I purchased a "Rolex" submariner two years ago. The watch arrived within a week and looked great. There was a rough edge on the clasp and they sent me a new band. I got the Japanese movement and I wound it manually each day. Within the warranty period the movement stopped working and the replaced the entire watch under warranty export for shipping and I received the replacement within ten days. I purchased a winding machine for the new model and I never manually wind. Over a year and a half later the watch still looks and runs great. I believe the key is not messing with the movement by winding it manually. As long as I use the winder daily it keep perfect time. I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews but I believe my $250.00 was well spent. If it dies at this point I'll just order another.

My positive review of ONE WATCH OUT OF 12 was posted, and NONE of the negative reviews were. I have dealt with china for a long time, so I have a lot of experience with people there. What I will say is that the returns of watches is great, and they refunded my money immediately. I like that I can trust that I can send the watches back and get my money back.

Overall I don't recommend this site, but does anyone have a better one?

Received the watch after a delay in shipping. The watch was very poor quality and stopped working within the first day. Also the directions were completely incorrect in how the watch operated. I sent an email wanting to return the watch for a refund and never heard back. I will now put it in a frame and hang it in my garage to remind myself if you want something pay for the real thing. Which is what I am going to do. Thanks perfect watches.cn for teaching me a valuable lesson.

These are the most dishonest liars I have ever dealt with and I am sorry I ever found their site. They sent me the wrong watch and after 25 emails and 12 phone calls to return it I just gave up, exactly what they wanted me to do.

I placed an order conferred my order for $245 when they sent me the confirmation e mail it was $270. When I asked to be called the Indian on the phone said they were in California and the caller ID was WA. He would not listen to what I had to say. Said there was no manager working. I started getting loud and poof there was a manager. He told me it was on there and I have a screen shot of it. They did not want to hear it. This manager also designed the website and made it very clear it has been up for a few weeks there in no chance there is an issue because he designed it himself. I told them to place the order and they said because of my tone I can not place the order unless I do a money gram I can not use a credit card. This is because with a credit card you can dispute the transaction. This company is a fraud. Try calling the number they gave me to the manager *******452.

Once you've chosen the watch and paid for it. They need to call you to confirm the billing address?
Then they will tell that the transaction will be in different name than Perfectwatch.cn???
Then you will wait for the approval?
I ordered then I cancelled my order.
I found cheaper watches in different Chinese website using the same pictures even for the man's hand!
I really don't recommend buying using credit cards or money transfer

If you want to chat using order number or cancellation word you may will not get answered

Hi i bought Tag Heuer Swiss Carrera Tachymeter Bezel Stainless Steel Black Dial (stag07) watch from there and it was app. 680 Euro.It is price was high and because of that reason i talk several customer relations. They were so helpful, i made my payment with westerunion after that they send me a mail that payment recieved now i am waiting shipment, they send me a extra email that can be a delay because china holiday just finished now i am waiting. When i recieved i give other details like detailed pictures and my detailed rewiew about this product. After 6 month and after 1 year i will make a review about this product. They give 6 months of guarantee yes it is good but how far it will go. A real omega goes 50 yeras minimum but what about this one?

Bought a Japanese movement Rolex. After clearing transaction via phone call and calling my bank to release transaction, got watch in about 5 days. The clasp was a little loose, so they sent out warranty replacement without any problem. Perfectwatches.cn was a pleasure to do business with. The watch I received matched exactly the pictures. No significant flaws, I am happy, in fact I ordered a second watch last week. Please read carefully, it says Swiss collection, not Swiss made. The only thing they claim to be Swiss is the movement, beyond that, you are paying for a higher attention to detail and working chronographs. My current replica keeps better time then my real Raymond Weil automatic.

I tried to do business with these folks, but I think I was fortunate that the deal didn't go through. I ordered three watches, paying by Visa. Transaction was approved but then I got an email that they needed to verify. I had a choice of chat or phone and chose chat. Next the chat cgent said they had to call me.? My billing and shipping address were the same and they already had approval; what else is needed? The chat agent said there was a slight charge to verify my address. Never heard of such a thing. Also there may be a difference in the charge due to exchange rate. Site has process in dollars, charge was in dollars, approval was in dollars. More emails, and the address verification thing went away. Then another email that my order was approved because I agreed to pay by MoneyGram; which I did not. More email where I said honor the order as placed or cancel, do note they say it's cancelled. Took many disconnects for a reputable business. I didn't lose anything, but if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Lets face it, the site looks great and so do the watches on the site. Paid buy visa for a Rolex Submariner,. Had an email through to confirm the details. Then before i had a call from a foreign sounding guy [ not Chinese] in States *******820, to confirm debit on my visa was going to be actioned - i had read through these reviews on Sitejabber. I told him to hold this transaction and contacted my card provider to cancel my credit card. Just wasn't worth taking the chance but their web site looked genuine with user experiences pretty positive, lots of genuine looking pictures, positive reviews...! Sometimes i'll take a chance- but too many negative experiences here V 234 mostly positive reviews on their site.

I ordered a franck muller watch for $600 and i got an omega watch free with it. The order arrived last week with just the omega and not the frank muller i ordered.
After emailing the company they called me a liar so now i have asked them to refund my money and not send me a rreplacemen. Very dissapointed as i was looking forward to the watch.

If the dont refund me i shall dispute the transaction with amex.

Any advice for me as they said they are going to inform online fraud team so no company takes orders from me etc

This company is not legit there there is no physical address for this company as well as telephone number I have placed this company's name in the Better Business Bureau website and it comes back with dozens of complaints so with those of you who are writing wonderful reviews for this fraud company most likely work for the company I have also sent a complaint to the Federal Bureau of investigations fraud department the agent instructed me I could have went on the FBI site and research any company that I was going to do business with to see if there is an open complaint that they are investigating and they are investigating perfect watches I have already contacted my bank to stop purchase and I've already requested new card.

Received this as a gift, and I know it came from perfectwatches.cn. Mine is a ladies datejust Rolex replica with a Japanese movement. I had another one just like it from them for several years. Kept great time, and I loved wearing it. Then I smashed the crystal falling off a bike onto a curb. I replaced the crystal at a local shop, but the insides got wet, and that was that. The new one is beautiful as well, and I plan to wear it all the time, just like the other one. Good product. Follow the directions (winding direction, and so forth) and you'll be happy for a long time. Great for the $200 pricetag.

I have not bought anything from those scammers and I will never do. They are also stupid. How can they publicize a Daytona Replica as SWISS MADE? And those who fall in that trap are even more stupid.
