I purchased the large rotating urn that was silver with wood. This urn is a very good quality with polished wood and heavy silver. You are able to put six 4x6 pictures in it and inside it is velvet and cozy looking. The urn rotates very well and it looks beautiful. I would definitely purchase this item again.

We found a navy velvet rectangular "inside the urn" bag. We measured, and it fits perfectly in the bottom of the burled Thuya wood box that we ordered from Morocco. We had the bag embroidered and Perfect Memorials did a beautiful job! In the upper "jewelry tray" we placed Dad's ring, prayer card, photo
And Medallion from his Alma Mater. We're thankful that Perfect Memorials had so many lovely and dignified options to choose for our very special tribute to a very special man.

I wanted an urn that would reflect and give honor to my father. He is an Army Veteran,. While in the course of googling I found a lot of sites that offered what I wished for, but the cost or time restraint was not ideal. With PerfectMemorials I found both and more. They offered free inscription, which none of the sites I visited did. I placed my order, got confirmation and the next morning realized I had forgotten an important word. Sent off an emai(before business hours)l to see if I could rectify this matter. They not only contacted me quickly but also were able to help.

I lost my father in October, my mother 7 years ago. My family decided we should lay them both to rest the same day. I ordered a crown vault double urn container. I paid for 2 day delivery. My order was placed on Sunday. The burial was set for Friday morning. I was supposed to have everything to the funeral home by Thursday morning. The urn was originally set for delivery for Tuesday, then it was out for delivery on Wednesday. It was not delivered Wednesday. It was then made a priority and was supposed to be delivered first delivery Thursday morning. I never got it until after 5 PM on Thursday when I contacted them, they told me they would refund the money back to the card. I explain to them that it was a prepaid card from the Red Cross because my house is just burnt down so it wouldn't reload to the card. I never got my refund for the two day shipping as it did not reload. I didn't get the container to the funeral home in time so I had to do that all myself, seal it and bring it to the burial. I know many things contributed to the late delivery. However, I feel I should've been refunded by check after telling them that the money would not reload to my card.

Our 3 year old puppy died unexpectedly and it is a huge loss. He was a Cavachon. After looking at the memorials, I found the Bichon memorial-it looked just like our Chaz. I bought it and was so thankful they offered quality sayings. We received the memorial and today we picked up Chaz's ashes. They fit perfectly. I'm thrilled he will be on display so beautifully.

After suddenly losing our precious four legged family member, I wanted to have something to memorialize her life and to always have. Perfect Memorials did not disappoint. The memorial head stone is exactly what I wanted, and I received my product 7 days after I made the order. I was very impressed with this company and their customer service, and I have already recommended them friends and family.

I searched for quite a while to find the perfect thing for my momma. The weeping angel urn caught my eye and I ordered one for me and my sister. When it came it was as lovely or possibly better than I hoped. The detail is fantastic, the only snafu we had is that our plaques got switched. Thankfully we live close so it wasn't a huge deal. I would definitely recommend! I also saw another review saying it took so long to receive. We literally had our angels days after ordering.

I ordered an urn and was very satisfied. I ordered a cremation necklace secondly. I was a little dissapointed. The engraving on front you can hardly see. I had extra engraving done on back which is very clear. 8 glued it as direction's read. After a day it is loose again. I am afraid to wear it because I don't wan't to lose my dad's ashes. Other than that it was a beautiful piece. Wish I had ordered a different one where you could see the engraving on front. I still adore this company. I will order again... The engraving show's it to be very clear but it's not..

Bought the Urn for my mom who passed away less than a month ago. Didn't like the options at the crematorium so I came home and searched online. I wasn't focused on price but I wasn't looking for a $500 urn. This Urn that I bought is stunning and is beautiful. The cost is less than $100 and yet I feel like it could have sold for more (so glad it doesn't cost more, but still!) the attention to detail is perfect and my dad approves of it as well! So glad I found something that fits my moms personality for a fraction of the cost that I thought it was going to cost.
