1) There are 6 or 7 "Karen engle's" and in the criminal records, they are all lumped together. You cannot tell which charges go to which person. Only by looking up the details was I able to see that some charges were in places I have never been to, or for things I would not do.
2) I was charged $19.95 for two premium searches, and looking at my bank statement this morning, I noticed another charge for $29.99! What is that for? That is a total of $59.99 so far, and I still don't know half of what is reported about ME. The data if never separated, so that items pertaining to you are set in a report of ONLY YOU. You have a big jblef mix of info, but you have to dig thru it, which takes hours, to see the items that pertain to ONLY YOU. Very difficult to understand.

I know Scott Minor and that he has had DUI in the past. He has been married at least twice. You have him divorcing Merijane, but you state that she has no divorce records you have her with no licenses, I know that she has a RN and that she has been married at least once before in Indiana. You guarantee satisfaction but I was able to find these facts on my own. What happened to Merijane's first husband? I paid for one month then I paid to get the premium report, however, your company was not able to provide any new & personal data on either of these two people. I also know that Scott has a hunting license

Fine, on the up & up. Would give 5*s, but they only tell u theres a charge after youve jumped through hoops.
Helpful hint:
Click past, ie, say no, to the charges, a box opens offering $1 for 5 days. VERY reasonable, imo, for just checking it out before commiting to a longer term. Ive never seen this before and i like it. A lot! I reeeeally want to give them 5*s. Ill say 4.66 *s.

Very fast considering all the data that was accessed. Lots of information in the report. I really like the info about related people. I know some (minor) criminal background that wasn't in report. Maybe 911 calls & arrests aren't shown, just convictions? I'm definitely not happy that initial email from Peoplewhiz doesn't contain what plan I chose or how much I paid today!

I was informed that negative information had been added to my record by someone online!? So, I paid a lot more money to this web site hoping to learn who was this was. But there was no information about anyone lying about me online - so this web site stole $30.00 of my money for nothing!

Okay. Surprised at monthly costs. The report itself did not mention the year of my retirement, my last employer, no follow-up data on my wife. In the section on relatives, it included Welby and Lynda Carpenter who are not related to me. There was no capability to edit misinformation (such as the listing of Welby and Lynda Carpenter as relatives.)

I did not give my son and his friends to check on your website for a fellow friend that was arrested on felony charges I wish that you guys would learn to check identification first before going ahead with these I would deeply appreciate a refund as my bank notified me of the charges I was not too happy with my son and your website for accepting these charges thank you very much

I guess once I do see his report! I'm not paying for his sisters his family I DO NOT WANT!. It interested in having! Or anyone else's!

I have been very disappointed. I have checked 2 profiles just to test your info and find it seriously lacking. No marrige licenses, no divorce records, no licenses or occupations, things that should be very easily found or verified. To get that information you have to upgrade( more money)!

I looked up myself and am dissatisfied to find errors and not a full report as promised but asking to click for 2x the "details " I already paid for. I am trying it one more time and if it's still a partial report, I will request a refund.

I searched my ex and I know for a fact she has a criminal record and you guys ain't finding $#*! on her plus I'm trying to enter her married name and all you keep bringing up is her maiden name this site sucks it ain't worth the dollar I paid

I think paying $27.99for 1 month to get ALL info on who u search is reasonable. When u charge that and then want me to upgrade for another $20 per search iS ridiculous. What more info could u really have that worth another $20? I paid that much money also and can't even download the reports I paid for. There is alot of info on there that is not me. I need to try figure this out but can't see report after subscription is up.

It was fast an easy but once I got it all, I mean once I paid two outrageous amounts for it, I found my report but all the information that should be there is no where to be found. I'd say I was very outraged by this an want my money back for both charges not just one.

I mistakenly paid for your service because I thought I was looking up Cynthia Medich for a report. When I put my social security # in, it told me there was no record they could find. When I looked at my name, I noticed there was an M for my middle initial. My middle initial is a J but I rarely use it. Please correct this and send me my report if in fact there are new notifications or refund my money

A lot of my/the information is misleading and inaccurate! I know because the information I asked for was my own! I do not have judgements or leans of any kind, never been in any kind of " trouble"! People listed as family, incorrect! This really opened my eyes! I can only imagine if someone used this to do a background check on me! It is very confusing... A lean listed, then next court/criminal info no info... then a person same name but different DOB: shows criminal issues! But not me! Oh, I'm not dead, Have an attorney, retired Law Enforcement! This site has upset me with the broad generalization and disregarding the importance of a person's name, date of birth, residence, city/state! I was very relieved you couldn't give out my SSN: number... I do have one! I am a US citizen! I will never recommend your site! A friend told me about it... to check out the bad information on me! Sigh!

I signed up for 6 month rate at $14.95/mo (89.70 due today). What a major disappointment when I opened the report. It was extremely confusing to follow because it was not totally relevant to the searched individual. When I went to log into my account I wasn't even allowed to login. According to google one must provide a legal ID photo to cancel Membership. It certainly didn't need one for me to join. I want to cancel my membership immediately! This will be reported to the BBB IMMEDIATELY! I

I did in my email! You said I had a criminal record so I wanted to see what was listed so I could correct the issue as it pertains to my job. I of course had to pay for the information which stated twice that 2 records where found that I had a criminal record. Once I paid, I found out that there where no criminal records! Allof this was a pure and simple lie and misleading. I will report it to the better business bureau.

For all the hype that I've read about how good this app is, I'm seriously disappointed. It shows nothing of what it promised to UNTIL you've made the purchase then tells you the information you REALLY WANT is understand unless you get their more expensive package! This gives me only info I already know and leaves me to the conclusion that this is just a scam, people trying to get money from people who might really need this info for safety purposes...etc... Thankfully this is not the case for me.
