Support through chat was fast, very easy, and didn't take long. I'm appreciative of this service being available. My only issue is that I wish there was a way to track when you receive my first direct deposit and I also wish the credit card could be expedited because I'm financing an upcoming expense and was hoping to have the card sooner rather than later.
I placed an order for an item, that they took the payment out for. The item did not ship, nor did PerPay respond to ANY of my requests, email AND support on their homepage, regarding the missing item. I called their only number available, and the rep said that an agent would be available on the weekend to assist. The weekend came and went, with zero assistance. They blatantly lied. They did not provide any shipping or tracking information on the missing item, but they did take money out of my account for the item. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I like that I can get the products I want and pay for them over time. I also like that it builds my credit. I wish some of the shipping did happen after my first payment but what can you do.
I love how I can make payments for big purchases and it comes right out my account. No worries or hassle trying to remember when to pay. It comes out before my deposit hits my account
I was able to buy my son Oculus something I never thought I could afford. The easiness of it coming out my check so I don't have to worry about remembering to pay is a big help also. I also got me a vacuum and both came brand new and no issues. The shipping is accurate it came between 3-5 business days like promised.
I have had 6 orders from Perpay. They have not only gotten my orders shipped out fast, but my orders have been exactly what I asked for.
I say, when shopping, consider your options like I did on Google, or just ask me, and I will let you know that perpay is a convenient and awesome page to do shopping.
I think that the company over charge in shipping and his much the payment are. The calculation is off. And it takes a while for someone to contact you back

Sometimes you really be wanting something but then you worry about money for something else later. Well with Perpay they helped me balance my shopping with also handling important things. What makes it easier is you can pay the price through your payroll in small increments at a time until paid off!
I had an issue, where my job deposited my whole paycheck instead of the normal payment. Someone from prepay called immediately to rectify the situation. I appreciated that they called me to clear things up. I've been shopping with them for 4 years and will continue to do so.
I have had an overall good experience with Perpay. Delivery is generally fast. Once you order enough the shipping really gets fast. Convenient, come out of you pay, so you don't even notice it. Only thing I don't like is the communication is through chat, so slow response sometimes. Also, a little impersonal.

I just recieved my new Perpay credit card in the mail a few days ago and decided to use it to buy a train ticket for an upcoming trip. I'm not sure why but It was declined. I thought there must be some mistake and so I tried it again. Again it was declined, I trued one more time but the third attempt failed also. The same message was given each time " transaction declined by bank". I was confused so I went to the Perpay website to investigate and saw that all three charges were pending on my account and my available credit had been reduced by total cost of all three tickets. This was super frustrating, it made me mad because not only did Perpay decline the purchase, leaving me without a ticket, but had still logged all three attempts as pending charges as if they had gone through and reduced my available credit while they processed. Luckily this issue, I thought to myself, is something that could easily be fixed once I call and explain the problem. Unfortunately this was impossible to do because when I called the support number at 7 pmI got a recording stating that they had closed up shop at 6pm. I tried to use their live chat. Also closed. I missed my train, now 4 days later theses charges are still on my account and they wont take them off and told me that I had to wait for the system to drop them off
I had fun with this app help me in tight situations cuz I didn't or couldn't afford a couple things so I use this app to help with the extra
Even though I received a tv that was broken to pieces and I wasn't able to get a refund or replacement I still love Perpay and all of the items that they offer. It's very affordable and the best part is they help with building up your credit score. I am so glad 😌 for this website! Keep up the great work Perpay
I started using Perpay last year around October wasn't really sold at first looking at the prices and the whole direct deposit before shipping idea. Eventually I set up my Direct Deposit and received my product a few days later. Best decision I ever made my score was very low and no one would offer me anything because of it. Now since using Perpay the last few months I have managed to rebuild my credit and also qualify to be a first time home buyer something I was unable to do 6 months ago
I like it because I don't have good credit and can't save money but they up charge the item it's self and that's all you pay no hidden fees can't blame them ig
It's kind of hard speaking with someone on per pay it would be a way better app if you would have live help when issues happen.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
