Very pleased with Urn thought I would have never thought I would be getting this for my daughter. She loved peacocks so I found this box to be a part and way for her to rest with her beloved bird. Box was very well packaged and quality is outstanding very nice detail. Thank you

Charm came out nice. Customer service was good. The chain seems cheap, however. I paid extra for the best quality one provided, but part of it broke in less than a week. Luckily I was able to fix it for my mom, but I'm unsure how long it'll last. I'm afraid it's gonna break and she'll lose her charms.
Fastest service. Got the urn on 3 days. Only complaint was we couldn't find the engraving until I called customer service. Not a good idea to put the engraving pieces in an envelope between the boxes. We almost threw it away.

WE ORDERED A PHOTO MEMORIAL TO ATTACH TO OUR DAUGHTER'S HEADSTONE. THE PICTURE IS VERY GOOD AND REALLY LIKE THE OVAL SHAPE. THE ONLY CHALLENGE WAS GETTING THE BACKING TO PEEL OFF IN ORDER TO ATTACH TO THE HEADSTONE. IT DID TAKE MORE TIME THAN EXPECTED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

My pendant and satin chain are beautiful. They far exceeded my expectations. I wanted a pendant that was well-made and dignified and Perfect Memorials delivered. I had the unfortunate task of ordering an urn for my soulmate and his picture is a little too light to see it except at certain angles. I love the Egyptian Hieroglyphic pattern and it was on sale so the price was right! I'm pleased with the products I received, despite the circumstances. This was the first time in my life that I've had to order memorial products and had no idea where to begin. I googled and found this site and after some trepidation, I took the plunge and placed the order. I was satisfied with the process and with the products, aside from the photo engraving. Even that is tolerable though.
I purchased two beautiful pieces.

2. Infinity Inlay Heart Sterling Silver Memorial Jewelry-Engravable (PM*******) & 24" Twist Chain
Although the jewelry is beautiful, the engraving is less to be desired. I wish the engraving was bolder and defined. To see the print a little clearer I have to use a well lit magnifying glass. This was a special gift purchase for my mother. She is not able to read/see any evidence of the Engraved message with or without the well lit magnifying glass.

Engraving on these sterling silver pendants is complete with an etching process that does not involve any type of ink or darkening agent. Due to this, the etching will be in the same color as the pendant to show a subtle yet meaningful engraving on the pendants. Engraving is completed in a size that is compatible with the size of the pendant and the number of characters engraving while respecting the limits of the pendant edges that can be damaged if engraved too closely to. The pet ashes come in a small wooden urn from the crematorium. I did not want to swap out the urn boxes, since they personalized it. I was looking for a large enough urn to hold the urn wooden box he was already in and include the paw prints, cards and memorials friends had sent to us. This box was perfect for this and I was able to personalize it.
The urn that I purchased is beautiful. It has a wide opening with a secure, screw-on lid. The engraving is perfect. It was packaged carefully and shipped quickly.
My 16 years old dog passed away and we were devastated. I stumbled onto this site to purchase a wooden photo pet urn. I am so happy with the finished product! The engraving is done so nicely and I love that there were so many options to pick from such as putting your pets photo in a heart or an oval. The wood is a great quality also. Every recipient of the cremation jewelry loved them. I thought images looked muted. Wish there would have been a way to review how they looked before purchased.

In May 2019 I bought a Small Pewter Paw Print Cremation Urn for my doggie Benji. The urn was perfect the finish on the metal were great. Unfortunately om August 2020 I lost another of my babies and I ordered the same Urn for him. When I received the second one I noticed the metal material wasn't the same quality also looks like it's been paint to look like silver and additional to that I paid $13 more for the same product. Company replied me before they were using brass and now they are using aluminum. The aluminum looks really ugly and over that Perfect Memorial is charging more this cheap material. I was amazed for the quality of their product and how it looks now not anymore. Also, they told was slightly different in color and it's not slightly different is a huge different(on the pic left one brass, right one aluminum). They offer me to return it but I have to pay for the return shipping and would not get my money for the engrave. It's a shame that such a good company compromise their quality and cosmetic look of their products to save come money which it's not make sense because they charge pretty well. I know I am only one of customer but hope someone on the operation management read this and considere to go back to brass urn which were great quality item.
A little inconvenience is when an appointment is running late. Waiting on an Urn in order to bury someone you love and then told, oh sorry, we haven't done it yet was totally wrong! And more than just a little inconvenience to say the least! Would not recommend this place at all.
