Be warned, this company is sharing customer personal information on open public forums and insulting them in an attempt to scare them away from leaving bad reviews.
They also give customer personal information to third party unrelated eBay sellers, which are then used to unknowingly drop ship products, which is why they provide no tracking information or return policy for these items. So if you receive damaged products like I did, there is absolutely no after sales care and nothing will be done to repair, replace or refund the broken items.
In addition they have no physical address or office location on their website, invoices or delivery confirmations.
In short, this company is breaking several laws, ripping off customers and should really not be in business... sadly a lack of address or registration details makes it very difficult to take any kind of action against them.
Performance chips (I've learned the hard way) don't really work. This is the third I've tried and from three different companies. None of them performed as advertised. The only consistent change was erratic throttle response from all three. I can't imagine the interface with the OEM computers is healthy for the electronic well being of the car. I ended up putting a cold air intake on (from a reputable company who specializes in cold air intakes) and new stainless dual exhaust. I definitely noticed a performance change immediately with both individually. Performance chips expensive or inexpensive seem to provide nothing more than time you'll never get back after buying, installing and realizing they do no more than override a perfectly functioning throttle response program from the OEM computer. I can't recommend this chip or any other from any company.
That's a matter of opinion not matter of fact. Performance chips are effective, they do work, your experience is not everybody else's experience. We have many happy customers since 2007. If you believe dual exhaust give you any performance, good for you, most mechanics say dual exhaust give you zero performance gains.
Responding with lies and trying to shame my name is another prove that this company is a scam. I have all the emails that I contact them and all they said to do. I follow the instructions and also pack the chip in the original box just as I received it (I always keep records with all companies and original boxes for this reason). See attached pics of emails.
This person is a troll, and is very creepy called almost everyday, harassing our staff. Has been abusive on the phone with our staff threatening lawsuit, but he's real nice on emails.

I bought their chip that promise to deliver more horsepower and more economy for my RAV4. I follow their instructions to leave the chip for 2 weeks in so it can "learn" my driving habits. Nothing! I actually keep it for 3 weeks just to make sure and had no effect on miles or power. I think that actually slow it down a bit. And my economy from the usual 27 mpg when down to 24! On top of that when I return the product (had to pay shipping for $11.15) and they charge me restocking fee of 15%. On their website they have a 100% Money Back Guarantee; This is just a scam. People beware! Any company that charges restocking fees and does not have a physical address is a scam. So buyers beware and stay clear!
So.far so.good worked well on my 2004 chevy avalanche 5.3. Have noticed increased fuel economy and notieably better throttle response. But I think this is a good product. Will reserve full judgement for a week or 2 but it definatley does increase performance and mpg.

Totally a waste of money for this one. The performance and fuel consumption on my vehicle ( 2008 rdx) is still the same. So i decided to return it to them after 1 month. But I didn't get the full refund on my money. They took more than $50! And the reason for that according to their customer service department is, i used it. That's why I didn't get the full refund.
This person did not return the chip with it's retail box, also returned it after almost 4 months and there is nothing wrong with the chip. Returned it because they didn't want to use it after 45 days in their vehicle and demanded a full refund and demanded we pay the return shipping. Was yelling profanities at our staff on the phone.
Ordered for my 2018 GMC Canyon, plugged it in, turn ignition on without starting and waited about 15 seconds then started it. I could tell a difference on the first drive. I like how it changed my shift points too and downshift earlier than stock and hold a gear when in a pull better than stock. Looking at one now for my 22 Dodge Charger I just picked up.
If you want to see real results,like everything else,seek out a professional. Proper tools,knowledge and experience are the only way anyone will see real results.These companies prey on impatient people who want a cheap way to see results and are shocked when nothing changes.We only have ourselves to blame.
Bought the stage 2 for my 2012 VW Jetta 2.0l S sedan. Followed the instructions which was just turn the key to Accessory for 10 seconds then start the car. I'm extremely pleased to say this is the real deal! I immediately noticed 25-30hp difference, idle is like a brand new car (perfection), and even on my manual I feel a huge difference in shifting gears! Very smooth like butter! So for these fake reviews they either didn't follow instructions or are trash... I 100% recommend this product! I actually told all of my family and friends they need to buy one! I do have a performance exhaust and cold air intake added to my car before I bought this. But its awesome to say the least!

It's about 2x as expensive than buying one of the throttle response chips.
Despite the cost difference the immediate unquestionable performance & fuel economy advantages improvements of a pro tune. You won't sweat 5 or 6 hundred for obvious results compared to 250 for something that is sustainable etc at best. You will be much more satisfied with a real tune from livernoise or similiar.
The difference between I think I might a felt something. Opposed to the sound and smell of roasting rubber. Ain't gonna get that from a chip.
I'm confident I realize at least 50 hp difference with 89• and more when I upload and run theb93• tune.
Shipping ok bought it for my 2019 mustang to gain some hores power and smoother shifts didn't care about fuel mileage. Got it plugged it in did the install as instructed been driving for a week or more now and feel nothing so disappointing doesn't do what it said it would do this product is garbage company should be reported for selling fake performance tuners don't buy. Go to real tuner shop and spend the money for real tune.
This is most likely a fake review. We get these from time to time. Competitors attempting to discredit our product. We've been in business since 2007 but these fake reviews ''demand we be reported for selling fake performance tuners'' We gotta deal with a few of these a year.
Ordered a stage 1 chip for my 2008 Tacoma. It physically did not fit. I emailed them twice within the 14 return day period for return instructions. They never replied. I challenged the charge on my credit card and they denied my claim, said I never returned the chip. True but one cannot return the chip w/o instruction from Performance Chip which they never provided. These folks have no clue about customer relations or they are a total scam. BTW the LL Bean Mastercard cursory investigation failed to recognise my claim

I noticed an immediate difference after plugging this chip into my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback 1.5L turbo. Feels quite a bit peppier and throttle response has definitely increased. The initial fit onto the plug was a little tight but I was able to get it on. I'm only a few days in and can't wait to see the improvement in another weeks time. The website is a little confusing since it states 100% money back guarantee, then terms and services reads that there is a 25% restocking fee. This is probably the main issue that people have with this company. I don't anticipate needing to send it back, but if I do I'm a little worried about the process.
Performance wise, the chip seems to do what it says. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

So I ordered a cold air intake from them. They waited 24 hours or so to tell me the one I ordered was not in stock. So they had another one that would (work with my car). And there was a price difference and they would refund the difference. Well the one I got in the mail was neither one, and they refused to refund me any money. Well I contacted them to return it, they fought me on that. Said they had to ask the warehouse to see if they are accepting returns or not. Then they fought me on a shipping label to return it. Then once I shipped it I kept track of it. And they didn't contact me until almost a week of them receiving it. I asked about my refund they said it was up to the warehouse on it. Then once they claimed it was issued it took another 4 days to show up. Then once it did it was $10 less then what I paid. I asked about the price difference and below in the pictures was their response. If I was you I would stay away from this company! Nothing but scam artists!
Like most 1 star reviewers, they don't tell you the entire or true story. This buyer made several demands on more emails, was being abusive to our staff and he returned the product full of grease and oil stains, scratches and missing a coupler piece. He also decided on his own to pay $32 to ship back the product. We did not tell him to choose that shipping method, he did it on his own. We offer full refunds if you return our product on time and without damages like this buyer returned it.

I purchased an aftermarket cold air intake system from this company was given installation instructions and they were unsatisfactory when it came to the mass airflow sensor that is to be connected to the system I was told to tape it duct tape it on there or to forcibly insert the mass air flow sensor which did not allow the space for the sensor to fit properly. When I confronted the situation they told me that they don't necessarily know every possible engine and how it's supposed to fit even though you're requested to give them a specific make model year size of engine specifics so that you can get the correct cold air intake but when it doesn't fit they tell you oh oh we didn't know it wouldn't fit all we can do is you can send it back and we can give you a refund so I have to install it uninstall it pack it back up to you when you should have known that this problem was going to occur anyways because you have to know what specifics of the motor that I'm dealing with and they don't act as if it's their responsibility to send a usable item very disappointed in the way they would deal with future businesses if you have problems they will not allow you to talk to a supervisor or anything.

First purchased & installed stage 1,,, on my 2016 nissan altima 3.5 sr,,, felt power increase across rpm band,, but was getting check engine light/p101 lean code. Contacted them 6 weeks later because I like power gain& wanted this to work. They suggested go with stage 2 because some cars computers clash with stage 1,, and I should try stage 2. They refunded my money even though it was after 30 days,, I waited couple more weeks but missed the performance gain which was undeniable. I bought the stage 2, have experienced 2 mpg gain,, and smoother idle, and what feels like a 20hpgain & increased torque,, having no problems with the stage 2,,, and now I am completely satisfied,,, except curious about stage 3...

This is a fake review. This person is not a lawyer, they have a history of leaving bad reviews, it's problem customer who purchased our product, didn't like it and expected us to pay for his return shipping from Canada. He is extorting our site threatening lawsuit if we don't comply with demands of refund and he keeps the product or pay for his international return shipping. That's all this is, he wants us to pay for his international return costs. We don't offer that on our terms and condition now he's making up stuff. A seller's nightmare.
