I bought 4 dresses for my girls and one came in the wrong size. Not only would they not let me return the dress for the right size they wouldn't refund my money. After a month of dealing with their customer service I finally settled for a half refund, which they never refunded! It's been a bad enough experience that I'll never be back. It's a shame that their return process is so terrible!
Tried to return items that were too small but got the runaround each time. First was an offer to reinburse $17, then $24, then $36 and now $42 which is half of what I paid. Then they tell me they don't send return shipping labels; that I must accept one of their offers. After reading a similar review where they didn't even receive the final payout, I'm in disbelief that Petullush get away with this criminal activity. Buyer beware!
It was fairly easy to navigate the site. I guess we'll see if they are the quality I'm hoping for. The styles are modest, which I love. There's always a risk ordering online, will they fit well or not. In my case three of the four items I ordered are a little too small. I'm going to try to exchange them for a larger size.

I've ordered a few dresses and a sweater from Petallush this year and I love them all! They're so comfortable and beautiful, and a lot of the dresses have pockets! The sizing charts are very useful in finding the right size and have never led me astray. My Black Friday order had a much longer delivery time than usual but it was likely just because of so many packages being shipped around Christmastime.

After ordering- I have not received anything and it has not shipped in a week and a half. I'm concerned about clothes quality of product if this is starting quality from this business.

Was apprehensive ordering from a site l didn't know and thought being in NSW Australia, my order might take ages to arrive. Ordered 18 Dec and arrived 29th. Five tops are all as pictured, fit well and are good quality. I am probably between a 10 and 12, ordered small which is a close fit.
To make a long story short, the dress we ordered was at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised and took forever to be delivered. When we finally got the dress and it didn't fit, I emailed the company to return it, they wanted to give me a $6 refund for a $30 dress and have me keep the dress (that nobody in my house or group of friends can use). So I decided to return it. They gave me the return address, and I paid $7 to mail it back to them. When they received it, they sent me an email stating that it was received outside of the 15-day return window and now they will only refund me $16. So, I paid $37.00 for a dress that was returned for $16. What a joke! Definitely will keep my money and not buy cheap dresses from this place again.
I was not able to track my package and customer service replied "It takes some time to update your tracking information online and we have urged the shipping side to update it asap, please don't worry." Once received, I was not satisfied with the product and requested a refund. I was told "Sorry to tell you that we don't provide return shipping labels currently" and was offered $11 to keep the dress, and when I insisted on a full refund, I was offered $14. I have never had to "bargain" for a refund and honestly, I would NEVER order from them again. Hopefully, this will help potential clients of having to go through a similar nightmare of an experience.

My items didn't fit properly, so I emailed them to return the items and they are just hanging on to my money as if it were their own. I paid over $100.00 and they said we will give you $28.00 back. I finally got them to send me back $60.00 but they would not give me back all my money. Very very bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to buy off of their website.
Shopping was easy and I got the clothes in record time. Typically I am a 4/6 and a S/M, I ordered a size large denim skirt (bc i didn't want it to be too short) and I can't even get it on. I also ordered loose and flowy pants, and they are disgustingly tight, lol. Not keeping anything and unfortunately probably won't come back because 100% of the items I tried didn't work, especially when I sized up.

Nearly all of reviews are about the offer of cute dresses and (mostly) positive shopping/ordering experience. No actual reviews of said "cute dresses" as customers are still waiting for their orders. Very fishy...
I had a lot of difficulty setting up my account. It said there was a problem, but didn't tell me what the problem was or how to correct it. Used trial and error until I got it right. Then it seemed to get stuck in shipping mode for a long time. Glad I was not in a hurry.
The clothing was cheaply made and sizing was much too small. Tried to make a return and they make the process nearly impossible. Finally agreed to a 70% refund and have yet to see it. Currently disputing the charges with PayPal.
This company has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I recently received an order and 3 of the 5 items ordered were huge. I typically order a small or a medium and 3 items from my order were much larger than a medium. When I contacted customer service, J (first initial of rep) proceeded to tell me that each item on their website has a size guide. What! Then when I informed J. That I was returning the items she replied "if you INSIST on returning the items". What do you mean insist! I reviewed the return policy prior to placing my order, so of course I am going to return the items that did not fit. Why would I keep items that do not fit me and the items are not a typical medium.
Bought a maxi ivory with delicate flower patter which fit perfectly and will be worn to upcoming wedding. The shirt I purchased did not fit, the arms to tight. Emailed for a return and pleasantly surprised at the quick response. Very professional and willing to work with you on returning alternatives. Highly recommend Petallush.
This is obviously a Chinese company because the sizes are so small compared to American sizes. I am 133 pounds and wear a medium and sometimes a large. I got the large, and even saw the bust size on the site, but it was way too small. It also said it was a cotton dress--and that is the reason I bought it because I hate polyester--but it is really all polyester. Wow that is really deceptive. Plus I had to pay around $10 shipping to get it to me, and $15 to ship it back! That is $25 total in shipping for a dress that was $39. Ridiculous! I will stick to Amazon and other sites that offer free shipping and free returns next time!

My dress came today. It is cute but there are permanent wrinkles from how it was packed to ship. I washed and dried it on delicate to see if the wrinkles would come out. They don't. I am very disappointed and will not shop there again.

I ordered 6 items because of the free returns. All of the items were see-through and the material made Forever 21 look expensive. They fit horrible. None fit in the chest area. When I went to return, the company made it very difficult and would not provide the free return promised.

I bought the "white floral shirt puff sleeve square neck mini" from Petallush and was really disappointed by the quality and fit. It wasn't like the one shown by the model on their website, the elastic was too tight in strange places and meant it didn't fit at all.
I contacted the company to request a refund and their reply berated me about pulling up the collar, I have tried several times to wear the dress as the model is demonstrating and clearly this dress is faulty! The company made no reference to my request for a refund and was very dismissive, some of the worst customer service I have ever received, I would urge everyone not to use this company, terrible quality items, terrible customer service and so rude in their replies.
Certainly won't be shopping with them again!
