I have purchased two 8x12 Engraved Photo Pet Black Granite Markers for my dogs within the last 2 years. Both times, I have been pleased with the customer service, the timeliness, and the quality of the markers. The engraved pictures of my dogs came out fantastic. I honestly have no complaints, and I have recommended this product to several people.
It came faster than I figured, It's Beautiful. Just wish I had ordered the large urn, instead of the medium, I finally got him in but I couldn't use the turquoise bag. ( For the inside). It's a nice bag though. Thanks
My father recently passed and wanted his ashes around his mother's grave. We arent really a close family with the exception of my father, my sister and one of my cousins. The three of us wanted to keep a piece of him with us always. The one day shipping came the very next morning so there were no delays in carrying out his last wish. They look great and no mistakes on the engraving. I really couldn't of choosen a better company to buy from for this.
My moms urn came out BEAUTIFUL. During a really hard time for my family we were able to pick her urn out together and were able to get a beautiful urn at a good price with text on it! I had a week to get everything done for my grandmas memorial service. I purchased her urn online on Sunday hoping it would make it on time by the following Saturday. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I had called the number listed on the website. I spoke with an associate and she mentioned that it may have gone to spam. We also talked about if my urn would arrive on time & it wasn't going to! So she advised me to purchase the faster shipping & the urn arrived the next day. I'm so glad I didn't receive an initial email because then I wouldn't have been inclined to call customer service, there for, I wouldn't have updated the shipping. The associate was nice & helpful, the urn arrived quickly & it was beautiful. I hope I don't have to purchase another urn soon but if I do then I will definitely use Perfect memorials.
The box was beautiful and I felt honors my father and who he was. The engraving came out perfectly, print was large and lettering was clear. The funeral home was very impressed with the large size. I am so very pleased with the purchase.
I love my keepsake jewelery so much I decided to purchase two additional items to put remains in. One for my self and one for my sister. The site was a bit confusing at first but dealing with a loss of a loved one everything was. Once I was able to gain my composure I was able to add to my keepsake heart with rubies the way I wanted. Wasn't expensive at all very reasonable. When it arrived a few days late but that was due to the post office lack of staff due to COVID-19. Anyway, I love it.
