I gave one star because there isn't an option to give Negative Stars. I purchased a report to see what public information could be obtained regarding my criminal history and my credit information and it says couldn't find any criminal record for me which is insane because I just got out of prison for the 2nd time just a few months ago and I have been arrested over 50 times in 6 different counties in my state as well as felony convictions in 2 different states. Wow! This is the Biggest Waste of Time and Money Ever. No One Should give this company another cent.

Your information is missing a lot, I know she was married 3 times and divorced 3 times and none of this information shows in this report. You obviously did not check court records because the information was there. I want a refund, this site is worthless!
Checked 3 people, non of which had a spouse. I know for a fact that each one was married. Email address for one was wrong. Basically the only information available was current addresses (for only 2 of the 3), partial lists of past addresses, and some relatives' names.

I received an email telling me two negative things had been added to my file. What I have seen is so much wrong information that I am cancelling my $1 report fee so I never get charged again, and I am telling everyone I know to not use this website.
I paid for a report and it repeatedly said I had multiple criminal offenses, before I could open the actual data. Then when I got the data it said I had no criminal offenses and also gave false info on a Twitter account I don't have, and it's not me. A message showed that multiple criminal records were found - after I signed up and read avalible reports there were no criminal records found. Also no marriages or divorces, which I know is not true.
Under media there is one record that is the wrong person! Wrong age and everything. Why were records not cross referenced?
So far so good, as long as in a few days I don't find an absurd charge I haven't authorized… I have used people finders for many years on auto-pay, but all of a sudden out of the clear blue, I began seeing a monthly charge, in addition to my people finder charge for "Intellus" for $38.99! Apparently, some of peoplefinder's is now owned by Intellus, but not all. When another pop-up request for my name -email - etc, I didn't think to much of it until I saw my Apple Pay. I was being charged before "grandfathered-in" customers were even notified of the changes and even worse than that, I didn't use, or intend to use the service that was being offered. It took me approx 5 months to get all my money back, and they continued taking unauthorized charges from my account 4 of the 5 months.
This was a gross waste of money, as there was nothing that you said I would get in the report. I know information for a fact that should be in the report, and was not. If you'd like to cancel your membership (like me), you're told to call, or email with all of your account info (of which I have none because they didn't provide me with an account number or anything). So I emailed anyway, and the response I got was an automatically generated one saying -- if you received your report, click here (brought me to this review), OR if you didn't receive your report, click here (haven't clicked that). This says it'll be published on PeopleWhiz's Sitejabber review page, whatever that is, which doesn't seem to be reliable. I guess I'll have to contact my credit card company or an attorney.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE
