Wow, is all I can say. I had an issue with another online vet supply company for my prescription diet for a dog of mine. The other company claimed Purina was out of stock on their prescription diet food and other products, and there was no timeline as to when they would be back in stock, but I quickly found out this was false information. Pamela, a customer rep from PetCareRX came to the rescue, explaining that they had plenty of stock on my required prescription pet food. She gave me a ton of incredible information about their company and what they provide to customers to save money, which I took full advantage of! Pamela's thorough explanations and detail gave me confidence that this company will be the one I use for all four dogs from now on. Unbelievable customer service, ease of site use, organization of their site and products offered. I can't believe I had not heard of them before. I am a PetCareRX customer for life!
