I have ordered from this company many many times and I have never been disappointed. My orders were always at my doorstep within the week I ordered them. Once I ordered a necklace that I had engraved and I could not remove the screw to fill it and they sent me a replacement within days. I will order from them again and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
It was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived faster than expected. You will need 2 people to put your loved ones ashes in. The funnel is paper and someone will have to hold the necklace while someone else holds the funnel and puts ashes in.

The urn I ordered is beautiful and came so fast. The first one I ordered I realized that it was not big enough for my husband and myself. I had ordered on Sunday and called on Monday when I realized I didn't get a big enough one. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was lucky for me that I was able to cancel and reorder as I had it engraved.
On 4 year anniversary of my father in laws passing, we realized his guardian bell we had put on our motorcycle was gone. Irreplaceable. My husband was heartbroken. I couldn't replaced bell, however ordered dog tag with photo of his dad on his favorite motorcycle. It looked amazing. My husband loved it. Thank you so much!

I purchased the Starry Night memorial urn. The urn is very nice. The chain on the other hand is pure chinese junk. The clasp is so tiny that the wearer can not hook it. I had to have my wife hook it for me. I wore it for maybe 5 minutes when the clasp separated from the chain. The chain was discarded. Plan on buying your own American made chain.
All I can say is beautiful! I read all the reviews and thought I would try. They were all good. When I recieved my urn I cried. It is beautiful better than I thought. Would highly recommend this company.
Great company and fast delivery came earlier then what I expected. The urn was beautiful just how I pictured it would. I wish the letters was a little bigger but it was beautiful and the saying was too.
I ordered the wooden urn for my recently deceased father. Given the coronavirus pandemic, I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in a timely manner. I contacted customer service to check on my order's status. Alexis checked on my order and was able to provide me an ETA on the urn's arrival. It arrived in the nick of time, a few hours before the funeral home informed me that my father's ashes were ready. The ashes fit perfectly in the large size. The wooden urn is beautiful, and I'm sure my father would love it. Thank you to Perfect Memorials for making an excellent final resting place for my beloved father. My family is extremely grateful.

I ordered a keepsake urn for my mother that passed away. When I received it I realized that it was spelt wrong not as expected and when I called I had a rude lady put me on hold for five minutes then tell me since it's an engraved piece that it's not refundable if I'd like to reorder I can with a 10 percent discount even thought it was there mistake and they should of fixed it. Over all very disappointed in this will NEVER order from here again.

It was the easiest process. It was quick and inexpensive. The Urn was beautiful and the engraving was exactly what we wanted. It was for my Uncle's Guide Dog and with the engraving he will be able to read it with touching it.

I placed an order for a large box/pix urn & payed extra to get my order within 3-4 days from getting shipped, it's been 5 days & ive yet to receive my order, don't fall for this extra payment because they lie! I will never order or refer anyone to this place!
