I read the odds before I decided to go down the PCH highway so I had no illusions as to my chances. I play the games to kill time.
What is frustrating however, is the abysmally poor quality of the merchandise. I've purchased product three times and have been disappointed. The products are cheaply made but sold at near premium prices and in some cases the S & H was almost as much as the product itself.
Finally I said to myself, "how else can they pay celebrity endorsers, commit to millions in legacy costs and still make a profit?" I don't buy anything from PCH anymore.
I (stupidly) ordered a scratch remover for a one time price of $9.95. It came in and was two little pens that smelled like nail polish remover I was very doubtful since autos have clear coats over the paint and should not be screwed with. Directions said to press the point down to get the chemical to flow. Nothing ever flowed from the tip. Seemed dry. After trying a few times i opened the thing and it was totally dry. They sent a bill for $17.98 which i refuse to pay. I sent the $9.95 plus 7% tax for our state sales tax $10.65. They keep billing and i keep putting in trash. If they want to try to ruin my credit for $7.00, go right ahead. I'm 75 and don't expect to purchase another anything to finance in this llife, so... happy journey! Bunch of scammers NOBODY wins. Just a filthy way to get rid of chinese crap that won't sell anywhere else.
Junk and scammers. Should be shut down, totally.
Stay away from the crooks.

I asked to be taken off the mailing list. Well not only didn't that happen but I am still getting merchandise I NEVER ordered. I've called 5 times since dec but the PUTZ patrol keeps sending me merchandise. STOP! And lose my address. I have already copied the attorney general. Your business is dead! Give it up.
Having been in retail sales for over 30 years, I've never experienced a more poorly run business. They opened their games and chances to win online, with countless crashes, and therefore frustration. Their products are garbage- I'm certain the winners are thrilled, and I'm happy to see that, but this company makes playing, winning and fairness for all- very difficult!
It's very frustrating for everyone they portray themselves unrealisticaly.
I've been ripped off! These people are disppiable and cruel, inhuman by far.
Most people are vulnerable, and dream of a life with out financial worries.
How sad this is, for all those who have dreams of getting ahead in life. And then
It's shattered by Publisher's Clearing House, so they can get some poor soul to
Anti up $20.00 dollars, for processing fees! What a disgrace they are...
I have just been reading about lawsuits involving PCH. Now I understand.
I have been a loyal player since 1995, and haven't won so much as a postage stamp.
Then they have these stupid games, that give you tokens. Lord, what a waste of time. I have decided to pull the plug on this travisty of peoples faith in this company.
Goodbye PCH. Your a fake. Read all the lawsuit information online. You will stop playing also. The merchandise is sub standard, and always the same stuff.
I'm done
Bought silver cleaner wipes to have on hand when needed. Tried to use them another time after a year thinking still good well now they do nothing called and was told a year has passed and they r no longer able to guarantee they r responsible. No more PCH FOR ME.
P. C. H. Say that you don't have to buy anything to participate in their draws. IT IS NOT TRUE!
They make you go searching forever and when you get there, it shows all their sales promotions. So, who are they trying to fool.?
All they want is your credit card number. And you are done for.
You simply never win anything. Without mention they never answer your e. Mai either.!
Seems like PCH is a scam! No matter how much you play or amount of tokens you use to try and win something. You will not win. They just keep string you on along in hopes you are so close to a actual win. In six years I have not won one thing from PCH. Just more tokens:(P
Pch items and shipping charges are way over priced. Same items in stores are always cheaper. Items that I've shipped myself are half of what they charge. They sent me two "free" gifts, but I had to pay $5.95 each for shipping! They say keep entering to win, but then say the winning number wasn't turned in to them. Then why don't they pick another number from actual entries?! And why is it that every time I scratch off their extra or bonus winning cards, I always get the highest amount possible! I'll tell you why, cause it's scam rip off!
They just want your money to buy things RIP OFF. Plus merchandise is $10.00 just to ship to you! Played f0r years upon years and never get anywhere except a waste of time and energy. Loss of money too. Some products really are nice and helpful and sometimes the games waste time when there is nothing else to do. But winning a jackpot? Especially ones that say someone in your zip code will absolutely win! Oh really? This is such a small town@ everyone would know if that were true. PCH needs to get real! Real jackpot winners. No more games of deceit just to sell merchandise.
Statistically, one has a much better chance of getting hit by lightning, and probably twice, than winning any really big pot from their games. I'm also a little suspect, because one time I got a popup during a game saying I won $10k, and took a screenshot of it for documentation, but when I got no notification, I contacted them and sent a copy of the screenshot containing the message, and they replied back saying it was a 'systems glitch.' So, my takeaway from that is they can cite that an award popup message can be labeled as a 'systems glitch' whenever they don't feel like awarding any money. But, I'm not disappointed, because I played with absolutely no expectations whatsoever, and a skeptical view that these guys might be crooks. As such, my expectations are completely satisfied.
They have games that are fixed. The spinning wheels have 6 money spokes and 6 useless things. There should be a 1 in 2 chance of that landing on money, but in months I have never seen it land on anything except scratch off card that are always Sorry this is not a winning card. It's a waste of time.
I've been playing for 41 years and haven't won a thing. Rip off? I'm beginning to think so, since I see a 21 yr. old and 26 yr. old winning big prizes and others winning on their first try. What a bunch of BS.
You deserve zero stars. Nobody likes you guys, you totally bought out candystand.com and destroyed it. Not cool. This $#*! will catch up to you eventually.
P.S. Thanks for ruining my child hood $#*!s.
I got the pch app, and when you reach the treasure chest, the van stops and you can't move forward or backwards you are just stuck in limbo. I put a screenshot of where the app leaves you. It's like they don't want you to continue!
Never enter the PCH sweepstakes online. When you do you open up the floodgates of hundreds of unwanted emails, sometimes 3 to 4 or more a day. They try and trick you by saying you're giving up your chance to win the big prize if you don't scan through pages of crap you probably would never buy. Wake up to the reality that when your odds of winning are over 2,000,000,000 to1, giving them hours of your time will always be for naught. My time is more valuable to me than allowing myself to be controlled by this fantasy.
False hope, putting 20+ years for many playing pch. Have you ever seen your initials guaranteed to win yet nobody with those initials actually win!? There are laws and its time to pay! Petition to stop pch!
Hi everyone! Well, I love PCH. Even though it's kinda hard to win stuff because so many people enter, this website is LEGIT! I played a game called Quiz4Cash, I think it was like in early 2009 when they had the game (got cancelled since), it was a great game. I received 2 $200 checks from them. It was awesome, because I was unemployed at the time. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with them as being legit when I played their games and DID receive money about a month after I claimed it on their site. I still play their sweepstakes games. Just wanted to say that they are the real deal.
Fun. Chance to win big bucks each day and you don't have to buy anything unless you want to. Thought it was fake but my cousin lives next door to the winner of 1 million last year. Says she has now moved to a much bigger house. He's bummed they did not come to his house next door!
Answer: Probably but we keep playing as the games do give us something to do. Wouldn't bet on a big win however.
Answer: Am I still in the running for PCH's $7,000.00 a week win Thanks hoping for good news. My computer was down for two days. Does this disqualify me
Answer: I know they keep changing the dates for winning and they say no purchase needed until the end with a notice to buy something and you will be on their list they should be accounted for to better business bureau and all the items are made in china this company must be owned by china I'm done with them
Answer: Oh this is big time scam. Like I said in my review we put to much time into this wack company that when see anything about money we think it's them. Nobody ever wins there special early look prizes unless it's a guaranteed giveaway.
Answer: Well, and just as I expected, the October 23 "special early look" did NOT result in the "mega prize" being awarded. Surprise, surprise! I saw that they immediately started advertising on TV their next "mega prize" (what is it now? $5000 a week for life? Bet they don't award that one, either!) Just a scam to drum up sales to weak-minded people who actually think they have a snowball's chance in you-know-where to win anything at odds of almost 2 billion to one. A total fraud!
Answer: I didn't know this but it makes sense as there is nothing to it but the same thing day after day. PCH has gone downhill with games, lately, as even the daily puzzles, now, just drag and are hard to move the pieces. Too many puzzles and probably too many people playing, Also same thing, every day and are only for fun to kill time with. Maybe, now, they are just not monitoring the sites to see their problems. Bingo, no great loss.
