I bought the software and paid properly, however, during the installation my PC froze and I had to pay 260 euros for the repair. They refunded my money but nobody wants to hear about my repair. For this reason, I would not recommend anyone to buy software from this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, save your money. This shambles of a company firstly charged me 3 times the offer price then it's driver updater totally wrecked my laptop. They finally agreed to refund money but say they aren't liable for the laptop as these things happen apparently 🤷 please do not make the mistake of using them. You will regret it.

I'm pretty careful about the sites I go to. I've had this computer for 3 years and this is the first time it's needed cleaning. That lasted for 1 or 2 months. By the time I got around to complained about it 3 months and 6 days had passed. My "warranty" had expired 6 days prior. If I were an indiscriminate browser, I would understand. But I don't even use this computer most of the time. I've moved to my laptop. Guess I will go local. This was just handier, but a waste of money. And they wouldn't do anything about it but give me a discount to throw more money at them. NOPE. Fool me once.
Check and see how long after service most of these reviews were written. If it's a couple days, that may tell you something.

As many wrote here.sadly it's true. Stay a way do not use. I don't know if the service they offer even works, as my computer lost all his operation system, now I can't even open my computer.it occur immediately after downloading their offered updates, and restarting as their program requested.

If i could i would give 0 stars. Biggest $#*! and scam you can fide. And if you want a refund (understandably) you can't. It will always tell you that you can refund it in 30 days but doesn't actually let you refund it. Don't be fooled by "contact our customer service" because it helps you with nothing. Biggest $#*! i have ever seen.

I purchased this software thinking it was another software company and paid $135 for what I thought was a lifetime license for the pro version. Turns out it was one year and it wasn't the pro version! Requests for refunds have gone unanswered even though the so called 'guarantee' of a refund was only a few days after purchasing the product. I did get an email saying that my refund is being processed. It was a lot of work by me to achieve this result.

All I asked for was a download of a new driver for an Epson scanner...they took control of my pc and told me it could not be done because of so many problems the computer had and they would need control of the computer for several hours. REALITY...it's a BRAND NEW computer and why I needed the driver. I called Cyber Power who made the PC...they said check and delete anything they left behind. They refused to answer questions straight away...run around garbage. Then I got rid of them, found they had planted some tracking devices in my apps, got rid of them, and charged me nearly twice as much as stated on PayPal. After this nightmare I went to Epson as I should have and within ten minutes downloaded a new driver that works perfectly. This company run by Avanquest is DANGEROUS!

Today I paid close to $20.00 for a service that told me they could not perform their work because I needed to first see a computer technician who would fix "other problems".

Then, they proceeded to offer me a series of plans extending into the hundreds of dollars to create the right pathway so they could then perform the service I just paid for.

I informed them they needed to advise the consumer of such preliminary fixes BEFORE we paid money for a service they could not perform.

Not to do so is very poor business, aimed at upselling other services.

My computer was not cleaned. I paid for nothing. This is being reported to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs agency.

I downloaded and paid for the program. Used it twice and it stopped working. It keeps saying "driver not found" I called, wrote an email and got in the help chat 3 times. The only "fix" they offer is to call you and you have to give them full access to your computer. I refused that option, so they texted me what to do. Well none of the 3 different suggestions worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, updated the program and then they told me to even update my windows software. Did it all and the PC help is still malfunctioning. So I reached out again saying how frustrated I am and that I would like my money back. No response. Please people save your money and time and don't buy this garbage.

I downloaded this thinking I was going to be a happy guy with a happy laptop, but man was I wrong. It was all good and normal, I downloaded it, installed the drivers but then all hell broke loose- I needed to restart. And guess what it did. It crashed my laptop and I needed to re-install windows. Twice, in fact, since I didn't realize that was the cause… Now I've tried to get a refund, but the buttons aren't even working. Support? It says download image or does absolutely nothing… Ugh.

On October 3rd, this company took $60.59 from my account without me confirming the transaction. I have sent multiple emails and have been unable to talk to anyone. I was advised I didn't need their product and never downloaded the product and they refuse to return my money. I cancelled the product minutes after they processed my card. I wasn't even given an option to submit. This company is a scam!

I have provided this information over and over in an email and all I get is the same automatic response/reply. If y'all truly cared about your reputation or screwing the public over you would have called me back and have never done so. I want everyone to know what a horrible app this is and the horrible customer service y'all provide because this truly is a joke!

When I loaded the Cleaner and updater, my PC would not open after restart and just kept restarting over and over. Unable to access computer except in safe mode. 5 hours of nightmare so far.

I bought PC Soft's Driver Updater & PC Cleaner 2 days ago,
After I installed both and then all hell broke loose on my Laptop.
Both Dragon Naturally Speaking and NitroPro PDF was disabled by the crap they sell.
And the worst is that getting PC Soft to refund you with their 30-day payback guarantee proves impossible.

I ordered a year subscription of driver software. After the first use I had to reinstall windows on my pc. Asked for a refund and they will not answer back.

Autorenew breaks your initial purchase down into separate elements which have to be cancelled separately. Autorenew is in terms and conditions! The companys 'policy' they say is not to refund!

Hands down the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Slick advertising, and fast talkers. They promise miracles for your computer. The Driver Updater software installed the wrong graphics driver on my computer, and I had to reinstall Windows 10 to correct it! They guarantee 100% satisfaction and full refund but hold time on the phone to get the refund is ridiculous. And after waiting a week, I called back today to check the status of my refunds and surprise, surprise! They couldn't find the first request. If you need PC cleaning software, DO NOT fall for this company's slick advertising... for your own sanity, keep looking.

This program is a fraud. They show you a certian price then they charge your card way more.Be careful and check the reviews before you buy these things.

Big mistake. Payment was taken fast. When I tried it, my computer crashed and lost all my data. Had to reinstall windows 11 and start all over again. Big ripoff!

Before I had tried a paid subscription I'd gone through their so-called free option to manually update drivers for my Synaptics Toucpad as well as my Qualcomm WIFI Driver, turned out neither of their updates could be ran on my Windows 10 Operating System anyway. Glad I didn't spend any money on their useless service. I'd also attempted to check the box in their popups so I wouldn't keep being bothered to rescan and buy a one-year plan. So I will be uninstalling it altogether. If Windows can't find a usable driver to install there seems to be no use to believe that this company's program can, either. Wasn't even worth the long wait for a System scan to complete, IMO.

I just spent 30 minutes writing a review of how I felt about this piece of s--- company and just as I was going to summit my review, something or somebody made it disappear. Just poof it went away. This company must be a ghost company. Just try and get some kind of tech support if you have a problem registering the software after you purchase it. You will talk to 10 people from a non English speaking country who can't connect you to a tech rep because they are not authorized to do that. They can tell you they will have someone contact you by email if you have a ticket # that they gave you two weeks ago and they never got back to you. Or the times you attempted a second or third time and they said they would have someone email you with Tech support that never came. This was after they said that they would expedite the request. Never came! Must be a bad email address, even thru I got 75 emails to that same email address just this morning. Don't waste your time contacting BBB because this company is not accredited with BBB. Same thing with PCHelpSoftwr.com. Unless you like talking to someone who is using english as a second language and can't get you to anyone that can actually get you the help you need you are just wasting time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. WinZip Driver Updater. Ordered this software on 9 Apr 2022 and the charge cleared my bank 10 Apr 2022 and I still have not been able to register and get my drivers updated. Buyer Be Ware is all I can say. Never again will I do business with this company and I hope everyone that reads this review will do the same.
