scoop kit. But since I have. It make refilling the washer fluid easier. There is a better improvement in acceleration though low to mid range. Some change in engine noise. Happy with the results.
