Received report, but missing data that knowingly exists like marriage and death Ceres, license.
Very poor at finding marriage/divorce records. Found none for anyone.
Found no licenses (e.g. Medical)

No real information! Checked myself and my deceased husband also checked someone that is said to be a relative. Believe you charged me incorrectly I had only checked off 2mo you charged my acct. 68 plus stop this service and refund me.
I reviewed the report I requested was hoping for more info can upgrade ( of course) for additional fee but I don't believe it will show me much more information that I would need I was hoping for a current pic.

Been looking for a site to do regular searches for tenant screening for my Nana but still haven't found what I'm looking for. I only did the one dollar search (didn't want to spend $ until I knew what I was getting for it) and was not impressed. Some of the information was completely wrong (looked up someone who has been convicted of a felony twice and it said no criminal record, even if I paid more) I can get more information on Google from the results page. This was a VERY long and drawn out experience full of disappointment. Thank you for the material for my review. I enjoy giving reviews to those who deserve it. I prefer good ones and hope that is what I can give this company should I ever give this site a second chance.
Typical of other searches -- draw you in then hit you with unending charges

Wrong information. There was nothing accurate aside from name and age. I'd like a refund if possible.
I pay 29.99 a month and still have to pay extra for most info.

This site is BS they have a picture of "me" that is not me with bogus email addresses. I've been married for years but not recognized here yet relationship from 30 yrs ago shows up. Goggle is better than this and I am going to stop payment now
