I got an email from you stating new records were available on report I had already ran. No mention of being chsrged again. Get to the end and want to chztgec19. For 1 report. The report I ran the first time was incomplete, so is this one. There are records of marriages and divorces. Not on yours. If you're going to make a report on someone, my suggestion would be, make it right.

Your goal is for me to be 100 percent satisfied. I am not even 1 percent pleased. I paid for information I could have gotten over the internet. Discovering after I paid for a service that I would need pay more for additional information I though I had paid for in the first place. The advertising is phenomenal other than that, I would suggest to others to not believe the hype and keep your money in your pocket. Less you want to continue to spend until you get to the desired features you want. I'm shutting down and going back to Google. I got what I didn't have to pay for there.

I ran a check on myself and I'm pissed you have a person associated with my name, Maria Lopez, who has no association with me and apparently you're claiming I have criminal records which is totally erroneous. I only paid for this report because I intend to have you clean up this mess as your company is slandering my name and my records.

I see nothing in this report that I cannot get by going to Google. In fact I get more information from Google and did not pay $22.00.
After charging $22.00 for nothing, then you ask for $19 addition to get information that should have been included in the $22.00. BIG RIP OFF

I'm upset that there's no photos! The information is not complete. I am her ex-husband there's no information about me in the profile. It doesn't show that we were ever married or divorced. At the beginning it says she has a criminal history but when it comes to the criminal check. It says that she has know criminal history and I know that is not true!

It said it was $14.00 and some cents then I find out that it is per month if I use it for a lot of months. Data I know about this person I got is not up to date because I know the person passed away and it's not on report. Also I don't know if it is solvable but there is confusion because the person's father and son have the same name as the person I wanted data on.
Also it doesn't show he had a Facebook account and doesn't show I have one.
I have questions and should call the company to understand some things on the site.

I believe that if we were allowed to enter different criteria that might help in searches. I didn't find 1 person and I know area he grew up in, where he graduated high school and y'all can't find him either. I know he is alive but I can't find him and no one will give me his #.

You robbed me off 27 bucks to literally only tell me his name and want another 20 to tell me anything else. Highly unethical. I'm trying to protect a child and you are a scam. I want my money back. Thieves!

Same information as on all the other look up peoples sites. And then they all want to nickel and dime you to get as much money as they possibly can. Then they make sure to keep it going with automatic payments.

You sucker me in with a report only then to find out there is more so now you want to charge me again. You should have been upfront and honest that there was more available and that it would cost more.

Too much hype. The report said there was more negative info on me, BUT I had to pay for another in-depth report. $$$$ I felt it was just another way to get more $$$ from me, cause I was checking on myself! And I've NEVER been in trouble with the law, or DUI's. The only thing I went through was a mutual uncontested divorce. Turns out the divorce was 1 of 2 things listed on me. They had⁰ a filed foreclosure on a condo at around the same time. (typical during a divorce). However, I paid it off before the deadline and the case was dropped by the bank and dismissed by the court.
If you are checking up on other people's backgrounds, it might be worthwhile. I believe the structure of their pricing is too expensive. It assumes you want ongoing future reports, so you have to pay them monthly. It becomes pretty expensive. If you just need past and current background, their pricing is reasonable and reports seem thorough.

There was nothing I needed. All it keeps saying no info federal or State findings, waste of money. The banners read criminal records found. There was no info other than information I already knew it was a huge waste f money.

Snot related to & I've married & divorced twice but you don't have that. Paying for information through you is throwing money away. I want a refund. I checked on my name first to see if this was legit. It is NOT, so I will not use it to check on anyone. Refund my money! This is worthless!

Very misleading! You list all of the information you will receive in the report. Then after paying you find out that you get only the most basic information, information I already knew about the person I was researching… and that you have to pay MORE money to get any further information. I did not bother, because I suspected that I would get a limited amount of additional info, and that I'd be asked to pay even more money for further info! I most certainly will not be recommending your site!

I just signed up and am very dissapointed. I am getting nothing about the person I signed up to check on. I basically paid to get his birthday
(Which I knew) and his address from many years ago! That's it!
When you were trying to get me to sign up it said he had 3 criminal backgrounds.
This was someone I dated and needed to know these things! Yet after I pay to get In it says "no criminal history". It doesn't tell who any of the people are that's related to him.
He said his 2 previous wives died. This says he was never married or divorced. He tells me he was. I think this site is a terrible waste of
