Application form for $1 fee for 5 days glitched several times requiring several attempts to complete after checking for errors. Credit card company says that sometimes indicates a fraudulent site. Please attend to that system glitch.
All of the information I was sent in the report were things I could obtain through public records. Like all the other sites offering search results, some of the information was incorrect. In addition, none of the marriage or divorce information showed anything. To me it is a waste of money.

You have no record of my birth or my marriage. You have no =record of where Michael P Lowery was born, record of his marriage to me and no record of his death. I expected a lot more info and correct info. I didn't get either without having to pay more. Also, the dates were wrong on when Mike was in the south. I think this is a scam.

This expensive $27 for one month, was very inaccurate. I searched myself. I find that's a good way to see if this is worth it in the future. I was very surprised to see a lot of missing information and the majority of information reported was inaccurate.
This was a waste of money. Didn't give me information that wasn't already public record. Didn't have record of marriage license or social media info that belonged to the person in question. I want a refund!
The information you're giving is what I already know. I wasn't given anything that would make me want to purchase the premium account. You all are not giving any other than basic information. I'll be canceling my subscription. Thank you anyhow!
The experience was misleading and it is a shame that you purchased something that has add-ons on top of the misleading information that you can look anyone that's only if you purchase the add-on to even see the report
I think it sucks that you pay that much to get information you can get anywhere else cheaper. Plus it's crap you already know. And than you want more money to get what your really looking it's just Deceiving.
It looks like initial reports include limited information with the goal to get you to upgrade to "premium " for more money. This is a great disappointment! And feels like a scam just to get you in the door.

The site isn't very user friendly and doesn't provide very accurate info. The person that I looked up has several social media profiles, yet, only two came up. The person also has a criminal record, yet nothing showed up.

The 6 social media accounts you had lister is all Twitter. I have many more accounts that didnt show up.
I also only have 1 Twitter account, the other 5 belong to other people.

I would estimate my information is just under 50% correct and missing 90% of what I expected to find.
The information isn't even up to date. There is no current address information, last seen is March 2021; no work history; no Facebook information or connections. The obituary is for someone else. This information is not current. I knew more about the person before I looked at this site... it added nothing new. It gives me no information about the people she's related to. And if I want anything more I depth, I assume I would have to pay extra. This site is not worth a penny.
People should know from the beginning that they will not get any information from the first money they spend! If you listed exactly what they were getting people wouldn't buy it because they already have the information that y'all generate. I have worked hard all of my life and I just blew hard earned money on a scam!

A good portion of the info was wrong. No info on where he was born. No info for cause of death. He WAS married. Who cares about their Zodiac sign. Really, really disappointed in your reports. They were sloppy, inaccurate with very little information. A waste of money.
These wonder people say that I have a criminal history. I do not.
I have never been arrested let alone a criminal history.
To litigate this matter, I would have to do it in a federal court and that's not cost effective.
The site should be shut down and put out of business!
