I bought this for my husband. I kept looking and looking for the perfect urn. I found this urn and fell in love with it. I kept looking and kept coming back to this one.
There were no other urns that were perfect like this one. When I ordered, I left off a line. That night I called and they corrected it for me. It was sent out 48 hours later.
I was so shocked when it came in. It was even better than I could ever imagine. The weight, the quality, etc. was totally perfect

This is the second time we purchased from Perfect Memorials for Pet Urns. They are great, fast, and efficient! This time we received the cute out from the heart shape with our Pet's name on it with the year she was born and the year she passed as a magnet. That was definitely a nice touch and meant so much!
The site was very user friendly. The display on site were the exact same when received. This was a very difficult time for me and as I browsed the site I was able to find the perfect urn and design to fit my father's legacy.
It took me a couple of years to decide on an urn for my Dads ashes. I had recently narrowed them down to two and I am so pleased with the one I chose, Teakwood Marble, it is beautiful. It shipped the next business day and arrived very well packaged. I also ordered a couple of velvet bags from Perfect Memorials a couple of years ago and was pleased with the quality of them and the service. Very impressed with Perfect Memorials.
My order arrived just as promised - I ordered the heart walnut urn and the quality is very good! The inscription was perfect and the liner that I also orders was very good quality and sized just as they promised.

I received my estranged husband's ashes 2 days before Christmas! His remains were in a shipping box, and inside was a plastic bag! (So disrespectful) I ordered his Urn a few days after Christmas, I chose standard shipping! It arrived before New Years, way less than the 5 to 7 days! When I opened the box, I was very happy! The urn is perfect!
We had to put our dog to forever sleep. We had taken him in by our elderly neighbor's request (he begged me to cause he wanted him to be with a young family). We had him cremated and planned to split his ashes in half to give half to our neighbor, his original owner, but he said all he wanted was a gold heart shaped necklace with a little bit of his ashes in it. The charm looks cheaply made. The chain is very thin. I got the engraving on the back and you can't see it unless you're in a certain angle of light. I ordered it with a velvet box and only received it in a printed box with the chain and charm separated in different baggies. It says it comes with a funnel (the one I have for my Dad from Amazon came with an actual small plastic funnel and a small scoop that looked like a measuring cup) but you have to make the funnel yourself out of paper they include a template for. The only good thing about my experience with it was the fast shipping. Still $150 wasted. I'm afraid of it falling apart so I refuse to use it.
I bought the heart urn necklace, it was the perfect size the engraving on it was perfect, it is going to be cherished for years to come. I need another piece and will definitely be going back to the site for it. I would recommend 100%.
Exactly what i was looking for however the quality was very poor for the money that was paid. There are heat marks all over the one piece i purchased and the other purchase, part of the necklace that we ordered was missing it's hoop and we can't wear it. When i contacted customer service, and showed them pictures of what we received and told them that the hoop was missing from the clasp, they denied that they would ever do something like that and refused to believe the pictures I sent. Why would anyone lie about something like that? I told them i wasn't asking for a new necklace, just a hoop for the clasp. Finally after calling and refusing to talk to the same person, they spoke with a supervisor and said "This ONE time only we will replace it for you but don't bother asking for something else after". What kind of customer service does that for something so near and dear and sensitive to one's heart? They don't show compassion or accept that they too can make mistakes.

I order the urn for a final resting place of my son. His death was unexpected and he was way to young so I had the hardest time finding"the one". I wanted something to honor his memory and this pewter angel was it. I had no idea it would arrive so quickly. And it was perfect, sturdy, heavy and exactly as pictured. When I opened it I broke down in tears because I knew it was perfect for him.
The size of this is perfect for my home and decor not to large but not tiny either. I added pictures to show the true color cuz the online photos don't show how red/maroon it truly is but I love it. The detail and the engraving was all perfect. I received it within days of ordering. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Perfect Memories is the place to find the perfect final send off for a loved one. I had ordered the coral biodegradable shell. It arrived promptly, in excellent condition and I was pleased that it met my expectations. The staff was very helpful and curteous. I highly recommend Perfect Memories.
I love the detail of the shirt, the heart is adorable, and the bear is beautiful. I don't understand the bag for the heart, I believed the ashes went into the heart, however I don't know after seeing the size. Still absolutely adorable.

Each bear has a zippered opening on the back for the easy installation of the cremains. A small plastic bag is included with each bear for holding a small quantity of cremains while inside the urn. A small red fabric heart is also included for holding remembrance keepsakes. Red fabric heart is not intended to hold cremains.
