I find that majority of information is out of order or not In the proper timeline format. For example the current address listed like would be an address from years prior. Not to mention that a good majority of the information is actually wrong as far as like maybe associates even go

I don't have access to much info a all unless I pay more for premium report. Initial advertisement leads you to believe the info that is now listed as accessable in a premium report would be included in the monthly membership. Deceptive advertising. Plus! Info is not accurate at all! What little is accessable!

Inaccurate, minimal information, missing several key pieces in basic report ie. Professional licenses, traffic violations, mug shots & much more. I am deeply disappointed and request a complete refund

This is a total ripoff! I paid almost $28 for nothing! I was lead to believe I would see her arrest report. I already know her address and her birth date. You told me I would be given her arrest records. This verges on illegal advertising! You should be reported for false advertising. If I want the information you said I would receive and I know exist you want me to pay more money!

You are like all the rest…I checked myself…. While searching msg flashed on screen- "criminal records found…. Warning graphic content"…. What a pile of crap. I have no criminal record. Sensationalism! Don't waste your money, folks!

Your information is incomplete at best. I searched a record for Chase Michael Boruch and under "criminal records" I as told that Chase had no know criminal records when in fact, and I do know this for certain, Chase has been in prison at the Waupun WI state prison for the last 11 years and will be for the rest of his natural life. Now, if you were at all credible, you would have such information in your files. I am wasting money by continuing to pay you my monthly membership fee.

Why are there pictures of where one lives? You don't know anyone's circumstances and could cause harm. I am unsubscribing and requesting a refund. Your report contains inaccuracies and report format is not downloadable. Also the email receipt did not indicated what was purchased, Unit price, QTY, or the TOTAL charged. I request canceling this charge to my account.

This is really a ONE START. I thought they might filter my comments out if I only gave 1 star. Terrible sites. It catches you by telling you that you have criminal records. And then once you get to the dashboard, you have to upgrade to get the premium report. Don't fall for it like I didnt.

Bait and switch. Pay for "unlimitrd" covering numerous databases supposedly but only gives you sane very basic info anyone could get for free on Google, FB. THEN you are prompted to pay more for a "premium " account. I should have known better. Then they obfuscate that you will be rebilled automatically monthly

Very little information. About what I found on line without spending $27.99. I really needed to know if Paul Cmil from Catasauqua PA is still alive. Can't seem to reach him and rumor has it that he died. I should at least confirm this information from your service. Cancel this subscription. Thank you

Tracy Lee Barger is my name and the only other names I have ever used in my 59 years on this planet is Tracy Barger and Tracy L Barger. The emails listed are incorrect with some having never belonged to me. My mother is not 86 years old and I have no relatives with the last name Berger. You do not list my brother Timothy Glen Barger who died on February 25,1983 at the age of 12 years 6 months and 10 days. The phone numbers you list are completely wrong with some numbers associated from places I have never lived. The Social Networks listed for me are wrong beyond belief as I only have one Facebook account and you do not even show the correct one. If you are going to post such records you should make sure the information you are posting is accurate and correct. If I am ever contacted by someone who has used this site to investigate me and they divulge any incorrect information I will take any and all legal actions available to me against this site and its owners.

Not up to date by any means, and you have not given me any information that I did not already know. This has been a $ 30 rip off. If this is the only information you provide to your customers, you should be reported to the BBB.

I did on myself to see how good this site is. It digs deep and it also gave info on someone whose has the same name so make sure you give the middle name of the person if possible. If you only give first and last name with no middle then anyone else with the same first and last name history will show up also and even if it isn't you it will make someone doing the background check thinking is you abd it might be a negative against you or possible jemployment.

Your website didn't say that you charge extra for a premium report until after I paid for the 1st month. BUT before I canceled my new membership, on the way out of the site, you gave me a deal for premium reports for $1.00 for 5 days. I'll cancel after 5 days. Without the premium membership ($69.00), all you've given me is name, DOB, age, address, county. You didn't find either marriage or divorce info, which I know you should have.
