These People are Robbers

They don't bother to tell you that you can get a script for the same price even if you DON'T buy their stupid PetsPlus plan. So I had to call them and scream about this and get it refunded. Then they contacted me two weeks ago to renew this plan. My dog died in September and I told them this and that I had no need for the plan. However, today, I saw $106.68 charged to my credit card without my authorization to renew a plan for a DEAD dog. I had to call again and supposedly they will refund the money. Otherwise, I am reporting fraud to Bank of America.

Great Savings
May 15, 2019

See lots of complaints, but I've always had great service. I never expect overnight, but comes within a week. If I need it sooner, I pay more and go to vet. Guess it depends on what you buy. Have a 140 lb dane and PetCareRx price is almost half what I pay at vet so membership is worth it for me. PP med is $15 here and $35 at vet, Glucosamine is $38.94 here and $52.95 at vet. Multiply by 6 months and save $200/year minus $50 membership. Only problem I ever had was with Heartworm. Refuse to buy two 12 mo (1 pk 120 lbs and 1pk 20 lbs) Cheaper to buy 16 mo of 120 lbs and split pills, but they won't fill unless I get it exactly as prescribed.

Millie Kept My Business

Was concerned about the benefits of my $99.00 investment with PetCareRx. After speaking with Millie for about 20 minutes decided to keep this plan in place. She thoroughly explained how it works and made up for last years shortage in savings. Shortage was NOT asked for, was appreciated, and I remain committed to using PetCareRx for the remainder of the plan. A big attaboy for Millie. She couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. Great experience

Cristina Flores was the person who help me. I had many questions & concerns and she was very patient, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Also, toexplained to me how to save money for having 4 pets and 3 having health issues.
I usually use chewy but now I will change to petcare rx. Very helpful and competitive pricing. Thank you Christina for all your help.

These folks couldn't have screwed my order up more it they were trying. They didn't ship my dog's medicine when they said because my vet didn't cooperate with them... not their fault, but they didn't bother to inform me that they were having a problem.

From there it only got worse! They screwed billing my charge card up to the point where they sent me over my limit, then delayed the shipment, they didn't do what they said that they would do, the supervisor was rude and curt and when I asked to speak with her supervisor, they wouldn't patch me through.

Terrible customer service and STUPID people on the phone. Not a good combination for a website.

Thank you Stephanie, It was great doing business with you today. Also I read some of the reviews and would just like to say, regarding the FDA grain free tizzy! Grain Free dog food does not GIVE dogs heart failure, read the report correctly, a lack of Taurine does. Saying grain free dog food GIVES a dog heart failure is miss leading. Its very complicated and unless you understand the science behind it you should not make inflammatory statements. Some dog are genetically predisposed to low taurine levels Some grain free foods are fine some dogs are fine, You Know, Not every body that eats Bacon is going to die of heart disease. Its complicated.

Products are good but their membership is a ripoff. Their price for non members is more then the vet office but if you join you get a good discount which you only get on the first order after that the price is the same as the vet's office. Their customer service rep told me that the product I was using was only one of the items carried that really doesn't have a big discount. I'll cancel my membership and go to the vet for meds from now on. Totally dissatified.

When you have a sick dog and you need meds, you need meds and you need them soon. Lambert gets them to me immediately. This place - I'm sorry I ever ordered from them. It is taking forever. I purchased a membership for two dogs and will probably try to cancel. Pricing isn't everything - service is. The only aggressive service was sales. But the rest? Bleh.

Perscription food

We are running low on special diet food for our dog and pet rx only place that had any left we are not members but signed up for one time order and they were able to expidite the order for us the lady on the phone called the vet and is getting it done so we dont run out of food pet rx you are awsome and the person helping us thank you to her

I have been a member of PetcareRx for so many years. This July, 2017, for the first time, I made a mistake. I accidentally order flea med for cat and not for dog which is what I needed. I asked to speak to a manager, Megan, and I explained my error to see if she could exchange my order. She said that it was my mistake and she couldn't help me.
Then I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership with them if that was the case.
She said that the only way she will cancel my membership if I were to pay them the full price for the wrong medication that I cannot use because I got a discount price as a member. This definitely felt like another slap on my face.
I will never, never buy from them again.
Please watch out for business like this. They will love you until you make a mistake.

I spoke with Gabriel regardi g a charge on my crefit card. I had forgotten that I had signed up for something. I lost my pet in February so no lo ger ysed ur. Gabriel reminded me and expressed sympathy at my loss. She then proceeded to refund the charge. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Horrible

They consistently send emails stating my card cannot be charged. I call my credit card company and there is no problem on that end. My meds end up being late. I have asked for a managers email and they send me a non functioning email account. They really really have horrible customer service. They don't care. Currently they are satying they can't charge my account for an order i didn't even make and they won't send the orders I did make because they can't charge me for the one I didn't make. I'm done with them. Don't waste your money.

Terrible!

I'm a new. Customer in May I ordered meds for my dog was approved by vet and it took 2 1/2 weeks to rec the meds! Called, wrote, nothing! No call back no email response! But I did rec a call to get me to buy their savings plan! Ok last week I decided to give these ppl another chance! But this time I wanted to pick up the meds from the pharmacy, three times I confirmed this with the sales person! Today I get an email it's in the mail! Omg really I call these ppl again! I was told flat out I never told them to call the pharmacy! Wtf! I even had the Acct number to show the pharmacy that I already pd! The girl couldn't believe why I was so nasty! I'm a new customer, you talked me into taking your savings plan! And both orders you screwed up! I'm done with this company! Chewy is my new friend! Btw it just cost me more money at the pharmacy for pills that I all ready paid for! Beware ppl! And always get persona name on other end!

Amazing customer service.

I tried to order a prescription of a hard to get medicine that my dog needs to live, because the prescription was odd, Selena a member of staff reached out to me for clarification and she was so kind and helpful and just wonderful. She listened to my needs and made sure my dog got exactly what he needed at a great price. Truly, truly great customer service and prices. I'm switching to petcarerx for all of my dog's needs.

It states on the website that you may return any food item if it is not opened within 30 days. I wanted to return a case of 3 canned cat food packs that were completely unopened and I tried the DAY I received the order. They said they do not accept food returns. That is a complete lie as their website states otherwise. I spent COUNTLESS hours in the phone with their horribly rude customer service representatives and FINALLY someone accepted the return. I sent in the return and a week later it was NEVER accepted! I had to call YET AGAIN to have them send my money back. If I didn't call I have no doubt they wouldn't have returned my money.

Also when they say "wholesale" prices for PetPlus members that's complete and utter lies. The prices recently went up by over ten dollars on food I've been ordering from them for 6+ months. It is now cheaper for me to order this food from Amazon. Don't waste your time with this horrific company.

All I wanted was a replacement bag for my brand new bag of 30 lb dog food that I just purchased from them. I have been using them for months. I opened the bag and there was yellow meal moth worm on the food. That evening I reached out to them, a few days had gone by and no response. Finally after a few emails I received a response and they asked for a picture. I totally get wanting a picture. However, my main concern was finding food for my dog that morning, throwing the bag away and still making it to work on time. I have reached out to them a total of six times and still not received a repsonse. They do not answer their live chat- it just disconnects you automatically. They do not answer their phone and they just do not respond to a single email. I absolutely do not want a replacement bag. All I want is a refund as I have found another supplier. It was a wonderful service, but their customer service is absolutely awful.

Received a call the day after I put in the order, some clarification was provided since I filled out the request in correctly. Oneika talked me through the reorder process and suggest the PetRX membership and the advantages of it. It saved me 35 dollars that day which was more than the cost of the membership. She also set everything for me on auto pay and when we will receive the medicine each month. She was terrific.

Seresto Collars
November 15, 2019

Ordered 4 Seresto collars, I have always used seresto and have not had fleas in over 7 years! When I received my order first, it was shipped from Canada I believe, secondly the pkg was not the same photo as in my vets office, thirdly the collar had little spikes sticking out of it, lastly it did not come with the clips Seresto normally comes with! I should have trusted my intuition knowing in the back of my mind these were fakes! Now I have been dealing with fleas for 2 weeks! Then I was charged 270.00 for annual membership which they never even sent a notification of any kind they were charging this! They did however refund the membership but what company after months just takes 270.00 with out some kind of notification stating the amt would be deducted on such and such date! Stay clear of this company! They advertise they are USA based which they are but their products are not!

Just got off the phone with Tyra B and she was so helpful and kind. I had placed the wrong order of dog food and she was able to get it switched to what I needed. The mistake was clearly mine but she went above and beyond to make sure they had the food I needed and was able to update my account/order. Was a very nice experience. Years ago, I had a very sick dog who needed a certain kind of heart medication and this was the only site I could find her meds on and their cost was more reasonable than most, and I never had to worry about running out.
