I recently had a problem with my order. I finally encountered a wonderful and pleasant representative by the name of Peggie Johnson who quickly and efficiently helped me with my order and also since i am a petcarerx club member she applied my discount and issued a refund for the difference. Do not pay the $50 membership price, it is a total rip off. The first order they send you great prices, but wait for the next order they tell you the reason you got that price was a first time discount, in the meanwhile you paid $50 to get a $15 discount on the first order.
They also charge you SALES TAX they say they are associated with Caremart that is in all 50 states. Go to another website that you do not need to pay a membership fee to get free shipping etc you do pay for it on your second order

My rep was Cathy. Addinisio. She telephoned me after I placed the order to confirm things. She was most pleasant and very helpful. She explained the membership to me. I told her I did not feel that I would benefit because the costs was too high for two dogs. She was able to give me a multi dog discount on the order in addition to a discount on the membership. This became a no brainier. Every time I use them now, I will get a 25% discount

The customer service rep I spoke with resolved my issue with a lost order within a few minutes, I apparently had 2 accounts and the 'lost' order was under a second account. Very satisfied with customer service rep. She was courteous and professional and knowledgeble, She also was very patient with me.

PetCareRx is simply the best. We order food for our cat. We order food and an Rx for our dog. Every thing is always seamless. The people we talk to are so very helpful and knowledgeable. The shipping is free and we always receive our products quickly. We wouldn't go to any other business for what we need for our precious pets. We are so GRATEFUL. Thank you.

My first experience was with them getting me to sign up for "petplus" for "free". I asked for how long and they said a year. I had to ask what then and they said it would renew. I had to press to find out it renews for $174! And you aren't notified unless you ask about this and find a box to check for a warning three days prior. I did place an order, paid with PayPal, then a couple days later, got two notices. They'd cancelled two of my cases of cat food, not because it wasn't in stock, but because they don't allow over two (then why let you order?). They also cancelled two of my boxes of cat litter out of 4, saying it would weigh too much. Again there was no notice of this. My item was damaged in transit, with UPS sending out the notice it was being returned, and I called for a reorder, but they wouldn't send it again without my paying until the original gets back.
Completely awful, misleading service
On my second order they increased the price 30% after stating via email that this order would be the same price as the first. I attempted to speak with a supervisor and this was not an option, I was told a request to do so would be made and I would be put in a "queue" with a 2 to 3 day call back. I won't go into details on the Petplus membership as I paid for it and cancelled it 2 weeks later without getting a refund on it. BUYER BEWARE - you may believe you are getting a good deal but you will likely run into the same problems I did and pay significantly more than other sites. Most concerning is the fact that they are charging my credit cared $98 more than agreed upon. I filed a complaint with the BBB (first time in my life) and will be contacting my credit company to dispute this unauthorized charge.

Trying to find anywhere to vet place that has in atock kittys 5 Mg Prednisolone tablets. Found PetCareRx.com hasit. Called and started the order. The customer Service rep i worked with was great. She confirmed the tablets were in stock. And patiently walked me thru the process and What to expect.

We are having construction done on our home, but for some reason, USPS will not deliver packages to our home (Although they are happy to continue to deliver mail and no other service has any problems delivering) Well our Pup's Heartworm medicine was at first taken by UPS then handed off to USPS- and you guessed it- they returned to sender. Andrew was fantastic in helping me get a refund for my old order and placing a new one. It was not their fault at all but the customer service I received was beyond helpful and efficient. We have been using PetCare for our heartworm meds for almost a year and have not regretted it! We have saved so much on their prescriptions (And with 3 dogs that adds up!) I have only had great experiences with them, and would suggest to all my friends and family.

After my last online pet meds store, Drs Fosters and Smith, was bought by Petco I went looking for a new supplier. I found these guys. I generally found them acceptable. Good prices. Nice people on the phone. BUT problems started right away. Confirmation of the prescription wasn't made and order didn't ship. Then I'm solicited to purchase this subscription plan. Then I start receiving robo calls to get my scrip renewal. I call and email MULTIPLE times to stop getting these robocalls. I get acknowledgements it will stop. It doesn't. SO, I'm stopping all business with these folks. I'm sharing this review more places and I'll advocate this place -- despite being staffed with very nice people -- is not an acceptable vendor. Bummer. Sorry you all couldn't just sell me pet meds and not be an annoyance.

She guided me through every aspect of the process, educated me on what would save me money going forward and assisted me with grace and dignity far beyond any customer service representative i have ever contacted, anywhere! She should be the Director of Training for your company because she was just AMAZING! She deserves any bonus you can give her because she is an fabulous employee and if i had a business i would steal her from you and make her the Director of Human Resources to ensure that the rest of my employees meet her Standard.! I purchased my dog's heart medicine from them when Allivet was backordered. They talked me into a $50 membership by lowering the price of the medication to $25 for the first order. I did not realize the order was 30 pills instead of the 50 pills I got from Allivet for $70, AND they shorted me 1 pill. Also they said they would sent my order 2-3 day shipping because I told the customer service person I was going to run out of pills. I didn't get my order for 6 days and I did run out of pills and had to buy a few days worth of medication at my vet at a much higher price. Will stick with Allivet from now on.
This company has got to be a scam. After ordering heartworm preventive medication online I received a call and email from them saying my Vet's phone numbers were wrong. I contacted my Vet and the numbers I gave them were correct. I called Jasmin at PetCareRx back and left a message and also emailed that the numbers were correct. After not hearing from them I cancelled my order via email and ordered from a reputable company. I also requested that my Vet not authorize any Rx for PetCareRx. Well, after emailing FOUR times to cancel my order and send confirmation, I receive a call asking for the correct phone number for my Vet so they can fulfill the order.
I wish I had read the other bad reviews before I placed the order.
DO NOT order from them - you will be sorry.

I originally had placed an order for Heartgard but our vet wouldn't approve the order until we had our pup seen for his regular checkup. I'm fine with that and I understand. I received an email from Megan Clapp about this and she also called to assist. I decided to change my order and purchase Tick and Flea protection, instead of Heartgard, for now. Megan was very helpful in getting this done and reached out to me immediately to complete the order. We completed this over the phone and a confirmation email was sent to me. I was shopping around to find a better price for my dogs medicine. My sister recommended PetCare RX. When I searched their website for the medicine the website was very user friendly and the price was awesome! I called instead of placing the order online because it stated "low stock". The customer service team was very helpful, respectful, and couteous. She answered all my questions with confidence and put any uneasy feelings I might have had away. Because I was a first time customer, she gave me 50% off my membership fee on top of my much lower price for the medicine! I answered a couple of quick and easy questions and she had me signed up and set up my autoship! Within a couple hours, they obtained my vet approval and I got my shipping notification with tracking! Super efficient, friendly, and reasonable prices. I love PetCare RX and wonder why I did not use them sooner!
