Ordered a cold air intake for my 1999 Dakota on Sunday 8/3/25. Was pleased to receive a call the next day Monday 8/4/25 stating the black one I ordered was out of stock but they had a chrome one they could send right away. I said that sounds great as I didn't even see a chrome option and that might actually work better. I even complimented the customer service before ending the call as most people would just cancel or state it will be delayed. Now even more excited I waited for my tracking number to arrive that same Monday only for it to never come. Fair enough I thought, things get busy, one day isn't the end of the world. Waited Tuesday, nothing, no emails calls or tracking number. Called at 3pm central time Wednsday, stayed on their atrocious holding music and auto message speaking every 2 seconds about how someone would answer my call soon for 45 minutes. No answer, gave up and emailed. Waited all day Thursday, no answer. Call today Friday 8/8/25, do get to speak to Tony right away only to be met with the worst possible answers to "what is the status of my order" ive ever received. He stated without any hesitation or looking into the matter at all that the package would be shipped today. I then explained the situation where I was called on Monday and promised one would be shipped that same day and never got anything and all he said was "I don't know, your's will be shipped today" and all i said back was literally "alrighty then" with a slight pause. I was about to ask why it wasn't shipped in the previous couple of days when he just hung up on me. So I just came straight to here with this fresh on my memory and I see this guy likes to hold EVERYONE EXCEPT HIMSELF accountable. I really should have looked at these reviews first. Look at the replies yourselves, this dude CANNOT take accountability for his actions, EVERYTHING is someone else's fault but NEVER EVER his fault. I haven't even received my product yet and this experience is already the worst I've ever had ordering stuff over the internet. Ive spent about 10k in parts on this 1999 dakota and ordered from over a dozen unfamiliar websites just like this one. This is BY FAR the worst experience ive ever had in such a short amount of time. They make false promises, are very unclear about details on orders, and do NOT communicate well at all. And even when they do it doesnt mean anything. They can say whatever they want, they'll probably promise you a million dollars just for the next guy to say "I don't know". Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $200 or so on a name brand website. Save yourself the hassle, please. EDIT: This dude is straight slandering me over on another review site. I've spoke with this guy twice in my entire life and he feels comfortable enough to straight lie to the internet about who I am and what I've done? What a terrible human being. So.far so.good worked well on my 2004 chevy avalanche 5.3. Have noticed increased fuel economy and notieably better throttle response. But I think this is a good product. Will reserve full judgement for a week or 2 but it definatley does increase performance and mpg.

Play place, turn on laying order with this company for a colder intake. Hoping it was carb approved.
The website does not state at that specific part that it is not carbohydrated and I. Found this out the hard way.
Place the order in November 8th online was charged for to my credit card November 9th received the product November 10th.
When I caught home I called and spoke to representative of a customer service november tenth at three forty two p m.
I asked that it was CARB approved. He giggled and said no. He asked me what makes me think that it's is CARB approved. I told him when placed in the order for the specific item. His website does not show that it is not carbohydrated as he 99% of the other side. Specifically state those parts are not approved.
Is responses? "Oh well. I guess we're the 1%."
He said it's at the very bottom of their website where it's as Terms & Conditions. I have to click that link. Then scroll down and look for returns and read the fine print in the 2nd or 3rd paragraph.
I asked if I could return it. He said yes, but if you're out of two does not improve over the phone I will refuse it.
Plus you have to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping.
I mentioned I don't mind paying for shipping but restocking on an item. I had less than 12 hours?
He said that's our policy take it or leave it.
Show the next day I paid for shipping 2 days later. Receive a credit minus restocking fee.
25% restocking fee for an item that I did not want.

Ordered for my 2018 GMC Canyon, plugged it in, turn ignition on without starting and waited about 15 seconds then started it. I could tell a difference on the first drive. I like how it changed my shift points too and downshift earlier than stock and hold a gear when in a pull better than stock. Looking at one now for my 22 Dodge Charger I just picked up.

I purchased the Stage 1 chip for my 2020 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. I followed the installation instructions perfectly. I drove with the chip, never removing it, for 3 weeks. I saw zero difference in fuel economy or power, driving the same routine every day. I emailed the customer support for a refund; the company's site states there is a 30-day money back guarantee. After several emails, I received direction on how to return it. I packed it in the original plastic wrap and in the original box. This cost me around $13 at UPS to mail it back. Then, I got a refund for $79.99, $20 less than what I paid for it. I emailed again and inquired and was sent a link to the terms and conditions and there was a restocking fee. The terms and conditions do not apply because the chip I received was apparently defective, as it did nothing. AVOID purchasing products from this company. How can a restocking fee apply for an item that doesn't work?
This company is DISHONEST in its dealings. It sold me a product that simply flashed blue lights and then charged me a $20 restocking fee for an item that did NOTHING THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD DO. Finally, I went to the company's site to leave a review, logged in and was refused. The message said only people who have purchased the product can review it. I DID PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. They just don't want people who are unhappy with the product leaving reviews.

It's about 2x as expensive than buying one of the throttle response chips.
Despite the cost difference the immediate unquestionable performance & fuel economy advantages improvements of a pro tune. You won't sweat 5 or 6 hundred for obvious results compared to 250 for something that is sustainable etc at best. You will be much more satisfied with a real tune from livernoise or similiar.
The difference between I think I might a felt something. Opposed to the sound and smell of roasting rubber. Ain't gonna get that from a chip.
I'm confident I realize at least 50 hp difference with 89• and more when I upload and run theb93• tune.

They sent the WRONG PARTS and stole $130 from me as they will not credit my VISA. They do not have a 60 day return policy!

If you want to see real results,like everything else,seek out a professional. Proper tools,knowledge and experience are the only way anyone will see real results.These companies prey on impatient people who want a cheap way to see results and are shocked when nothing changes.We only have ourselves to blame.

Plugged it in and after 2 weeks got more power.i unplugged the battery when i installed it then hooked the battery back up just to be safe

Great company got a part for here and and it was great quality I will buy from here again I highly recommend this company in buying parts

Product has a clean, polished finish. All hardware included. Great customer support.

Be warned, this company is sharing customer personal information on open public forums and insulting them in an attempt to scare them away from leaving bad reviews.

They also give customer personal information to third party unrelated eBay sellers, which are then used to unknowingly drop ship products, which is why they provide no tracking information or return policy for these items. So if you receive damaged products like I did, there is absolutely no after sales care and nothing will be done to repair, replace or refund the broken items.

In addition they have no physical address or office location on their website, invoices or delivery confirmations.

In short, this company is breaking several laws, ripping off customers and should really not be in business... sadly a lack of address or registration details makes it very difficult to take any kind of action against them.

Sucks didn't get my part on the day expected had it Expedited! For two day delivery. It's been over a week! And I still haven't got my Dam parts! U suck! I want my money back clowns

I installed the chip and ran for six months and got 19.1 mpg on my truck. I uninstalled to test legitimacy and my mpg dropped to 15.1 maximum.

Totally a waste of money for this one. The performance and fuel consumption on my vehicle ( 2008 rdx) is still the same. So i decided to return it to them after 1 month. But I didn't get the full refund on my money. They took more than $50! And the reason for that according to their customer service department is, i used it. That's why I didn't get the full refund.

Bought the stage 2 for my 2012 VW Jetta 2.0l S sedan. Followed the instructions which was just turn the key to Accessory for 10 seconds then start the car. I'm extremely pleased to say this is the real deal! I immediately noticed 25-30hp difference, idle is like a brand new car (perfection), and even on my manual I feel a huge difference in shifting gears! Very smooth like butter! So for these fake reviews they either didn't follow instructions or are trash... I 100% recommend this product! I actually told all of my family and friends they need to buy one! I do have a performance exhaust and cold air intake added to my car before I bought this. But its awesome to say the least!

The product I purchased from this... This is absolutely amazing. The UI and overall user experience is top class.

Performance chips (I've learned the hard way) don't really work. This is the third I've tried and from three different companies. None of them performed as advertised. The only consistent change was erratic throttle response from all three. I can't imagine the interface with the OEM computers is healthy for the electronic well being of the car. I ended up putting a cold air intake on (from a reputable company who specializes in cold air intakes) and new stainless dual exhaust. I definitely noticed a performance change immediately with both individually. Performance chips expensive or inexpensive seem to provide nothing more than time you'll never get back after buying, installing and realizing they do no more than override a perfectly functioning throttle response program from the OEM computer. I can't recommend this chip or any other from any company.

Responding with lies and trying to shame my name is another prove that this company is a scam. I have all the emails that I contact them and all they said to do. I follow the instructions and also pack the chip in the original box just as I received it (I always keep records with all companies and original boxes for this reason). See attached pics of emails.

I purchased an aftermarket cold air intake system from this company was given installation instructions and they were unsatisfactory when it came to the mass airflow sensor that is to be connected to the system I was told to tape it duct tape it on there or to forcibly insert the mass air flow sensor which did not allow the space for the sensor to fit properly. When I confronted the situation they told me that they don't necessarily know every possible engine and how it's supposed to fit even though you're requested to give them a specific make model year size of engine specifics so that you can get the correct cold air intake but when it doesn't fit they tell you oh oh we didn't know it wouldn't fit all we can do is you can send it back and we can give you a refund so I have to install it uninstall it pack it back up to you when you should have known that this problem was going to occur anyways because you have to know what specifics of the motor that I'm dealing with and they don't act as if it's their responsibility to send a usable item very disappointed in the way they would deal with future businesses if you have problems they will not allow you to talk to a supervisor or anything.
