Ok. Just wish there wasn't a hidden way of getting more money out of users by needing to "upgrade" to get more of the report. My understanding was it all comes full with the sign up... but I learned quick enough with the first search of myself!

I've been married &, divorced and, this says that there's no record of either. Dates are completely off. I've owned vehicles. Not to mention other things.
Went thru one Rabbit Hole, now awaiting the other shoe to drop.
Well, the other shoe has dropped. You join for $29., then having already told you there are MULTIPLE Criminal Records, you have to pay an ADDITIONAL $19. To see these "crimes" - which in my case THERE ARE NO CRIMINAL RECORDS! Their "out " is that they show you multiple people with the same first name and last name (even those of a different Race) who DO have Criminal Records. Soooo, all monies wasted. NOW, you must call *******449 to cancel (or get automatically charged monthly)... bet THAT will be a trip too!
It started out fine, then after a few months every time I tried to open a new report, the site always asked me for new billing information. It would not open any new report even though I had been paid up.
I complained about this about 6 months ago, asked for an explanation as to why this was happening, but no answer for these experiences was ever given.
The only thing that ever happened was I was informed that my account would stop being billed.
Nothing other than that has changed, and I can't open a new report without being aksed for billing information.
I think you have a lot to offer me but I can''t ever get any new information or get updates to any existing reports.
There's never any new information and much of it is incomplete particularly for people who i know have marriage, divorce, or retirement records
