One star is far to generous! They might have good prices but that is because they skimp on customer service and employees are AWFUL! They addressed my package improperly so it got returned to them I emailed twice to fix the problem with NO response I finally get through to someone a rude stupid person during business hours and all she says she can do for me is make wait even longer for them to scan the package then readdress it and send it out with 5-7 shipping day! I explained that unacceptable and all she would do is send it out same day with 2 day shipping. This was supposed to gift for my mother in law's birthday but now she won't get it till a week after birthday because this company's complete incompetence. By far the worst customer service I have ever experience I will gladly order some where else and pay more money from another company if that means I get and little respect and can trust that my package will arrive when it's supposed to!

Great products for a reasonable price. Problems with an order, customer service is excellent and fast to take care of you! Would recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you for being a top notch and trustworthy company!

Colognes were delivered quickly and they smelled even better than i remember but the best part is I don't have to pay the full amount at once... it's a win win! Highly recommended... mucho complements

The shopping experience was easy, but almost all of the perfumes I ordered were very-light/ weak in in actual fragrance. I used your site description to select my choices, but only one of them had any staying power. The other three were so light that they evaporated almost before I put them on. I would have classified them as "Toilet Water" certainly not perfume. Perfumes should have enough fragrance oil to last on the skin. Whether this is an issue with the maker or not, the result was still the same. It is expensive to order perfume with little or no fragrance. It would be great if you had some sort of and "INTENSITY SCALE" so that customers would have an idea of the depth of scent in a perfume before the ordered,

It made my whole day to receive my package from perfume.com especially the way they addressed me the amazing. The Perfume was one my aunt wore my entire childhood. 11/10 overall experience. I have no clue what areli hair salon is however or why that's included in this review. But I digress 11/10!

Tried calling them 3 times and all I got was lousy music. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. There was no one to say how long your wait time was, just terrible music. I tried to email and they wanted access to my phone. Why? I did not care for the experience. I am not recommending that no purchase from them. They need to deal with the customer in a timely manner. They could had ask me to leave my number and get back to me.

I want to choose perfumes. How can I do that? Loved how fast I received my order and how beautiful they smell and look. The bottles are so pretty displayed on my vanity. I never owned bottles of perfume just free samples with beauty orders. I'm loving this so much!

Ordered despite the negative reviews, received the cologne, it was packaged as if it was the real deal... impressed. Until I sprayed the fragrance and WOW! Major isopropyl alcohol with a hint of the actual fragrance... I contacted perfume.com and expressed my issue, the response was " we only sell authentic, If you have any other concerns please don't hesitate to reach out... Basically they blew me off, I got ripped off $26, not a lot and not worth the hassle of returning... lost another potential customer and spreading the word.

I had ordered several testers since my fave perfume was discontinued. They were all really good but one stood out. My cat broke that tester so I went ahead and ordered the largest I could fine. I love it and shipping was very quick

I recently just got back into perfumes and I'm so grateful to have found this site! I'm smelling great on an affordable price. Plus it's in payment installments! YESSS I'm definitely going to be getting more perfume when I'm done paying this one off.

This really is a terrible company. They display prices in your local currency and unless you look very carefully you don't realise that it's charging you in dollars. This may or may not be a problem for you but in addition the product I ordered never arrived and then they refunded me via Paypal, even though I said I didn't want them to do that as I would lose more money in the currency conversion. They said it was a goodwill gesture! So if your order doesn't arrive, if they're not in a good mood, you may not get a refund at all. Their customer service department are hopeless. They don't actually understand what you tell them and aren't interested in listening or trying to accommodate you even when you're trying to suggest solutions. They even refused to attempt to send me my product again and instead insisted on sending me a refund in dollars, losing me more money. So after much stress and time, I've ended up with no perfume and £4.10 out of pocket. Really annoying.

I ordered the Jimmy Choo Ice Man and it came quicker than expected and smelled GREAT! My only problem I have with this fragrance is that it only lasts a few hours. Other than that I have no complaints about anything. I will definitely order something again from Perfume.com. This was my first time ordering.

I get great prices on my favorite perfumes and they arrive so quickly to my home! I am amazed at the variety of perfumes that are available! I will continue to use perfume.com for only future perfume purchases! Plus I signed up for the special yearly plan, so I get little samples every few months!

Perfumes! How I love them! Perfume is my specialty! I love long lasting scents! It was on this site that I ordered perfumes that turned out to be more resistant than any! I will definitely order a perfume for myself, as well as for my mother and grandmother, as the holidays are ahead of us!

Very upset with their customer service or lack there of. My ordered was clearly delivered to the wrong state and they won't do anything to help out. Buyer beware $#*!y experience so far. Been a week past the day they said it was supposed to be delivered and nothing but telling me to call usps.

As always my experience was quick and easy. Products, sizes, prices and quantity are easily navigated. Typically the prices are as low as I have seen advertised anywhere and delivery is always less than a week. Finding a special is always a bonus because the price will always beat any competitors pricing. I have ordered from Perfume.com many times and will continue to do so for personal use and gifting.
