I purchased perfume for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't open the sealed perfume box since it was a gift. As it turns out, it was barely 1/3 full when she opened it. They would not take it back or replace it because it was after 30 days. I don't know about most people, but I don't open the actual gift to make sure it's completely full. I expect it to be and that whoever packaged it to send would have strict QC policies. I guess you get what you pay for...literally.
I'm always a little hesitant when ads pop up on Instagram because you never know what to expect. I received my order within days and it wasn't packaged beautifully and just as described. I will definitely be making my purchases from here for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

Bottle leaked in transit; cap was fused shut from condensed/congealed cologne and had to be removed w/ pliers. Spray assembly was gummed up and loose, detached. Impossible to reattach it to tube leading into bottle. Product smells nothing like previous purchases (of same brand-- Acqua di Selva) from other sources. Have asked for refund or replacement. No reply so far.
Purchased perfume Dec 19; no shipment - USPS seems to have lost pkg. Seller doesn't answer phone & only delays. 3 weeks have gone by! I only get robo-answers on email. PAYPAL has been called in to settle this. Had to buy replacement product in store. Perfume.com in. Bad faith and for all we know this may be its bankruptcy.
As you saw first order over126$$ was returned. No refund, the server used was usps.the box had large holes, lid was flat and could be accessed by anyone. Broken and completely destroyed. So that was disappointing being gifts. I ordered again one item this time 81$$ and it was supposed to be here in 3 days priority mail it was delivered 6 days. So over all its been awful. I should receive a gift discount and or make things better, somehow!
Navigating the site is super easy and convenient. Im particularly impressed with the search filter options. Recived my items very quickly. Nothing was out of place and was in perfect condition. Will definitely be doing more business here.
I purchased an item well over a month ago.
The courier company they selected and used did not attempt to deliver the package. I was home the day they claim they attempted to deliver the package. There is also a concierge in the lobby. No package was delivered. I tried contacting the shipping company SIX times and never got a response.
Dealt with Ces from Customer Service for over a month. She could not get the company to deliver the package.
I finally asked for a refund. Everything but the shipping fees and taxes ($16 CAD) were refunded. I asked for my issue to be escalated to a supervisor. Why am I on the hook for the shipping when the courier never even attempted to deliver the package?

The fragrance didn't smell anything like the original and the subscription was very misleading. I was sent a fragrance that I didn't even pick out 🙄
I get a fragrance atomizer every month which serves yo introduce me to new fragrances. I've come back to purchase the full size bottles of some of them, and Perfume. Com always makes buying fragrance very affordable. The shipping times are lightening fast.
I have been wanting to try Gucci Guilty for a long time, but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for the 1oz bottle. Perfume.com emailed me when the product came back in stock. Even got at 20% percent off coupon. Shipping was easy and fast.

The one time my item was damaged during transit, they immediately sent me a knew bottle completely free of charge. Great costumer service.
Listen to me. You'd better keep clear of the site Perfume.com, out of harm's way! Never, never buy goods at this store. The seller will deceive you. You will pay only for fakes. I got my Order # ******* placed on Jun 25 2020. So, there wasn't any real, original perfume. None of the five.
I called Perfume.com and told them about it and there is a paper in there from the post office where they knew it had leaked. They were going to send me an e-mail for a refund but have not heard yet. Waiting to hear... She was nice about it. But no response yet.
I ordered a bottle of Anucci for my husband for Christmas. Delivery came fast, very happy (so far). I ordered the cologne to be gift wrapped for an additional charge. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and saw a nasty gray burlap sack, just like you get at the dollar store! And when I opened the sack I was hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of the cologne! Apparently in packing and/or transit the bottle top was not appropriately tightened and half of the bottle leaked out. Now while my kitchen smells great, this is not what I purchased this for! So I called customer service, and explained the issue. The girl apologized once, offered to send me the label and told me I won't see a refund for at least two weeks! So now I'm out money, have to go wait in line at the post office in the middle of the holiday season and have nothing to give my husband for Christmas. Thank you Perfume.com. Not worth the little discounted prices. So pissed and dissatisfied!

I love the 6.7 oz D&G Light Blue I ordered from Perfume.com. However, I was disappointed to discover that I could have gotten it from Fragrance.net for $14 less. Had just placed order when realized, did not want to cancel order.
