I ordered 2 dresses. The Blue dress was so tight that I couldn't even get it over my head because the elastic on the dress was so tight. The green & the blue dress looked nothing like the dresses on the models. They were cheap material and the green dress looked terrible. I'm returning.both dresses. Not sure if I will order from you again. The quality if never what it looks like on your models...

Where is the free shipping? I haven't paid for shipping on other sites in years. Fabric is synthetic and awful to wear.

Cute dress with nice print but the sewing is uneven in the gathering of the tiers. Pleased with the notices of when it will be delivered and delivery but wish the product looked a little better.

I like that this site (Petallush) provides the actual measurements for the various sizing of garments. It certainly helps to have this information when selecting garments, rather than having a generic sizing.

Simple to order, comfortable and nice. The dress is simple and lightweight. It is a little pricey for a simple dress.

1st of all, it was delivered to my neighbors house. I happened to see it on their porch. We received a text that it was delivered and we couldn't find it.
Not sure if I will keep it. The material is very thin. Not what I expected.

The goods are not true to size and then they will not accept the items being returned and offered credit or refund for different amount each email. Goods were dispatched from Brisbane in Australia and they claim that they have only one refund and return place that is located in the USA. It is illegal to withhold money for goods that are not suitable. This is not just a change of mind. Website gives address to email for returns and four emails later they are still not resolving the problem. Do not buy from these people. This appears to be a scam.

Have purchased clothing here before with "okay"experience. This most recent purchase took 2 weeks to ship and arrived a month after order in which I no longer needed it because the event had passed.
Only willing to refund $12 for a 42$ purchase. It does not cost $30 to ship/return. They do give you a $42 credit option to spend and keep the clothing.
Buyer beware - build in extra ship time if you're purchasing for an event (ships from overseas) and they have a crappy return policy.

Okay so the dresses are decent quality but the shipping takes forever and if you have to return something you have to pay for the returns yourself. Two weeks after fed-ex successfully delivered my return I had yet to hear back about my refund so I emailed and got a response days later. They can't find it and somehow it's my fault. They only send one email reply a day in the early morning hours (like 3 am) and are now I won't get my refund. Totally horrid service and I will never buy from them again. Save yourself time and frustration and buy clothes somewhere else.

Would not refund my original order. Just kept having other "solutions". Finally agreed to a $75 credit. Bought new items and spent a few dollars out of pocket as well. It's been 21 business days and my items have not arrived. I have contacted them that the tracking number provided 19 business days ago does not work and says it does not link to any active package. They just keep claiming it's on the way but will not provide a new tracking number. Don't waste your money.

Very unhappy. Order was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting customer service I'm told there is a 30 day return policy and was quick to put it on the delivery company. Not one solution to the fact that I did not get the chance to use their 30 day return policy because it had not arrived to me. The pieces I received looked nothing like pictured. Dresses that were to be knee length in pictures were actually down to my ankles. I'm 5'8. Material is see through and cheap, on each piece.

If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work out, you can't get your full purchase price back! They will give you a percentage, but not the full price. It's a rip off! Buyer beware! They keep your money. I feel like I've been robbed. Here's the email they sent: we refund you $12 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as compensation and you keep the item without return. $12 refund on a $41 purchase. The dress didn't fit. Keeping it is not what I wanted. Very unhappy with the whole process.

Sent me an email concerned with my "large" order warning me I could not return items. I just told them to cancel the entire order. I will update this review at a later date if they refuse to refund me. I just spent $1,000 at $#*!'s Sporting Goods. One of the items had a defect (probably from being tried on at the store). I took it back and it was an easy exchange. Telling someone they are not allowed to order something online and return it if it doesn't fit is super sketch and unprofessional.
