The website does not state at that specific part that it is not carbohydrated and I. Found this out the hard way.
Place the order in November 8th online was charged for to my credit card November 9th received the product November 10th.
When I caught home I called and spoke to representative of a customer service november tenth at three forty two p m.
I asked that it was CARB approved. He giggled and said no. He asked me what makes me think that it's is CARB approved. I told him when placed in the order for the specific item. His website does not show that it is not carbohydrated as he 99% of the other side. Specifically state those parts are not approved.
Is responses? "Oh well. I guess we're the 1%."
He said it's at the very bottom of their website where it's as Terms & Conditions. I have to click that link. Then scroll down and look for returns and read the fine print in the 2nd or 3rd paragraph.
I asked if I could return it. He said yes, but if you're out of two does not improve over the phone I will refuse it.
Plus you have to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping.
I mentioned I don't mind paying for shipping but restocking on an item. I had less than 12 hours?
He said that's our policy take it or leave it.
Show the next day I paid for shipping 2 days later. Receive a credit minus restocking fee.
25% restocking fee for an item that I did not want.
