I only wanted it for 1 month. Of course it does not allow that. I now have to remember to call back within 3 days before the month ends to cancel. This is not good. I have not used it yet so I can't rate on info. Hope it is not old old stuff.
Most of the info in this report is info that I already knew. Other then for the very lengthy sex offenders in the 3 area. And unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to choose an area to search in, I would have liked to have that choice. At this point tho I don't think it is worth my time or my money for a "deeper search" tho something tells me that info wouldn't be anything new either, or even incorrect info. This search actually included not only ex-husband & his family, but it also included my current husband's ex-wife & her new/current family, as well as a few names that myself & my husband don't even recognize. Kind of curious not just how/where they obtained the unknown names but how/where they are connecting these names to me...?

I ordered this due to an email stating that a specific person had multiple criminal tecords. After paying for the search, I received a report starting g that this person had no criminal records. I insist on reimbursement. You raised a false alarm! I will report you to the better business bureau if you do not refund my payment right away. And please never send me another email after that!
I have more info on the people I needed your company to look up for me and your charging me for your report that's free everywhere on the internet. What gives? Your charging me for something that is free. Your site says you have all this info on the people I looked up but when it's finished with the background check there is nothing on the report that was stated by your company while I was waiting for the reports to be completed.

The information that I just paid $27.99 for is incorrect. It is misleading because I thought I would get more records than what I did. It says you need to get the premium account. I never would have bought this knowing it. Not happy.
Takes too long for reports to download and the information is very basic. It's all information I could find for free with a simple search and they missed a bunch. Not worth the $30 I paid. If I could get a refund I would.
I found more information on another paid background check website than this one. So many things not found on this website as opposed to the other website I use. Was quite disappointed after not only paying the monthly fee, but also the premium fee.
Yeah I put my name in and it came up with a lot of stuff that's not me and my daughter-in-law. They spelled her name wrong and says she's not married to my son so they give out a lot wrong information. Be careful
I was not pleased with the results and cancelled my account immediately. The report consisted of information that was basic and that I already know. It was also incorrect. I do not expect to be charged but if I am I want a refund!
You keep saying there is an update to this report but in fact it is the actual report I got that in 22 it is still listing the same age. Not one update has been done at all. This update thing is a joke!
I paid for information and only got names then for additional got a report that had no information which I know for a fact should have. Then after paying twice. For "a month" you ha e to pay again and again if you want a premium report. Very misleading and a waste of money
Information is lacking accuracy and not up to date. This is not what I was expecting and will not be renewing. Marriage and divorce records plus professional license which I know exist was not uncovered in the report. Information is very basic at best.
I searched myself to see if it was accurate. I apparently have 2 birthdays, has be me listed as living in states I have never lived in. I was under the impression that I would have access to all records. You have to make a second purchase to see everything. I didn't make purchases.
For the money I paid all I got was an address. Any other information I wanted I would have to pay more money. Plus some of the information that you have is incorrect. What I can see is that for my initial payment I have received no pertinent information. A total waste of money.

The program suggested the the person I looked up had law enforcement records… but when I got the report - there were none. I know for a fact there should have been several arrest records. Ran another report on a different person with known arrests. No records of them in the program report.
If you look at my report, there are multiple people with my name and/or similar names listed in MY REPORT. It says I have been married 7 times and in counties I have not ever been. There are people listed as my being related (lie). It is missing addresses where I actually lived. That is the reason I checked my record. It says there are no professional licenses history (another lie). It says I only had/have one phone number. I have had several different telephone numbers (lie)This is a total waste of my money. I want my money back. I probably could go on and on, but I won't.
I've looked up a number of people that I know, and there is incorrect information and missing information. Marriages I know are public record, including my own, divorces I know are public record, including my own, addresses people have lived at for over 35 years are not listed correctly... this seems like a scam!
Apparently you don't know how to find a professional license. I am a nurse. I am licensed in the states of Utah and Arizona. According to the background generated, I have no licensure of any kind. There is also something else I was hoping to find that I did not. I did this on myself because I know what should come up AND DIDN'T, and now I know not to use your service. Thanks for the insight.
