All I get is crap. My brother was married and divorced several times and has a criminal record, but you have nothing. I was married and divorced and you have nothing. You got my address and birthday correct, so there's that. Is that all you report? I can get the information you provided from a Google search, which seems like all you do.
I thought the results for my search were very vague and mediocre. Also, it felt like the way it was advertised was a bait and switch! Because you first pay to access the information and then once you pay to get the report you have to pay more the Premium to get the basic information that was first advertised! Also, the info I got I could've gotten for free through county records!
From what I've seen so far, you have so much of the information about me wrong. But I want to go ahead and see this report on myself, so that I can reach out to you and have you correct what is wrong.
What a ripoff! Name & address - from ME - all you gave me was birthday (already knew that) and astrological sign ( already knew & don't care). There was NO additional info in any of the areas you claimed would be reported. What a ripoff. I want my money back!
The report had non of the information i know is there. I found on the web myself. He was arrested and is in jail for murder. Nothing his marriage his divorce. Not there. All you had was his birthday and relatives very disappointing.
I have paid through July 17 and expect to have access to the service until then. I also would like to inform you that your service is not accurate in most important areas. A one time arrest record for a DUI is listed multiple times, giving the impression as there were multiple arrests. This is legally challengeable. Another arrest record in Orange County, CA, is not me and nothing to do with me. Again, this is another defamation. As far as career background, you have totally different guys with different birthdays and professions listed in your report. This is legally misinformation and wrong personification of me. Would you like me to also have a lawyer go after all your advertisers, knowing that they have some form of liability protection from you and at the end of the day your company would be the responsible party for all the damages.
Please fix it or shut down.

I was not impressed, all you gave me was his address and birth date, I knew those things.
Then you wanted me to upgrade to get the rest of the information. I'm not going to do that and I would appreciate a refund
Your information is not correct - at all - you have information from several people with the same name? And I have to pay for this. This is the worst site I've ever used and will not use again nor will I recommend to anyone
The information that was provided is so old and it doesn't even have current numbers or current email addresses or social media. No business associates or coworkers or anything like that either. No neighbors nothing like that and I paid the full price
This site is misleading and wont return a full refund even if your not satisfied with its service. Don't waste your time, money, or energy. I called and i asked for a full refund and was asked why i took so long in calling for a refund. Mind you I paid for this service 5 days ago on 04/14/2022! I simply replied that I have other priorities that need to be handled and that my mom just died and that was obviously not good enough response either way i way only refunded half of what I paid. And I expressed that i was not satisfied with the service and that the service sucked just like the person that answered my call...

You had a popup that when I went to clear you sent me into a more expensive report which I did not want. So I hope you will not charge me extra for this one. I have been a paying member for over a year.

I have looked through this report and it doesn't tell me anything about me. It even says I have no marriage license, which is not true. I have been married for almost 52 years. This is a bogus report and I want my money back.
According to your customer service rep I typed *******@hitnail.com (with my name in front of that email extension), as opposed to hotmail.com so I had problems accessing my account. Then I was told I cannot change my email address to the correct address. That is poor, low quality business mistake on your part.
I wish I could afford more. I need a bit more info that what your site gives.
I need an employment record to find out of someone is actually at the job he says he's at. Everything else is adding up to what he says.
After paying the initial charge I looked up myself. I had aliases unknown to me and relatives I never knew I have. To know more than this they want to charge you more for an upgrade. I am livid! This is what I call a scam and I am disputing this charge and cancelling! Horrible experience.

Criminal information is specific and I have none. If I did, the bar associations to which I belong would have notified me. Also you have a wrong name for several issues. If you include information about my children, you may not include it in my report or online. Those of the age of majority may not be included. This is a breach of privacy as my name is not on the public record.
