I have checked people that are dead. No death certificate. Checked people that I know have criminal records. Nope. Current Addresses showed are up to 20 years old. I paid for 1 month and checked people that I know to see if you are legit. Obviously you are NOT
I used this on a person that I know has a criminal record. The site says the person has no criminal record. I feel like it was a waste of money. Customer service was not professional when I called to cancel my subscription.
I got a report on myself. Info was totally incorrect. Had me married to two different people I have never heard of. It also had incorrect info about criminal activity. I have NEVER been in any kind of trouble. Not even a traffic ticket. I guess I have a twin out there that has a some activity that I was not a part of. The report had a mixture of info about me that was right. Then there was a lot of info that was totally wrong!
I'm happy because I got some information that I didn't have but one thing I do wish that your company would let us do is search emails and phone numbers and edit the searches and make them more accurate by adding information that we already know if that makes sense.

You offer all the goodies in the ad, but when you purchase the product all the goodies are extra. Everything that I purchased I can get for free. So I guess that I'm trying to say is that buyer beware of the hidden costs.
Haven't been able to get anymore information
This is s rip off. I have tried 3-4 times and only get to the pay box again and I already have ready got a statement from pay pal that it has been processed. If you don't provide the infor.ation then cancel and refund money.

In the messages leading up to the report, it said: Criminal History Found, or something to the effect. There was no criminal history shown in the report, yet i know for a fact that the guy has a criminal record and was prosecuted for a sex crime.
You do not provide anything in your trial membership that I cannot find by myself. Why should believe you are that. Much better for all the money? A true "trial" should be as good as you can be for a short amount of time. Glad I didn't waste alot of money.

I was looking for any pictures of the person I was inquiring about and any potential matches. A summary of available pictures, potential matches or a notice that no photos were available would have been helpful.
I could find this info free. Nothing is valuable Not even current phone number (should be easily listed. I know the number and it's not even listed) and current social media info. He has FB and instagram and it was not even listed.
