Autorenew breaks your initial purchase down into separate elements which have to be cancelled separately. Autorenew is in terms and conditions! The companys 'policy' they say is not to refund!

Today I paid close to $20.00 for a service that told me they could not perform their work because I needed to first see a computer technician who would fix "other problems".

Then, they proceeded to offer me a series of plans extending into the hundreds of dollars to create the right pathway so they could then perform the service I just paid for.

I informed them they needed to advise the consumer of such preliminary fixes BEFORE we paid money for a service they could not perform.

Not to do so is very poor business, aimed at upselling other services.

My computer was not cleaned. I paid for nothing. This is being reported to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs agency.

Hands down the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Slick advertising, and fast talkers. They promise miracles for your computer. The Driver Updater software installed the wrong graphics driver on my computer, and I had to reinstall Windows 10 to correct it! They guarantee 100% satisfaction and full refund but hold time on the phone to get the refund is ridiculous. And after waiting a week, I called back today to check the status of my refunds and surprise, surprise! They couldn't find the first request. If you need PC cleaning software, DO NOT fall for this company's slick advertising... for your own sanity, keep looking.
