This company has a wonderful selection of urns. When the urn I wanted was discontinued or not available, they suggested one that my family liked even better. My husband would have LOVED it. They are very easy to communicate with and I definitely recommend them.

Before my husband died, he asked me to have his body cremated and scatter his ashes in a raised bed garden in our back yard. I ordered a "memorial rock" from memorials.com. It allowed me to quote some lyrics from our love song and design "my rock" quickly on-line from a variety of available options. The rock I received is perfect for the outdoor setting where the garden was established. I meditate there daily; this rock brings fond memories of our everlasting love.
The company's website was easy to use. It communicates clearly on what to expect. The memorial rock was delivered in great condition well before the expected delivery date. I highly recommend them. Well worth the cost for a lasting tribute for my beloved husband of 28 years. -- Rocky, Maryland

I ordered a large companion headstone, 2 separate memorials mounted on one granite slab for my parents. I wanted something special, that reflected each of their unique personalities. Memorials.com provides a simple to use design process that allows you to create a custom designed memorial from thousands of stock options, including writing what ever will fit. Your only limitation is space. The cemetery only offered me a few stock designs and a limited number of words, plus they were twice the cost. The memorial was delivered on schedual, and the only difficulty was deciding what I wanted on it. Memorials.com designed it and made all my requests work. It is beautiful and I could not be happier with the final result.

I ordered an urn for my dog that had passed. The selection of beautiful urns on their website was amazing. I found a figurine that looked like my dog. After placing my order, Jessica (from Memorials.com) responded quickly to help resolve an issue with my order. The urn was delivered faster than I expected and it is BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend Memorials.com for quality customer service and products.

This company has been horrible. Originally a placed an order and was told by Rebecca it wasn't placed. Later Rebecca assured me she would start the process that day and be sending an email immediately. When I called 2 days later, she was dismissive and still didn't fix the situation. She also claimed to not know the manager's name. I am waiting for Ralf to respond.

We found your website just days before the passing of our beloved cat Harley. Years earlier, we had lost two other cats, and we wanted to find the same burial urns. Memorials.com had just what we wanted. We received the urns, one for Harley, and one for our currently healthy cat, to keep in reserve, before Harley's passing, and we were able to have her remains placed safely and securely. We would recommend Memorials.com to anyone at their time of need for funeral related products.

I had ordered a urn online, they called me the same day stating they are out of stock and don't know when they will order any more. I asked to have them cancel my order. The guy was apparently busy, and cancelled my order 3 DAYS LATER than what I asked them to do it. Now I'm out $112 and will take up to 2 weeks for my money to get back into my account... for something that I asked to be cancelled right away... what a joke. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL

We ordered the USMC urn because it was TSA approved. It is literally a piece of cheap satin sewn around a red plastic box. The sewing is not good, the USMC patch fell off as soon as we touched it. This thing is SHAMEFUL. Upon reviewing Memorials.com's website for how to post a review or testimonial, I was shocked to see this (straight from their page)- yet now understand now why we saw top reviews for it— they edit the reviews AND can refuse to post ones they don't like— see the photo attached straight from their website:

Purchased a men's carbon bracelet for my son for his grandmother's ashes. Cost over $200. Due to COVID-19 I did not see him for months. Finally got the bracelet to him and it was to big. He took it to a jeweler to have it sized and they told him it couldn't be sized. I called the company and talked to Rebecca in customer service. She informed me that I cannot get a refund or even an exchange due to the fact there is a 10 day return policy. I stressed the fact that it's Covid and that I couldn't see him and could she talk to someone else and find out if they could at least give me an exchange. She said she would and get back to me. After two weeks I called her back because she never called me and she informed me that sorry there's nothing that can be done. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up and she told me no. So I spent over $200 for something that can't be used, RIP OFF! I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Horrible customer service!

I received the Steve Shannon handmade urn I ordered very quickly. It is spectacular. Rich dark walnut accents, a very noble design for my beloved soulmate. Thank you very much!.
