I am afraid I have to revise my review after a long period of dealing with Perfect Watches. I did indeed have initial good luck with their site, and overall ordered 11 watches from them, including one with the ETA movement, which costs about 3 times the normal price for the Myota movement. With 11 watches, it takes a while to go through wearing each very long. Since my initial purchases, 3 of the watches have had major issues and one has a band issue. My replica Patek Philippe's hour hand slipped off the drive shaft and cannot be repaired by any local watch place. My IWC Big Pilot's 2nd hand slips a bit on every rotation, making it useless. My Rolex Submariner I wore for 2 weeks before it just quit working all together. And finally, my "Swiss ETA" Breitling chronograph buttons stopped working on the 3rd try. Since this was a very expensive watch by comparison and had a swiss movement (supposedly) I took it to a friend who is a watchmaker, who informed me that this was not a swiss ETA, but in fact a chinese copy of an ETA 7750 movement.

Their return policy makes it almost impossible to get anything done, so I am done with them.

They don't care about the buyer. They already have our money! I ordered 30 days ago and after numerous f*ck ups on their end with Western Union, they still haven't shipped my watch. It's only Feb. 11 and they're already on vacation so they still won't process my order until they come back after their holiday on Feb. 26th. That's 9 weeks from the day I surrendered my money to the time they'll think of processing my order. I'm not a smart man. If I was, I would stick with a Seiko Automatic from Amazon or eBay. Most probably, it would be better quality and DEFINITELY FASTER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. Doing business with PerfectWatches.cn is like handing over $200 to a complete stranger, trusting he'll come back with it. It's sad and funny to me at the same time.

Oh, and they pick and choose the testimonials on their site. Anything lower than 3 stars is not posted. But what was I thinking? I told you I was stupid.

These people are crooks! I agreed on a watch I wanted to buy and sent my money via a bank transfer using RBS and Bank of China. Despite the fact that Bank of China confirmed that the the money was deposited in Perfect Watches bank account they denied ever receiving the funds. When I told RBS to claim back my money bank of China said they refused to give them my money. This was a complete scam do not enter into any negotiations with these people under any circumstances. I am now down nearly $400 and seem to have no redress! How do you get money back from a bucket shop in Hong Kong or China!

We order watches from here at least twice a year (birthdays / Christmas etc) and never had a problem with it. We've got loads. We ordered two last night aswell. They've always arrived within 2-3 weeks which is what we expect and the watches themselves are AMAZING replicas - even the jewellers we take them to to get links taken off said he's never seen copies as good! I'm really surprised to see so many negative reviews from other customers to be honest. It's a great site with brilliant customer service, couldn't fault it :)

Those positive reviews are misleading, don't pay attention to them.
This is a fake website to take your money. I ordered a watch and never received anything. Even the confirmation email was empty and I was asked to call a chinese number to give more information about my credit card. When they failed to rip me off ( because I called the credit card company), they kept asking me to pay with western union or using money transfer ( this is a sign for fake website so that you won't be able to get your money back from them).

Herewith a quick review of perfectwatches.cn:

I placed my first rep watch order through perfectwatches.cn thinking this was the best rep watch dealer to go with. I have received all 3 watches. I paid $ 330.00 for 2 watches (Zenith and Mont Blanc) and received a third one free (Omega Seamaster). I must say they are poorly made and rather cheap. That is the reason they are able to offer so many discounts, like 20% when paying them through Western Union, 10% when buying 2 or more, a free watch when spending $300 or more, etc.

On top of that they sent me the incorrect watch MB watch. They now expect me to ship the incorrect watch back at my own expense as well as pay for a restocking fee OR a 20% discount on my next purchase. I'm really not pleased.

Long story short: Do not buy from them, they are crooks. Sign up at www.repgeek.com and find some TD's (trusted dealers).

Scam website. Stay away. They do not send out products, just try to collect your money. The customer service center really only answers your call before you make payments. If you do get through (using diff nums), they'll just keep sending you in circles about the order.
