I did in my email! You said I had a criminal record so I wanted to see what was listed so I could correct the issue as it pertains to my job. I of course had to pay for the information which stated twice that 2 records where found that I had a criminal record. Once I paid, I found out that there where no criminal records! Allof this was a pure and simple lie and misleading. I will report it to the better business bureau.
For all the hype that I've read about how good this app is, I'm seriously disappointed. It shows nothing of what it promised to UNTIL you've made the purchase then tells you the information you REALLY WANT is understand unless you get their more expensive package! This gives me only info I already know and leaves me to the conclusion that this is just a scam, people trying to get money from people who might really need this info for safety purposes...etc... Thankfully this is not the case for me.

The information before you signed up lead you to believe the report had valuable information but it didn't you have to pay extra for your next little bit of info and so far the information is not totally accurate and missing alot of information it lead me to believe would be in the report. Don't waste your money on this program it's about as bad as the rest of them.

Misleading. You pay one price for basic info that you most likely know. Then they hit you with another large fee for the info that you really want. You can get all of this info on other sites for less money. Canceling right now.
Person I searched had a criminal record but that didnt show up. Social media showed similar names but not the person I was searching. Searched myself and a relative/friend showed someone I never heard of. I received no new information. Would like a refund.

You advertise ALL the things included in the report, then take forever with useless lag time "generating" the report, charge me for it only to then want an additional charge for ALL of the information you advertised would be in the original. This screams SCAM! I'll be posting my opinion on every outlet I can find and where ever I see you advertising this bull$#*!. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I became aware of the additional charges.

I just paid $28 to get the current information on my ex-fiance, Kevin Lee Kilgus. I currently have a final one year PFA against him. He is to not have any contact with me or my daughter. I have been getting new phone numbers on my cell phone. He has a new phone number now since I cancelled his phone. I do not know his new contact number. So I paid the $28 to see if it was him who has been contacting me. If iyour search gave me a current number that I could match, I'd be calling the police right now instead of typing this to you. Unfortunately, your site after paying $28 gave me no new information. It is all old and outdated information that I received. I would like a refund.
You should say that it's not FREE at the start. Also, not accurate. Missing info on major history. You aren't what I thought you are. Random info that isn't true or connected to another person added to report with similar name, but not relevent.
No info at all. He is my husbsnd dont e en have his phone number hes had for years no work, no marriage only shows 1 son. Has 3 has no real info except where hes lived and thats not all correct. Very dissapointef
Report repeated my name and info far too many times, left out one of my children, added a name I had never used. I knew I shouldn't have even ordered this but I did and thinking it was for one report only, it turned out to be for monthly fee and apparently monthly report. Was easy to sign up.
Unless I missed it the charge was whereto be found until the end of the form.
