My experience with PetCareRx has been wonderful. All the Customer Service personnel are delightful and very proficient. Thank you for all your help today, as in the past!
PetCarerx's web site showed 10 cases of cat food were in stock. Subsequent email confirmed 10 cases were ordered. 5 days later when checking order, as it had not arrived, web site showed entire ordered was cancelled. No email was received advising of cancellation. After 29 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold for a supervisor which never came on, Customer Service had no good explanation of why order was cancelled. Offer was made to reinstate order but only 4 of 10 cases were now reluctantly acknowledged to be in stock. Request for expedited shipping was rejected. Beware of coupon restrictions noted in small print. PetPlus, a program starting at $139.95/year, offerred savings on my order of Purina Pro Plan cat food of about 34%. But the free "Today's Coupon" discount of 25% meant I would have to be spending over $1122/year on this cat food to justify the additional 9% savings offerred with the PetPlus program. I will never waste time ordering from PetCarerx again and risk not knowing if and when my order will ship especially when Customer Service is of no help.
Wow, is all I can say. I had an issue with another online vet supply company for my prescription diet for a dog of mine. The other company claimed Purina was out of stock on their prescription diet food and other products, and there was no timeline as to when they would be back in stock, but I quickly found out this was false information. Pamela, a customer rep from PetCareRX came to the rescue, explaining that they had plenty of stock on my required prescription pet food. She gave me a ton of incredible information about their company and what they provide to customers to save money, which I took full advantage of! Pamela's thorough explanations and detail gave me confidence that this company will be the one I use for all four dogs from now on. Unbelievable customer service, ease of site use, organization of their site and products offered. I can't believe I had not heard of them before. I am a PetCareRX customer for life! Thank you Pamela, for your expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout our transaction!
Andrew singer was absolutely fantastic, very understanding and nice! Bought my first purchase on here and now I will continue to shop here, lower prices and great staff for over the phone questions!

I have been a long time customer of PetCareRx and have never had an issue. Earlier this week I realized I was running out of my dog's daily medication - called and spoke with Gabriella who was SO helpful - she was able to renew my PetCareRx membership which gave me a discount for my dog's meds - which I have already received! Never would have known I could save a few bucks if it weren't for Gabriella mentioning it. Great turn around, great prices and great customer service!

I have a dog with diabetes who requires a lot of expensive food, meds, supplies, etc., so I'm constantly searching for the best bargain on these items. I thought I'd found a good deal with PetCareRx, and I paid for the annual membership to get extra discounts. 1) They inflate the "original" price of products to make it SEEM like you're getting a much bigger discount than you actually are; 2) There seems to almost always be a huge sale going on (e.g., 25% off your whole purchase) that is available to NON-members but not members, so you'd be getting almost the same price without having paid for the expensive annual membership. The real deal-breaker for me is 3) the shipping is SO SO SLOW! Three times now I've had to buy dog food or medicine from another vendor and pay for express shipping because my PetCareRx order didn't ship for ages then was going to take most of a week to get to me. One of those times, they claimed to have difficulty getting a prescription approved by my vet, but they never let me know that in email or by phone. Overall I never feel confident about my orders with them and can't wait to finish out the year with this expensive membership. I won't be shopping with them after that.

I would give them a zero if I could. The website talks about "we aren't happy if you aren't" and that is a bunch of crap. They don't care about the customer at all. They won't follow the return procedures they have posted online. I have disputed it via my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible customer service worst I've ever dealt with
I ordered from this company first time I have ordered from them because they were cheaper than going to the vet when the box arrived it was open and damaged and there was nothing inside I contacted the company right away and I cannot believe how rude all of the customer service representatives including a supervisor was it was absolutely horrible nobody wanted to help or do anything they told me to contact the post office which I did and the post office told me to contact the shipper the other one fox figure there was one tiny little piece of tape on it I offered to send her a picture of the damage box they refuse to receive it I had no alternative than to disputed on my credit card Which they immediately refunded me absolutely horrible experience I'll never deal with them again
The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and knew there products well. He gave me lots of info to help me decide if petcarerx was right for our dogs

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
