You suck, you give no information for the money you charge. You just want to keep sucking people for money with little bits of information. I want my money back. I can get the same information on the internet just putting a name in

The pool people and you make them wait and then you tell them how much you have to pay to get the reports and then once you pay and get in they want you to upgrade to premium so you actually get the information you're actually inquiring about. Your site stinks!

I ran reports on three people I was one of them and in each report I was told that there was no criminal records and that that person had not been married and in each report that was wrong. I in fact have been married and divorced and have been arrested many times.

Wasn't impressed, nothing showed that was on individuals information. From arrest records to websites to profiles known. Nothing showed so oli do not wish to use this service and respectfully ask you do not charge my card another dime please and thank you

Too many terms and agreements to select before moving on, every other page almost and payment was problematic. Also payment "arrangements" are made to MAKE you end up in a long term subscription if you forget to cancel EVEN if you intentionally choose to pay for ONLY 1 month to avoid this problem, your site is created to continue charging you each month thereafter when you only wanted 1 month, although there are separate offers for 3 mo and 6 mo, you'll continue charging for multiple months on end if not cancelled even when 1 month is selected? That's made to scam people who are busy or forget. Thats not cool.

This is a waste of money, the person I searched wasn't much returned in the report. You want another fee to get the premium report which probably has everything I need. I would like to have my money returned for the month. I just signed up today 3/19/2022.

I did not get any marriage or divorce information. I know for fact she has been married and divorced several times. I did not get any information on her work history. I did not get any information on any legal actions against her and I did not get anything on any traffic situations.

What you say that you are going to receive, you dont get.unless after paying 1 fee, then to only find out that you have to spend more money as you go,total lie as to what you say that you will receive, scam

While I did see things that were right there were some things that were not right information. Anyone who is using this information to get to know about someone is not getting all the correct information.

Didn't have all my information correct. It shows that I didn't have a criminal record which I do, it also listed a bunch of family members that are not my family members. Along with a bunch of phone numbers that were not mine and a bunch of email addresses that we're not mine.

Yeah you want to charge 2795 a month for a report that only has their name and address and to get a premium report you want to charge another $19.95 per premium report that's ridiculous truthfinder is a lot more accurate and a lot more cheaper

All I saw was the same basic information that I gave y'all. I was under the impression that I would get a full report. Basically I paid 27.99 for what I already knew. Then y'all asked for more money to get information I thought I had already paid for! What a WASTE!

They advertise how great their reports are and how much cheaper they are then the competition. Then you pay and they give you a report with virtually no information. No information of any value and then they say give us more money and we will give you a premium report.

I thought it was free. There was no mention until the very end that there was a charge but I was willing to forgo that. However I got the report and it said that that particular individual had no sexual misconduct charges had nothing to do with anything like that and that is not true and he had some other things to and everything came out nope nope nope nope. I know he got convicted with a 14 year old kid a few years ago. That is why I want my subscription canceled even if it was for a month both of them both charges one was $14.95 and the premium was $19.95. I do not like getting miss information when I'm paying for it so please cancel them and take me off of your mailing list and unsubscribe me from everything thank you Sandy Gaines I

I payed $14.95 under the impression I was getting the full background check, not just the names and alias used by person I'm searching. Only to be required to pay another$19.95 to get the Full background check, I was under the impression I was getting from the beginning this process. By what I read under information.
So now I'm $14.95
For what information I was pretty much aware of.
I wouldn't have given 1 star but there's no option for zero stars.So I will put the word out on my social media account s not to use your site.
