YOU made the absolute most difference in a situation where I could barely even speak to you. Losing my daddy has killed me too. https://trustedcaskets.com was my first choice. Best price caskets popped up second. Please never ever ever go to best price caskets.com. Please go on to Yelp and read the review I wrote: "One of Satan's Demons"... Back to trusted caskets and Tim; I called him hysterically crying and upset because of how I was treated over at best price caskets.com. From the very beginning Tim was very in tune with my feelings. He took control of the situation, got the casket of my choice ordered at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 (my daddy service was on November 15th) and it was delivered to my front door 26 hours later! I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from Trusted Caskets; not only did the ordering go smoothly, Tim even kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process all the way to the delivery itself. The casket was absolutely beautiful and there was zero damage to it. For the final resting place of a person that was one with me, it was the best experience I could ever ask for. Thank you guys, sincerely, for making a whole world of difference! You deserve the business of everyone going through these challenging and heartbroken times. Shame on you Terry over at"Best priced caskets" Tim doesn't get business for being deceitful and rude, he gets business for getting the job done and taking care of people well having human compassion.
