I just did ask for customer service, so I help with Paris Hilton sells beach and she said no it did not come with the box when in the ad your ad it is shown next to a box and you know some of the perfume was missing. I didn't like that.

I was told by someone about
perfume.com so I went and looked & I was so pleased to see that Kenzie So Sweet was available in the big gift set I ordered And within two days it was here! The price is awesome! You will have my service for a long time!

TBH was skeptical to order a cologne from a non brick and mortar store... But tried cause of the price and reviews... was very very pleased... arrived on time with great tracking visibility... will definitely be coming back

I'll admit that I was a little dubious but I just can't say how truly pleased I am with Perfume.com. I was so sad when my Jovan was discontinued in my whole city but a customer told me to give them a try, that she was quite happy with them also.
Even with the exchange rate, (and the awesome 20% coupon they offer) the price worked out about the same as what I would have paid here in Ontario, Canada.
I am recommending this company to EVERYONE!

The perfume bottle had no sprayer top on it so couldn't be accessed. My husband donated a cap from one of his which is too large but works clumsily to get the perfume out. This is the first time I received a bottle without a spray mechanism and would not have ordered if I knew that's what would be sent.

TY for a positive shopping experience... please don't ever discontinue this fragrance because my husband is allergic to all heavy perfumes & I can wear this particular fragrance without him complaining. I've worn it for 25 yrs & I don't have it on I don't feel feminine or complete. For me it really is icing on the proverbial cake.

I was very happy with the purchase, and the products received. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Despite the warning/disclaimer provided for tester bottles, i only received one w/o a cap, and a few with a plain white box, which i don't mind one bit, it gets thrown away anyway. The Gucci Guilty, i wanted most of all, came new & sealed in original box. Aaaaaand i was allowed to make payments. What more could i ask for. Maybe faster shipping?

I had to place this order 3 times before it finally went through. Unfortunately, 2 orders went through. I had only planned on ordering 1 bottle of perfume. However, I received 2 separate packages with a single bottle in each. I will not return the 2nd one, just won't be reordering as soon.

Love this site and it's ease. My last purchase was Perfume spray in a tester bottle. The bottle top stuck when opening, and the spray top was used many times. Too much spray came out unevenly and even the sprayer was a little off. Will not opt for that again. Otherwise, all good experience!

No problems, Easy to order. The only thing I wanted the old bottle of cologne that I used to get but they must not make it anymore so I settled for the after shave. The cologne is a little bit stronger and will last longer than the after shave. Did you stop making it?

I was very pleased dealing with perfume.com. I mistakenly put my order through twice because I'm older & got confused. When I emailed your company they immediately answered & said they would cancel the order placed in error & refund the money. I was so Grateful you were so understanding. Thank you Joanne Rodriguez

I am not to happy with the perfume boxes, they looked it old and messed up, and I paid $200 for a bottle of creed, y'all could at least put it together nice, and it smell so much different from what I smell in the store
