Just spent almost $30 to see how accurate your site is. I looked up my background check history and all that you found were old addresses, waaaaay out of date phone numbers, and for my criminal background, your check was an absolute failure on my criminal background. I wanted to use your site for background checks on my future employees, unfortunately not anymore. Would like a refund please. I hope you can work the kinks out.

Learning things that I have been wondering about..

You promise extensive reports on your add for just $29.95 "unlimited". Well if it's so unlimited, then why REQUIRE an addition 2/3rds of that amount for another $20? You are unrighteous because you nickel and dime people to death. Ridiculous!

To start with the prices quoted were very high for the report that was promised. When I viewed the report all promised information was either missing or required an additional payment to get any results. This is not only a ripoff but is a major scam. I would nor recommend this to anyone at anytime.

I'm pretty sure that I clicked on the six-month plan so that I would be paying like wait 14 or $16 a month but yet it charged me for a month for $27 and then I paid additional $20 take stand my search for nothing like literally nothing there was nothing else that came up in the report talk about tricking someone

The information I am seeking is all in the premium report. I already know everything in the paid report. This is a rip off

Report did not come through very easily and even once it did the report did not seem very inclusive. I could find out as much info just us I g the free options on the internet. Thought it would be much more detailed. Not happy with results.
