I purchased this software thinking it was another software company and paid $135 for what I thought was a lifetime license for the pro version. Turns out it was one year and it wasn't the pro version! Requests for refunds have gone unanswered even though the so called 'guarantee' of a refund was only a few days after purchasing the product. I did get an email saying that my refund is being processed. It was a lot of work by me to achieve this result.
